The synthesis and analytical properties of dimedone bisguanylhydrazone (DIBG) are described for the first time. DIBG is oxidized by aerial oxygen and the reaction is catalysed by copper(II). The catalytic effect of copper(II) is increased by the presence of pyridine. Kinetic methods are described for determining trace amounts of copper(II) and pyridine. The reaction is followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the rate of change of absorbance at 550 nm. The calibration graphs are linear in the range 0.6-9.5 mug for copper(II) and 0.2-8.8 mg for pyridine. The methods have been applied to the determination of copper in galena and of pyridine in piperidine and isoamyl alcohol. The kinetic parameters of the reaction have been determined.  相似文献

The thermal treatment of the pentafluorophenyl derivativesM(C6F5)2Dxn [M=Pd (n=2, 3) or Pt (n=2); Dx=dioxane] leads to the formation of the new dioxane adducts M(C6F5)2Dx (M=Pd, Pt) and Pt(C6F5)2Dx1.5. Calculations of the order of reaction and the activation energy of some of the decomposition reactions are described. The values were determined by the Coats-Redfern and Freeman-Carroll methods. Structural data on the isolated intermediates were obtained by infrared spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measurements.
Zusammenfassung Die thermische Behandlung der PentafluorphenylderivateM(C6F5)2Dxn [M=Pd (n=2, 3) oder Pt (n=2); Dx=Dioxan] führt zu der Bildung der neuen DioxanaddukteM(C6F5)2Dx (M=Pd, Pt) und Pt(C6F5)2Dx1.5. Die Berechnungen der Reaktionsordnung und der Aktivierungsenergie einiger Zersetzungsreaktionen werden beschrieben. Die Werte wurden durch die Methoden von Coats-Redfern und Freeman-Carroll bestimmt. Die Strukturangaben der isolierten Zwischenprodukte wurden durch Infrarotspektroskopie und Messung der magnetischen Suszeptibilität erhalten.

The ultraviolet photolysis dynamics of Kr-HBr(v=0) is investigated by means of wave packet calculations, focusing on the fragmentation pathway Kr-HBr+ variant Planck's over 2pi omega-->H+Kr-Br. Photolysis is simulated by starting from two different cluster initial states, namely the ground van der Waals (vdW) and an excited vdW bending state, associated with the Kr-H-Br and Kr-Br-H isomers, respectively. The results show that, for the two initial states of the cluster, the Kr-Br product yield is lower than that of Ar-Br radicals found in previous studies on Ar-HBr photolysis. Despite this decrease, the Kr-Br yield is found to be still rather high, in particular for the initial excited vdW state of Kr-HBr(v=0). In addition, the Kr-Br product state distributions exhibit a remarkably higher excitation (mainly rotational) than the corresponding Ar-Br distributions. The lower yield and higher excitation of Kr-Br as compared to Ar-Br, are attributed to a larger share of the energy available for the radical going to internal excitation in the case of the Kr-Br product. The different partition of the energy available for Kr-Br also causes significant deviations in the photolysis behavior of Kr-HBr when compared to that of Ar-HBr, in the case of the initial excited vdW state of both clusters. A common feature of the photodissociation of Kr-HBr and Ar-HBr is the manifestation of quantum interference effects in the Kr-Br and Ar-Br rotational state distributions, in the form of pronounced structures of supernumerary rotational rainbows.  相似文献

An automatic flow method for the determination of total aliphatic amines has been developed. Using an integrated micro extraction unit at the detection point that allows continuous on-line monitoring of small organic plug from which amines are extracted. It is based on the formation of ion-pairs between aliphatic amines and sodium 1,2-naphthoquinone-5-sulphonate that are subsequently extracted into chloroform. The gradual enrichment of the organic phase with the ion-pair is continuously monitored at 460 nm. Absorbance readings at a fixed time and the slopes of absorbance-time recordings are the measured parameters used for determination purposes. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of total aliphatic amines in both synthetic and real (food) samples.  相似文献

A flame atomic absorption spectrometric procedure for the rapid determination of manganese, lead, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium and potassium in cements is described. For minor components, slurries are prepared in the 0.05–0.25% m/v range by direct suspension of the samples in a medium containing 2% v/v nitric acid, 2% hydrofluoric acid and 30% v/v glycerol. 50–200 l aliquots are injected in a simple flow injection manifold using water as the carrier. When determining major components, the FI manifold includes an easy-to-construct variable volume chamber allowing the on-line dilution of the suspensions. The degree of dilution can be easily modified to obtain signals within the linear response range of the instrument. Aqueous standards are used for calibration. The data obtained for six cements agree with those obtained by conventional procedures based on the compl M v£e w ete dissolution of the samples.  相似文献

An enantioselective and regioselective iridium-catalyzed allylic etherification is described. The reaction of sodium and lithium aryloxides with achiral (E)-cinnamyl and terminal aliphatic allylic electrophiles in the presence of 2 mol % of an iridium-phosphoramidite complex provides chiral allylic aryl ethers in high yields and excellent levels of regio- and enantioselectivity. Lithium aryloxides containing a single substituent at an ortho, meta, or para position as well as sterically hindered phenoxides were tolerated. Reactions in THF displayed the most suitable balance of rate, regio-, and enantioselectivity. High ee's were also observed for the products from the reaction of alkyl (E)-allylic carbonates.  相似文献

A method for the identification of double bond locations in polyunsaturated long chain alkenones adapted to nanogram amounts as currently analyzed by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS) has been developed. The method is based on interpretation of the electron impact mass spectra of the imino derivatives of the carbonyl groups using either cyclopentyl or phenyl substitutents. Other complementary derivatization methods such as elaidization and hydrogenation have also been used for structural characterization of these compounds. This application has led to the identification of a novel homologous series of di-, tri-, and tetraunsaturated ketones with carbon number chain lengths between 37 and 40 in coastal hypersaline sediments. The novel series identified shows a distribution in which the double bond position between different homologs is established by reference to the distance from the carbonyl group whereas the previously known alkenones were constituted by unsaturated homologs with double bonds located at defined distances of the terminal methyl. This difference points out to a dissimilar, but still unknown, biogenic precursor of these novel alkenones.  相似文献

This report presents a study of electrokinetic transport in a series of integrated macro- to nano-fluidic chips that allow for controlled injection of molecular mixtures into high-density arrays of nanochannels. The high-aspect-ratio nanochannels were fabricated on a Si wafer using interferometric lithography and standard semiconductor industry processes, and are capped with a transparent Pyrex cover slip to allow for experimental observations. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to examine the electrokinetic transport of a negatively charged dye (Alexa 488) and a neutral dye (rhodamine B) within nanochannels that varied in width from 35 to 200 nm with electric field strengths equal to or below 2000 V m-1. In the negatively charged channels, nanoconfinement and interactions between the respective solutes and channel walls give rise to higher electroosmotic velocities for the negatively charged dye than for the neutral dye, towards the negative electrode, resulting in an anomalous separation that occurs over a relatively short distance (<1 mm). Increasing the channel widths leads to a switch in the electroosmotic transport behavior observed in microscale channels, where neutral molecules move faster because the negatively charged molecules are slowed by the electrophoretic drag. Thus a clear distinction between "nano-" and "microfluidic" regimes is established. We present an analytical model that accounts for the electrokinetic transport and adsorption (of the neutral dye) at the channel walls, and is in good agreement with the experimental data. The observed effects have potential for use in new nano-separation technologies.  相似文献

Sol-gel zirconia was characterized using high-resolution thermogravimetry (Hi-Res TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and compared with X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. ZrO2-x(OH)2x·yH2O annealed below 400°C show typical behavior of amorphous material. As the annealing temperature is increased, the tetragonal and monoclinic phases crystallize. Typical Hi-Res TG curve shows that the samples are continuously dehydrated in a long temperature range, between room temperature and 600°C. The total mass loss relative to the initial mass is of about 29%. The DSC analysis coupled with TG and structural information, indicate that the exothermic processes about 355 and 447°C can be related to the nucleation process of the formation of tetragonal zirconia, with bulk crystallization at 447°C.
