光泽精与钨（Ⅲ）的流动注射—胶束增敏化学发光反应

采用了Jones柱在线还原钨（Ⅵ）为钨（Ⅲ）,详细研究了钨（Ⅲ）与光泽精的化学发光反应,加入乳化剂OP能明显提高发光的信噪比,基于此建立了痕量钨的流动注射化学发光分析法。该法线性范围为1×10     

一种给脉冲形成线充电的带绕式高压脉冲变压器

 研制了一种耦合系数0.8，次级输出电压500kV的空芯带绕式脉冲变压器，并进行了理论和实验的初步研究。此种变压器具有结构紧凑、体积小和电性能好的优点，已用作升压变压器给脉冲调制器的水介质Blumlein线充电。在调制器的真空二极管上已获得450kV,40kA、半高脉宽大于80ns的高电压脉冲。     

Cellular pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics mechanisms of ginkgo diterpene lactone and its modulation of P‐glycoprotein expression in human SH‐SY5Y cells

Ginkgo diterpene lactone (GDL) is the raw material for ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection, which is used for treating cerebral ischemia. The aims of this study were to explore the cellular pharmacokinetics of GDL in whole cells and subcellular fractions, and detect cellular pharmacodynamics on the human SH‐SY5Y cells induced by oxygen–glucose deprivation and reoxygenation (OGD/R). Firstly, a simple, sensitive and reliable liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) method was developed and validated for assessing the amount of ginkgolide A (GA), B (GB) and K (GK) in cellular/subcellular samples. Then, phosphatidylserine and mitochondria membrane potential were assayed to evaluate the extent of apoptosis effect. The study showed that the cellular/subcellular accumulation of GA and GB were increased in a concentration‐dependent manner; the levels of GA and GB in cytosol were the highest among these subcellular organelles. Meanwhile, GDL also attenuated the OGD/R‐induced increases in the percentage of apoptotic and mitochondria membrane potential. In addition, verapamil increased the rate and amount of GA and GB entering cellular/subcellular compartments through inhibition of P‐glycoprotein activity, and promoted the protective effect of GDL. The present study reports the cellular pharmacokinetics profiles of GA and GB in normal and OGD/R‐induced SH‐SY5Y cells in vitro for the first time, which provided valuable information for clinical safety application.     

A simple LC‐MS/MS method for quantitative analysis of underivatized neurotransmitters in rats urine: assay development,validation and application in the CUMS rat model

Many amino acid neurotransmitters in urine are associated with chronic stress as well as major depressive disorders. To better understand depression, an analytical LC‐MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of 11 underivatized neurotransmitters (4‐aminohippurate, 5‐HIAA, glutamate, glutamine, hippurate, pimelate, proline, tryptophan, tyramine, tyrosine and valine) in a single analytical run was developed. The advantage of this method is the simple preparation in that there is no need to deconjugate the urine samples. The quantification range was 25–12,800 ng mL^?1 with >85.8% recovery for all analytes. The nocturnal urine concentrations of the 11 neurotransmitters in chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) model rats and control group (n = 12) were analyzed. A series of significant changes in urinary excretion of neurotransmitters could be detected: the urinary glutamate, glutamine, hippurate and tyramine concentrations were significantly lower in the CUMS group. In addition, the urinary concentrations of tryptophan as well as tyrosine were significantly higher in chronically stressed rats. This method allows the assessment of the neurotransmitters associated with CUMS in rat urine in a single analytical run, making it suitable for implementation as a routine technique in depression research. 特征化证据信任函数的证据诱导分布函数及其性质

基于基本概率分配构造了证据判断框架上的一个证据诱导分布函数，证明了这个证据诱导分布函数是刻划基本概率分配和信任函数特征的点函数，并证明了这个证据诱导分布函数也是证据理论判断框架上的概率分布，从而在一定意义上实现了从证据理论框架到概率论框架的转化，另外，还给出了这种证据诱导分布函数的基本性质。     

高功率离子束的应用研究

 给出用“闪光二号”加速器高功率离子束轰击19F靶产生6~7MeV准单能脉冲γ射线的实验结果；提出采用离子束传输法分离和降低轫致辐射干扰的方法，利用闪烁体探测器和半导体探测器，测出质子传输不同距离后轰击C₂F₄靶产生的6~7MeV准单能脉冲γ射线信号以及相比轫致辐射的延迟时间；介绍了模拟材料的软X射线的热 力学效应等方面的高功率离子束的应用，给出一些实验和理论计算结果。     

Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of Nitenpyram Analogs with Tetrahydropyrimidine Fixed (Z)‐Configuration

Two series of novel (Z)‐nitenpyram analogs 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2f , 2g , 2h , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d were synthesized by introducing various amino acids benzyl ester or amino acids tetrahydrofurfur‐2‐yl ester into nitenpyram and forming a tetrahydropyrimidine ring to fix (Z)‐configuration. The structures of the target compounds were characterized by ¹HNMR, MS, IR, and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassays against Nilaparvata lugens indicated that all the nitenpyram analogs exhibited good insecticidal activity at 100 mg/L, whereas the compounds 3b and 3d afforded the best in vitro inhibitory activities that had ≥ 90% mortality at 20 mg/L.     

N-N＇-(4,5,6-三取代嘧啶-2-基)乙酰脲基] 邻羰基苯磺酰亚胺的合成(Ⅱ)

采用亚结构连接法设计合成了未见文献报道的 4种 α-氯乙酰脲和 4种标题化合物 ,它们的结构经元素分析 ,IR,1H NMR和 MS确证 ,初步生物活性测定结果表明 :部分化合物具有优良的除草活性 ,其它多数化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性。     

煤矸石堆积问题的征地费用模型

本文研究了煤矸石堆积问题的征地模型 .根据问题所给信息 ,建立了一定简化条件下求征地面积和运矸电费的模型 ,针对不同贷款限额 ,提出了最优征地计划     

CSR电子冷却系统电子束空间电荷效应对电子束温度的影响

 通过求解电子冷却系统中冷却段漂移管区的强流电子束产生的空间电荷场,研究了电子束空间电荷效应对电子温升的影响。结合HIRFL CSR电子冷却系统的典型参数,得到了电子在自身空间电荷场和纵向螺线管磁场组成的交叉场作用下产生的漂移速度和由此引起的附加温度大小,并指出减小电子束空间电荷效应的方法。
