Effects of Rapid Thermal Processing on Microstructure and Optical Properties of As-Deposited Ag2O Films by Direct-Current Reactive Magnetron Sputtering 下载免费PDF全文
(111) preferentially oriented Ag2O film deposited by direct current reactive magnetron sputtering is annealed by rapid thermal processing at different annealing temperatures for 5 min. The film microstructure and optical properties are then characterized by x-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, and spectrophotometry, respectively. The results indicate that no clear Ag diffraction peak is discernable in the Ag2O film annealed below 200°C. In comparison, the Ag2O film annealed at 200°C begins to exhibit characteristic Ag diffraction peaks, and in particular the Ag2O film annealed at 250°C can demonstrate enhanced Ag diffraction peaks. This implies that the threshold of the thermal decomposition reaction to produce Ag particles is approximately 200°C for the Ag2O film. In addition, an evolution of the film surface morphology from compact and pyramid-like to a rough and porous structure clearly occurred with increasing annealing temperature. The porous structure might be attributable to the escape of the oxygen produced during annealing, while the rough surface might originate from the reconstruction of the surface. The dispersion of interference peak intensity in the reflectance and transmission spectra could be attributed to the Ag particles produced. The lowered crystallinity and Ag particles produced induce a lattice defect, which results in an enhanced transmissivity in the violet region and a weakened transmissivity in the infrared region. 相似文献

Analytical study for electromagnetothermoelastic behaviors of a hollow cylinder composed of functionally graded piezoelectric material (FGPM), placed in a uniform magnetic field, subjected to electric, thermal and mechanical loads are presented. For the case that the electric, magnetic, thermal and mechanical properties of the material obey an identical power law in the radial direction, exact solutions for electric displacement, stresses, electric potential and perturbation of magnetic field vector in the FGPM hollow cylinder are determined by using the infinitesimal theory of electromagnetothermoelasticity. Some useful discussions and numerical examples are presented to show the significant influence of material inhomogeneity, and adopting a certain value of the inhomogeneity parameter β and applying suitable electric, thermal and mechanical loads can optimize the FGPM hollow cylindrical structures. 采用分光光度法测定注射用复方维生素(3)中微量草酸的方法.在氯化钾-盐酸缓冲液下,Fe3+和草酸的络合物能使Fe3+与磺基水杨酸的紫色络合物颜色变浅,测定显色反应后溶液的吸光度,试验中优化了显色反应时间、显色剂用量.结果显示,显色溶液最大吸收波长为503nm,草酸在0.006-0.036mg/mL浓度范围内,其吸光度与浓度呈良好线性关系,y=-17.552x+1.0283,r=0.9991.样品加样回收率为97.6%.本方法能准确检查注射用复方维生素(3)中微量草酸的含量. 相似文献

基于电化学-热耦合模型研究聚合物锂离子动力电池放电过程热行为, 分析了放电倍率、冷却条件对电池放电过程的温度变化及分布的影响规律. 结果表明: 3C放电时, 模型计算结果与实测结果的平均偏差为0.57 K, 方差为0.15, 说明模型准确度较高. 电芯的平均生热率在整个放电过程中呈现出增加的趋势, 初期和末期增长较快. 大倍率放电时, 与电流密度的平方呈正比的不可逆热所占的比重较大, 小倍率放电时, 电化学反应可逆热占主导. 改善冷却条件能降低电池放电过程的平均温度, 对流传热过程的表面传热系数为5 W/(m2·K), 1 C, 3 C, 5 C放电结束时, 电芯的平均温升为分别为6.46 K, 17.67 K, 27.53 K, 当对流传热过程的表面传热系数增加至25 W/(m2·K)时, 温升比自然对流条件下相同倍率放电时的温度分别降低了2.91 K, 4.68 K, 5.62 K, 但电芯温度分布的不一致性也会加剧.

本文从偶极子辐射场的Heaviside-Feynman表达式出发, 用经典的电动力学方法推导了考虑内禀磁矩影响后的相对论电子辐射频谱分布的表达式, 并对做匀速圆周运动的极端相对论性电子的同步辐射, 计算了两个偏振方向上的考虑磁矩修正后的辐射谱. 计算结果表明对于特征频率为ωc的同步辐射, 如果ħωc≥10 keV, 内禀磁矩对辐射的修正是可观的. 通过同步辐射的内禀磁矩修正, 本文讨论了电子束极化度与辐射场偏振度的依赖关系, 并基于此关系提出一种测量电子束极化度的新方法.

针对求解大型稀疏非对称线性方程组,提出适合于分布式并行环境的一种并行广义乘积型双共轭残差(GPBiCR)方法(简记为PGPBiCR方法).通过重构GPBiCR方法,新方法将原方法中的三个全局同步点降低到了一个,且内积所需的通讯时间可与向量校正的计算时间有效地重叠.代价仅是稍微增加了一些计算量,而相比于全局通讯时间的降低,这是可以忽略不计的.性能和等效率分析表明,PGPBiCR方法比GPBiCR方法具有更好的并行性和可扩展性,其中可扩展性可改进3倍,而并行通讯性能可改进66.7%.数值试验得到了与理论分析相吻合的结果. 相似文献

Monolithic integration of four 1.55-μm-range InGaAsP/InP distributed feedback (DFB) lasers using varied ridge width with a 4×1-multimode-interference (MMI) optical combiner and a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) is demonstrated. The average output power and the threshold current are 1.8 mW and 35 mA, respectively, when the injection current of the SOA is 100 mA, with a side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) exceeding 40 dB. A study of the isothermal crystallization behaviors of poly(9,9-dihexylfluorene-alt-2,5-didodecyloxybenzene) (PF6OC12) was carried out using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The crystallization kinetics under isothermal conditions could be described by the Avrami equation. The Avrami exponent n ranges from 3.43 to 3.71 for PF6OC12 at crystallization temperatures between 100.0°C and 90.0°C, indicating a three-dimensional spherical crystal growth with homogeneous nucleation in the primary crystallization stage for the isothermal melt crystallization process. In the DSC scan, after the isothermal crystallization, multiple melting behavior was found. The multiple endotherms could be attributed to melting of recrystallized materials produced originally during different crystallization processes. According to the Arrhenius equation, the activation energy was determined to be 211.29 kJmol?1 for the isothermal melt crystallization of PF6OC12. 相似文献
