Uric acid (UA) was determined in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA) by using a carbon paste electrode modified superficially by a β‐cyclodextrin film (CPE/β‐CD). The surface carbon paste electrode was prepared applying a 30 cycles potential program and using a 1 M HClO4+0.01 M β‐CD electrolytic solution. The UA and AA solutions were used to evaluate the electrode selectivity and sensitivity by cyclic voltammetric and amperometric methods. In these experiments the detection limit for UA was (4.6±0.01)×10?6 M and the RSD calculated from the amperometric curves was 10%. From the data obtained it was possible to quantify UA in the urine and saliva samples. Selective detection of UA was improved by formation of an inclusion complex between β‐CD and UA. The results show that the CPE/β‐CD is a good candidate due to its selectivity and sensitivity in the UA determination in complex samples like the biological fluids.  相似文献

Photoexcitation of a zinc phthalocyanine-perylenediimide (ZnPc-PDI) dyad and a bis(zinc phthalocyanine)-perylenediimide [(ZnPc) 2-PDI] triad results in formation of the triplet excited state of the PDI moiety without the fluorescence emission, whereas addition of Mg (2+) ions to the dyad and triad results in formation of long-lived charge-separated (CS) states (ZnPc (*+)-PDI (*-)/Mg (2+) and (ZnPc) 2 (*+)-PDI (*-)/Mg (2+)) in which PDI (*-) forms a complex with Mg (2+). Formation of the CS states in the presence of Mg (2+) was confirmed by appearance of the absorption bands due to ZnPc (*+) and PDI (*-)/Mg (2+) complex in the time-resolved transient absorption spectra of the dyad and triad. The one-electron reduction potential ( E red) of the PDI moiety in the presence of a metal ion is shifted to a positive direction due to the binding of Mg (2+) to PDI (*-), whereas the one-electron oxidation potential of the ZnPc moiety remains the same. The binding of Mg (2+) to PDI (*-) was confirmed by the ESR spectrum, which is different from that of PDI (*-) without Mg (2+). The energy of the CS state (ZnPc (*+)-PDI (*-)/Mg (2+)) is determined to be 0.79 eV, which becomes lower that of the triplet excited state (ZnPc- (3)PDI*: 1.07 eV). This is the reason why the long-lived CS states were attained in the presence of Mg (2+) instead of the triplet excited state of the PDI moiety.  相似文献

Easy in, easy out: Mass transport through TiO(2) and SiO(2) shells was probed in the liquid phase with IR spectroscopy by detecting carbon monoxide adsorption in Pt@void@TiO(2) yolk-shell and Pt@SiO(2) core-shell nanostructures (see picture; C?green, O?red, Pt?pale red). Adsorption was observed on the surface of Pt nanoparticle cores, and on the inner face of the TiO(2) shells in the yolk-shell case.  相似文献

A novel europium(III) membrane luminescence sensor based on a tridentate bis(phosphinic amide)-phosphine oxide, PhPO(C(6)H(4)POPhN(CH(CH(3))(2))(2))(2) (1), is described. The new luminescent complex, [Eu(1)(2)]Cl(3)2, which is formed between europium(III) and ligand 1 and has a 1 : 2 stoichiometry, has been evaluated in solution. It has the excellent spectroscopic and chemical characteristics that make it appropriate for sensing film applications. All the parameters (polymer, plasticizer, ligand and ionic additive) that can affect the sensitivity and selectivity of the membrane sensor and instrumental conditions have been carefully optimized. The best sensing response (λ(exc) = 229.04 nm, λ(em) = 616.02 nm) was observed for 33.4 : 65.1 : 1.5 (%, w/w) PVC : DOS : 1. The sensing film shows a good response time (10 min) and a very good selectivity toward europium(III) with respect to other lanthanides(III) ions, such as La, Sm, Tb and Yb. The newly-developed sensing film has a linear range from 1.6 × 10(-7) to 5.0 × 10(-6) mol L(-1) for Eu ions with a very low detection limit (4.8 × 10(-8) mol L(-1)) and good sensitivity (9.41 × 10(-7) a.u. mol(-1) L(-1)) to europium. Complexes of [Eu(1)(2)]Cl(3) (2) and [Eu(1)]Cl(3) (4) were isolated by mixing ligand 1 with Eu(Cl(3))·6H(2)O in acetonitrile at room temperature in ligand : metal molar ratios of 1 : 2 and 1 : 1, respectively. The 1 : 1 derivative is the product of thermodynamic control when a molar ratio of ligand to europium salt of 1 : 1 is used. The new compounds have been characterized in both the solid form (IR, MS-TOF, elemental analysis, TGA and X-ray diffraction) and in solution (multinuclear magnetic resonance). In both europium complexes, the ligand acts as a tridentate chelate. Thermogravimetric (TG) studies demonstrated that neither complex 2 or 4 possess any water molecules directly bound to the lanthanide metal, which corroborates the X-ray structure. The investigation of the solution behaviour of the Y(III) complexes with pulsed gradient spin-echo (PGSE) NMR diffusion measurements showed that average structures with 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 stoichiometries are retained in acetonitrile solutions.  相似文献

This study reports on the degradation of natural rubber (NR) via crossmetathesis with mandarin oil and d-limonene, an abundant compound in essential oils; that were used as chain transfer agents (CTAs) and green solvents. Reactions were performed in the presence of the ruthenium-alkylidene catalysts (PCy?)?(Cl)?Ru=CHPh (I) and (1,3-dimesityl-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2-ylidene) (PCy?)Cl?Ru=CHPh (II), respectively. Catalyst II bears an N-heterocyclic carbene ligand (NHC) bounded to the ruthenium atom, which has a strong basic character; therefore it is more active toward trisubstituted olefins in comparison with catalyst I. In both cases, isolated monoterpene-terminated isoprene oligomers were obtained as products of the cross-metathesis degradation of NR. In the presence of catalyst II molecular weight values around M(n) × 102 and yields of 80% were obtained; whereas with catalyst I, the molecular weights of products were about M(n) × 10? with yields ranging 70 to 74%. The composition and yield of NR degradation products were determined by GC/MS (EI) analysis and it was found that the oligomers obtained have primarily one vinyl group and one terpene-monocyclic group at the chain end, with isoprene units A(m) = 2, 3 y 4.  相似文献

In this paper, we characterize approximate Benson-proper solutions of a constrained vector optimization problem with generalized cone convexity assumptions through approximate solutions of associated scalar optimization problems and also via approximate proper saddle point theorems. These results are based on an approximate version of the well known nearly subconvexlikeness notion and also on a new set-valued Lagrangian and a new concept of approximate proper saddle point.  相似文献

This paper is focused on approximate ( -efficient) solutions of multiobjective mathematical programs. We introduce a new -efficiency concept which extends and unifies different notions of approximate solution defined in the literature. We characterize these -efficient solutions in convex multiobjective programs through approximate solutions of linear scalarizations, which allow us to obtain parametric representations of different -efficiency sets. We describe the first analytical method involving SPE and CZE coupled to ESI-IT MS (CZE-ESI-MS) used to identify and characterize phenolic compounds in olive oil samples. The SPE, CZE and ESI-MS parameters were optimized in order to maximize the number of phenolic compounds detected and the sensitivity of their determination. To this end we have devised a detailed method to find the best conditions for CE separation and the detection by MS of the phenolic compounds present in olive oil using a methanol-water extract of Picual extra-virgin olive oil (VOO). Electrophoretic separation was carried out using an aqueous CE buffer system consisting of 60 mM NH(4)OAc at pH 9.5 with 5% of 2-propanol, a sheath liquid containing 2-propanol/water 60:40 v/v and 0.1% v/v triethylamine. This method offers to the analyst the chance to study important phenolic compounds such as phenolic alcohols (tyrosol (TY), hydroxytyrosol (HYTY) and 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl acetate), lignans ((+)-pinoresinol and (+)-1-acetoxypinoresinol), complex phenols (ligstroside aglycon (Lig Agl), oleuropein aglycon, their respective decarboxylated derivatives and several isomeric forms of these (dialdehydic form of oleuropein aglycon, dialdehydic form of ligstroside aglycon, dialdehydic form of decarboxymethyl elenolic acid linked to HYTY, dialdehydic form of decarboxymethyl elenolic acid linked to TY) and 10-hydroxy-oleuropein aglycon) and one other phenolic compound (elenolic acid) in extra-VOO by using a simple SPE before CE-ESI-MS analysis.  相似文献

We describe a capillary zone electrophoresis method coupled to electrospray ionization (ion trap) mass spectrometry (CZE-ESI-MS) for the identification and determination of choline and atropine compounds in hairy root extracts from Cannabis sativa L. Fused-silica capillary and an alkaline solution of 20 mM ammonium acetate at pH 8.5 are used being the most suitable for the analysis of choline and atropine in less than 10 min. Under the optimized conditions, including CE and ESI-MS parameters, the method resolved both compounds with very high sensitivity. The system exhibited good linear response in the range of 25-500 mg/L and 500-1000 microg/L for choline and atropine, respectively. The detection limit of choline was 18 mg/L and 320 microg/L for atropine. Finally, the developed method was applied to the analysis of these compounds in transgenic root cultures of Cannabis sativa L.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to develop a quantitative-competitive PCR (QC-PCR) method to detect DNA from transgenic herbicide-resistant (roundup ready, RR) soybean and maize. Since no QC-PCR system for the quantification of RR maize had been published at the time of writing, a specific competitor DNA for transgenic event was developed. For the QC-PCR of RR-soybean, a commercially available competitor was employed. These internal standards were calibrated by coamplifying with mixtures containing RR-soybean and maize DNAs. The calibrated QC-PCR systems were applied to certified RR-soybean and maize flour mixtures in order to demonstrate their suitability not only for the quantification of the glyphosate resistance traits in DNA matrices, but also in practically relevant samples. In addition, a special focus of the present work was to compare the detection of QC-PCR products by slab gel and CGE with UV detection. CGE permitted the precise detection of transgenic events also below the equivalence points; while in slab gel electrophoresis, due to the low sensitivity the quantification of genetically modified DNA was allowed only at the equivalence point.  相似文献
