The corrosion morphology image acquisition system which can be used in the field was established. In Beijing atmospheric corrosion exposure station, the image acquisition system was used to capture the early stage corrosion morphology of five types of high strength aluminium alloy specimens. After the denoise treatment, wavelet-based image analysis method was applied to decompose the improved images and energies of sub-images were extracted as character information. Based on the variation of image energy values, the corrosion degree of aluminium alloy specimens was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The conclusion was basically identical with the result based on the corrosion weight loss. This method is supposed to be effective to analysis and quantify the corrosion damage from image of field exposure aluminium alloy specimens.  相似文献

In pharmacological magnetic resonance imaging (phMRI) with anesthetized animals, there is usually only a single time window to observe the dynamic signal change to an acute drug administration since subsequent drug injections are likely to result in altered response properties (e.g., tolerance). Unlike the block-design experiments in which fMRI signal can be elicited with multiple repetitions of a task, these single-event experiments require stable baseline in order to reliably identify drug-induced signal changes. Such factors as subject motion, scanner instability and/or alterations in physiological conditions of the anesthetized animal could confound the baseline signal. The unique feature of such functional MRI (fMRI) studies necessitates a technique that is able to monitor MRI signal in a real-time fashion and to interactively control certain experimental procedures. In the present study, an approach for real-time MRI on a Bruker scanner is presented. The custom software runs on the console computer in parallel with the scanner imaging software, and no additional hardware is required. The utility of this technique is demonstrated in manganese-enhanced MRI (MEMRI) with acute cocaine challenge, in which temporary disruption of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) is a critical step for MEMRI experiments. With the aid of real-time MRI, we were able to assess the outcome of BBB disruption following bolus injection of hyperosmolar mannitol in a near real-time fashion prior to drug administration, improving experimental success rate. It is also shown that this technique can be applied to monitor baseline physiological conditions in conventional fMRI experiments using blood oxygenation level-dependent (BOLD) contrast, further demonstrating the versatility of this technique.  相似文献

Laser-based angle-resolved photoemission measurements with superhigh resolution have been carried out on an optimally doped Bi(2)Sr(2)CaCu(2)O(8) high temperature superconductor. New high energy features at approximately 115 meV and approximately 150 meV, in addition to the prominent approximately 70 meV one, are found to develop in the nodal electron self-energy in the superconducting state. These high energy features, which cannot be attributed to electron coupling with single phonon or magnetic resonance mode, point to the existence of a new form of electron coupling in high temperature superconductors.  相似文献

A unified physical model for thermopower was presented in organic semiconductors, based on the Marcus theory and variable-range hopping theory. According to the proposed model, the characteristic of charge carrier thermoelectric transport in organic semiconductors has been investigated. In particular, polaron effects, energetic disorder, and carrier density dependence of the thermopower have been discussed in detailed. The calculation also shows a good agreement with the experimental data in organic semiconductors.  相似文献

We consider how to teleport two- and three-mode Einstein--Podolsky--Rosen entangled states (|\eta> and | pt,\chi2,\chi3>) via a | pt,\chi2,\chi3> quantum channel for continuous variables. Using the complete and orthogonal representation of the entangled states, we can not only find the a complete basis set for the joint measurement but also propose the specific scheme of teleportation. Compared with direct ablation, confined ablation provides an effective way to obtain a large target momentum and a high coupling coefficient. By using a transparent glass layer to cover the target surface, the coupling coefficient is enhanced by an order of magnitude. With the increase of the gap width between the target surface and the cover layer, the coupling coefficient exponentially decreases. It is found that the coupling coefficient is also related to the thickness of the cover layer.  相似文献

系统测量了四硼酸锂(Li2O-2B2O3)熔体的密度ρ、表面张力γ随着温度的变化规律,实验结果表明在1100K到1500K范围内Li2O-2B2O3高温熔体的密度和表面张力随着温度的升高均线性减小.通过实验数据拟合得出熔体密度与温度关系为ρ(T)=2.574-4.89×10-4T,熔点处LiO-2B2O3熔体的密度为1.992g/cm3;熔体表面张力与温度关系的拟合公式为γ=262.8-4.59×10-2T.  相似文献

针对工业生产线上某产品上下盖自动装配的问题,运用运动控制理论与机器视觉相结合,搭建了一套模拟工业生产线产品装配系统。首先利用工业相机对进入视场的工件进行单帧图像采集,获取图像数据;然后利用OpenCV对数字图像进行处理,包括中值滤波、阈值分割、孔洞填充、边缘提取来获取数字图像的特征;之后通过质心法结合矩形拟合计算出工件的质心坐标和偏转角度;最后引导六轴机械臂抓取产品的时候能根据图像处理结果进行纠偏和补偿。该系统采用平面棋盘格标定板对工业相机进行了标定,并且在线进行了验证,实验结果表明,工件抓取和装配成功率为100%,满足工业现场的装配精度要求。  相似文献

为实现输油管道阴极保护系统的远程自动化监测与参数集中管理,开发了一种基于GPRS的分布式管道阴极保护参数远程监测系统;设计监测终端检测现场保护点的阴极电位、恒电位仪电压和阴极保护电流,采用GPRS无线网络以TCP/IP方式远传数据至监测中心工控机,实现了分布式多监测点阴极保护状态的在线监测与参数管理;运行测试结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,实现了对多站点、多通道数据的远程集中监测,阴极电位的检测精度达到了0.5%,可满足输油管线阴极保护的远程自动化监测需求。  相似文献
