La3Ga5SiO14电光调Q的Nd:LiYF激光器研究

报道了以Nd：LiYF(Nd：LYF)为增益介质、用硅酸镓镧(La3Ga5SiO14,LGS)晶体进行电光调Q的非稳腔调Q激光器的脉冲特性。Nd：LiYF的两端按σ偏振1、053μm光的布儒斯特角切割,不需另加起偏镜．实现了单一偏振光振荡。LGS晶体电光Q开关插入损耗小(2％),抗光伤阈值高(950MW／cm^2),与DKDP相比,具有不潮解等优点。当抽运能量为120J、重复率3Hz时,单脉冲输出能量为275mJ,脉冲宽度为8ns．动静比为76％．输出能量不稳定度小于3％,偏振度大于99％,光束发散角为0．7mrad。文中还对本激光器偏振特性、非稳腔设计、LiYF导热性能和热透镜效应补偿进行了分析．对LGS电光调Q开关工作性能、工作方式以及存在的问题也进行了分析。     

中红外连续波单谐振光学参量振荡器热致相位失配

为了研究热致相位失配对中红外连续波单谐振光学参量振荡器(CW-SRO)输出效率的影响, 结合CW-SRO计算模型和热传导方程,利用有限元分析方法,重点对输出3.3 m波长闲频光的CW-SRO进行了分析。计算了不同信号光输出耦合率及不同泵浦功率下CW-SRO晶体输出截面上热致相位失配量的分布。由计算结果可以看出:晶体吸收腔中振荡信号光是导致晶体热效应的主要因素;在相同的输入条件下,泵浦功率在30 W以上时CW-SRO的热致相位失配将会大大降低其泵浦损耗率;通过增加信号光输出耦合率的方法,可以减少热致相位失配对CW-SRO输出效率的影响,但CW-SRO的振荡阈值会增加。     

Photonic Aharonov-Bohm effect based on dynamic modulation

We show that when the refractive index of a photonic system is harmonically modulated, the phase of the modulation introduces an effective gauge potential for photons. This effective gauge potential can be used to create a photonic Aharonov-Bohm effect. We show that the photonic Aharonov-Bohm effect provides the optimal mechanism for achieving complete on-chip nonmagnetic optical isolation.     

Positive almost periodic solution for impulsive Nicholson's blowflies model with multiple linear harvesting terms

In this paper, by means of the Cauchy matrix and fixed pointed theorem, we give sufficient conditions for the existence and exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for the impulsive Nicholson's blowflies model with multiple linear harvesting terms and infinite delay. 本征函数法求解光强传输方程的相位反演方法

提出了一种采用本征函数法求解光强传输方程的相位反演算法.相位可由拉普拉斯算子本征函数展开,各阶本征函数的系数可以由光强沿光轴的微分和本征函数两者的积分得到,由此实现相位恢复.给出了圆形区域和矩形区域拉普拉斯算子本征函数的解析形式,数值模拟了在这两种区域上采用该算法实现相位恢复的过程,结果表明该算法可以很好地实现相位恢复...     

POSITIVE SOLUTIONS TO TWO TYPES OF NEUTRAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS WITH DISTRIBUTED DELAY

In this paper, we study two types of neutral functional differential equations with finite or unbounded distributed deviating arguments. By Banach contraction princi-ple, we obtain some sufficient conditions for the existence of positive solutions to such equations.     

Quasiperiodicity and chaos in the Gunn effect

A model is proposed describing the Gunn effect in GaAs. Numerical results of the model exhibit frequency locking and the transition from quasiperiodicity to chaos under an externally applied periodic electrical field.     

Proximity between life distributions and exponential distributions (II)

This paper is a continuation of the foregoing one [1]. In this paper, we study the proximity between exponential distributions and life distributions in variousW-type classes, whereW-type classes indicate DFR, DFRA, NWU, NWUE, IMRL and HNWUE.This research was partially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
