A new isoprenyl phenyl ether compound from mangrove fungus

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether, 3-hydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)benzoic acid methyl ester (1), together with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (3), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4) were isolated from Mangrove fungus (No. B60) from the South China Sea. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. In the preliminary bioassay, compound 1 exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities. Compound 1 also inhibited cytotoxicity to the hepG2 cell line with an IC₅₀ value of 10.0 μg/mL. 评述了液晶态分子在分析化学中的应用进展，包括其超分子的分子识别作用，液晶在色谱，光谱探针，核磁共振谱等分析化学领域中的应用。     

MH—Ni电池封口化成及其性能

在硼氢化钾碱性溶液中对金属氢化物（ＭＨ）电极的表面进行化学还原处理，提高了ＭＨ电极的放电容量、活化性能和电催化活性．用其为负极组装的ＡＡ型ＭＨ－Ｎｉ电池进行了封口化成，电池放电容量达到１１５０ｍＡｈ，５Ｃ下电池的放电容量达到０．２Ｃ下容量的８０％以上，电池在１Ｃ１００％ＤＯＤ（放电深度）充放电条件下，循环寿命由原来的１００次左右提高到２００次以上     

Pt羰基簇合物在NaY内的合成机理

利用IR，EXAFS, ~(13)CO同位素交换反应及与NO作用等手段研究了Pt羰基簇合物[Pt_3(CO)_6]~(2-)_n(n＝3,4)在NaY分子筛超笼内的合成机理．在氧化样品Pt~(2+)/NaY上300－373 K的还愿羰基化过程中，首先Pt~(2+)与CO反应生成PtO(CO)物种(波数σ_(CO)＝2110 cm~(-1))，然后聚集成“Pt_3(CO)_6”(σ_(CO)＝2112，1896和1841 cm~(-1))，最后生成深绿色的Pt羰基簇合物Pt_(12)(CO)_(24)]~(2-)/NaY(σ_(CO)＝2080，1824 cm~(-1))．“Pt_3(CO)_6”的羰基在室温下能迅速地与~(13)CO发生交换，而[Pt_3(CO)_6]~(2-)_n(n＝3,4)的羰基与~(13)CO的同位素交换即使在343 K也进行得很慢，室温下，NO能逐步破坏Pt羰基簇合物的层间和层内Pt－Pt键，得到中间物种“Pt_3(CO)_6”和PtO(CO)，同时在气相产生CO_2和N_2O．而由上述两中间物种出发，300－353 K温度下，在CO气氛中的还原羰基化又能可逆地得到原羰基簇合物．     

Synthesis of 7,9-dideoxybaccatin IV analogs from sinenxan A

Sinenxan A, a taxoid isolated from callus tissue cultures of Taxus yunnanensis was converted into 13-oxo-7,9-dideoxy-2-debenzoyl-2-acetyl-baccatin IV and 7,9-dideoxy-2-debenzoyl-4-deacetyl-baccatin IV, a key framework of 1,7,9-trideoxypaclitaxel. Several special steps in this transformation are worthy of note: (1) deoxygenation by treatment with hypophosphorous acid at C-14 position; (2) a highly regioselective O-deacetylation of taxanes at C-5 position; and (3) stereoselective reduction of the 13-carbonyl group by transannular assistance from the C-4-hydroxyl.     

Synthesis, spectroscopic studies and crystal structure of a polyoxoanion cluster incorporating para-bromophenylimido ligand, (Bu4N)2[Mo6O18(NC6H4Br-p)]

An organic-inorganic hybrid compound, (Bu₄N)₂[Mo₆O₁₈(NAr)] (Ar = p-BrC₆H₄) has been synthesized via the DCC dehydrating protocol of the reaction of [α-Mo₈O₂₆]⁴⁻ with 4-bromoaniline hydrochloride in anhydrous acetonitrile, which has been characterized by UV-Vis spectra, ¹H NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction study. By comparing the UV-Vis spectra, which were used to monitor the reaction, the optimum preparative condition for this compound was also determined. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁/n, which is featured in a terminal para-bromophenylimido group linked to an Mo atom of a hexamolybdate cluster by a Mo-N triply bond. In addition, there are π-π dimerization of the neighboring cluster anions though the parallel aromatic rings in their crystals.     

Photoinduced self-substitution of haloquinones

A series of novel oligo(halobenzoquinoid) compounds have been obtained from the photoinduced self-substitution of 2,5-dibromo-1,4-benzoquinone (1a), 2,6-dibromo-1,4-benzoquinone (1b), 2-chloro-1,4-benzoquinone (1c), 2-bromo-5-chloro-1,4-benzoquinone (1d), 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1,4-benzoquinone (1e) and 1,4-benzoquinone (1f) in the presence of N,N-dimethyl-t-butylamine (2) in acetonitrile. Dimers, trimers and/or pentamers of these haloquinones were found to be the major products.     

A new isocoumarin from bark of Pellodendron chinense

A new isocoumarin, 3-acetyl-3,4-dihydro-5,6-dimethoxy-1H-2-benzopyran-1-one, was isolated from the cortex of Phellodendron chinense schneid. The structure was determined on the basis of spectroscopic evidences.     

Photoinduced electron transfer between adamantanamine-(OCH2CH2)n-phenothiazine and mono-6-p-nitrobenzoyl-β-cyclodextrin

A series of adamantanamine-(OCH₂CH₂)_n-phenothiazine (n = 0, 1, 2, 3) electron donors was synthesized. Photoinduced electron transfer was observed in the supramolecular complex of the phenothiazine derivatives with p-nitrobenzoyl-β-cyclodextrin (NBCD) through binding of the adamantyl group by the NBCD cavity, which is stabilized clearly via hydrophobic interactions in aqueous solution. Detailed Stern–Volmer constants were measured and they were partitioned into dynamic Stern–Volmer quenching constants and static binding constants. The results revealed an efficient electron transfer process inside the supramolecular systems compared to that controlled by diffusion. This observation also indicates that the chain length will influence the electron transfer efficiency of a supramolecular donor–acceptor system.
