We developed a solid‐phase microextraction coupled to GC with electron‐capture detection method for the detection of acrylamide in food samples. Single‐walled carbon nanotubes and polypyrrole were electropolymerized onto a stainless‐steel wire as a coating, which possessed a homogeneous, porous, and wrinkled surface, chemical and mechanical stability, long lifespan (over 300 extractions), and good extraction efficiency for acrylamide. The linearity range between the signal intensity and the acrylamide concentration was found to be in the range 0.001–1 μg/mL, and the coefficient of determination was 0.9985. The LOD, defined as three times the baseline noise, was 0.26 ng/mL. The reproducibility for each single fiber (n = 6) and the fiber‐to‐fiber (n = 5) repeatability prepared in the same batch were less than 4.1 and 11.2%, respectively. 相似文献

Two‐phase solvent system plays crucial role in successful separation of organic compounds using counter‐current chromatography (CCC). An interesting two‐phase solvent system, composed of chloroform/ethyl acetate/methanol/water, is reported here, in which both phases contain sufficient organic solvents to balance their dissolving capacities. Adjusting the solvent system to get satisfactory partition coefficients (K values) for target compounds becomes relatively simple. This solvent system succeeded in sample preparation of aconitine (8.07 mg, 93.69%), hypaconitine (7.74 mg, 93.17%), mesaconitine (1.95 mg, 94.52%) from raw aconite roots (102.24 mg, crude extract), benzoylmesaconine (34.79 mg, 98.67%) from processed aconite roots (400.01 mg, crude extract), and yunaconitine (253.59 mg, 98.65%) from a crude extract of Aconitum forrestii (326.69 mg, crude extract). 相似文献

A new norlabdane diterpenoid, named vitrifolin A, was isolated from the fruits of Vitex trifolia Linn. var. simplicifolia Cham. Its structure was elucidated by mean of spectroscopic methods, including HRESIMS, IR, 1D and 2D NMR. Novel pyrrolo[1′,5′‐a]‐1,8‐naphthyridine compounds have been synthesized through a facile one‐pot process by the reaction of the corresponding 1,8‐naphthyridines with aliphatic anhydride. The structures were established by spectroscopic data. Further X‐ray crystal analysis of 4′‐acetyl‐7‐methyl‐pyrrolo[1′,5′‐a]‐1,8‐naphthyridine (1) identifies its intriguing molecular structure and reveals the strong π‐π stacking. 相似文献

The solubility of icariin in the binary solvent system of ethanol and water was measured by UV–Vis spectrophotometry from 288.2 to 328.2 K. The solubility of icariin in the system increased with increasing temperature. A synergistic effect appeared at x 2 = 0.4 (equivalent to 68.34 % ethanol, v/v) binary mixture. Solubility data were correlated with the modified Apelblat equation. The enthalpy and entropy of solution were evaluated using van’t Hoff plots. 相似文献

Photochromic indolylfulgimides covalently attached to polymers have beneficial properties for optical switching. A 3-indolylfulgide and two 3-indolylfulgimides with one or two polymerizable styrene groups attached on the nitrogen atom(s) were synthesized. Copolymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA) provided linear copolymers (one styrene group) or a cross-linked copolymer (two styrene groups). The properties of the monomers and copolymers in toluene or as thin films were characterized. The new copolymers were photochromic (reversible Z-to-C isomerization), absorbed visible light, and revealed good thermal and photochemical stability. At room temperature, all copolymer films showed no loss of absorbance after 5 weeks. At 80 °C in either toluene or as films, the Z-forms copolymers were less stable than the C-form copolymers, which showed little or no degradation after 400 h. The degradation rate due to repeated ring-closing – ring opening cycles was less than 3% per 100 cycles. The cross-linked copolymer showed photochemical stability comparable to monomeric fulgides in toluene, <1% per 100 cycles. In general, the properties of the linear and cross-linked copolymers were similar to the corresponding monomers in toluene. In films, the conformations of the Z-form were restricted due to the matrix indicating that the preparation of films from the C-form is advantageous. 相似文献

建立体积排阻色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(SEC-HPLC-ICP-MS)联用技术分析富硒大米含硒蛋白组成方法。通过水提、盐提、碱提和醇提方法提取,并用丙酮沉淀蛋白,硒的回收率分别为9.6%,16.8%,48.2%和14.9%,纯化后的蛋白结合硒的量由大到小依次为碱溶谷蛋白>球蛋白>醇溶蛋白>清蛋白。蛋白液经SEC-HPLC-ICP-MS检测,通过蛋白色谱峰(λ=280 nm)和ICP-MS硒峰(78Se)对比分析,利用分子量标准曲线测定出4类蛋白中含硒蛋白的分子量。结果表明,富硒大米中清蛋白和醇溶蛋白并不是硒的主要存在蛋白。硒主要存在于>7 kDa的碱溶谷蛋白和球蛋白,其中碱溶含硒蛋白主要组分F1分子量为199.8 kDa。 相似文献

Two series of dissymmetric hydrazide derivatives containing alkoxyazobenzene with nitro terminal group and octyloxy terminal group, N-4-alkoxyphenyl-N′-4-((4-nitrophenyl)azophenyl) benzohydrazide (Bn-NO2, n indicates the number of carbon atoms) and N-4-octyloxyphenyl-N′-4-((4-octyloxyphenyl)azophenyl) benzohydrazide (B8-B8), were designed and synthesised, and their liquid crystalline properties were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry, polarised optical microscopy and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. It was found that B8-B8 with octyloxy terminal chains displayed monolayer smectic C phase, whereas Bn-NO2 with nitro terminal group displayed SmAd phase, and intermolecular hydrogen bonding was confirmed as the driving force. In addition, the effect of hydrogen bonding, dipole–dipole interactions and steric hindrance effect on the liquid crystalline structures were also discussed. 相似文献

The synthesis and reactivity of a silyliumylidene cation stabilized by an amidinate ligand and 4‐dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) are described. The reaction of the amidinate silicon(I) dimer [ L Si:]2 ( 1 ; L =PhC(NtBu)2) with one equivalent of N‐trimethylsilyl‐4‐dimethylaminopyridinium triflate [4‐NMe2C5H4NSiMe3]OTf and two equivalents of DMAP in THF afforded [ L Si(DMAP)]OTf ( 2 ). The ambiphilic character of 2 is demonstrated from its reactivity. Treatment of 2 with 1 in THF afforded the disilylenylsilylium triflate [ L′ 2( L )Si]OTf ( 3 ; L′ = L Si:) with the displacement of DMAP. The reaction of 2 with [K{HB(iBu)3}] and elemental sulfur in THF afforded the silylsilylene [ L SiSi(H){(NtBu)2C(H)Ph}] ( 4 ) and the base‐stabilized silanethionium triflate [ L Si(S)DMAP]OTf ( 5 ), respectively.
