A small-angle x-ray scattering study of the structure of Cu: SiO2 composite films obtained by magnetron cosputtering is reported. The experimental spectra are analyzed by direct numerical simulation of scattering from a polydisperse system of spherical particles with a high volume concentration. The calculated scattering spectra were found to fit well to the experiment if a log-normal particle distribution in size is assumed, and the parameters of this distribution were determined. 相似文献

Conventional phase diffraction gratings can be used to localize the incoming optical radiation in the near‐field region. A new design of the binary phase diffraction grating is proposed with embedded pupil opaque mask inside each stripe. By means of numerical simulations, it is shown that with this masked phase grating the spatial resolution of the near‐field localization can be substantially improved and brought even beyond the solid immersion limit (λ/2n). Moreover, due to anomalous apodization effect, the subdiffraction field localization is accompanied by intensity enhancement as compared to the non‐masked design. The pupil mask rearranges the optical fluxes within the stripes and promotes the Fano resonances excitation in the periodic step lattice. This can be important for advancing the phase grating‐based super‐resolution technologies, including subdiffraction imaging, interferometry, and surface fabrication. 相似文献

The flux-line lattice (FLL) has been observed on the (001) face of high Tc Bi2.2Sr2CaCu2OX and Ti2Ba2CaCu2OX single cristals using the technique of decorating the sample with small ferromagnetic particles. Strong pinning of the Abrikosov vortices by plane defects along (100) and (010) planes has been found out on Bi2.2Sr2CaCu2OX. The triangular FLL with a long-range order has been observed on the perfect Ti2Ba2CaCu2OX single crystal. The penetration depth for a magnetic field parallel to (001) axis has been evaluated as ≤0.2μm at 4.2K for both materials. 相似文献

The paper analyzes a fleet replacement problem under general assumptions about technological improvement. The corresponding optimization model considers the variable lifetime of assets in deterministic infinite-horizon settings. The optimal dynamics of the asset lifetime and investment is investigated analytically and numerically under continuous technological change and technological shocks that affect the operating and new asset costs.
