CE estimation of the association constants of several steroid hormones with beta-CD and gamma-CD and their hydroxypropyl derivative is presented. Estriol, 17beta-estradiol, ethynylestradiol, estrone, progesterone, mestranol and norethindrone are among the target analytes. The calculation of the cyclodextrin:analyte association constants were performed from the electrophoretic mobility values of steroids at different concentration of CDs in the run buffer. The reliability of the final data was ensured by employing three different linearisation plots (double reciprocal fit, Y-reciprocal fit and X-reciprocal fit). The highest inclusion affinity of target analytes was observed towards gamma-CD and its hydroxypropyl derivative, which is demonstrated by high association constant values and corresponding good linearity of the plots. The affinity of steroids towards a particular CD type based on physical and structural characteristics is explored.  相似文献

Stable isotopes of hydrogen (2H) and oxygen (18O) of the water molecule were used to assess the relationship between precipitation, surface water and groundwater in a large Russia/Ukraine trans-boundary river basin. Precipitation was sampled from November 2013 to February 2015, and surface water and groundwater were sampled during high and low flow in 2014. A local meteoric water line was defined for the Ukrainian part of the basin. The isotopic seasonality in precipitation was evident with depletion in heavy isotopes in November–March and an enrichment in April–October, indicating continental and temperature effects. Surface water was enriched in stable water isotopes from upstream to downstream sites due to progressive evaporation. Stable water isotopes in groundwater indicated that recharge occurs mainly during winter and spring. A one-year data set is probably not sufficient to report the seasonality of groundwater recharge, but this survey can be used to identify the stable water isotopes framework in a weakly gauged basin for further hydrological and geochemical studies.  相似文献

For detailed study of complex chemical reactions mechanisms experiment is conducted for selected private reactions. This causes a problem of kinetic parameters getting—the same set of rate constants must describe both public and private reaction stages, and also a general mechanism. In this paper, solution of this problem for a reaction of olefins hydroalumination is proposed. To optimize the computational process a methodology of parallelization is elaborated. On the base of parallel computations, a kinetic model for the reaction assigned is constructed, and on its base, the physical and chemical conclusions about reaction mechanism are done.  相似文献

Water is a common contaminant in a variety of industrial oils and petroleum products. Thus, the detection of water in these products is of substantial relevance. Hence, this study focuses on quantifying trace amounts of water in hydrocarbons using hexane as a model system for industrial oils and petroleum matrices via mid-infrared (MIR) evanescent field absorption spectroscopy. A silver halide fiberoptic waveguide was used to interrogate in situ water-in-hexane emulsions. Either unmodified fibers or waveguides surface-modified with polyacrylic acid layers were used. The limits of detection (LOD) and limits of quantification (LOQ) of water in hexane utilizing tin-crosslinked polyacrylic acid modified fibers were 76 and 170 ppm, respectively. Consequently, the IR absorption signature of water in hexane is detectable at concentrations as low as 10 ppm. The proposed fiberoptic sensing strategy requires a single measurement only, requires no sample preparation, and thus has potential for the direct in situ detection and monitoring of water in industrial oils and petroleum products.  相似文献

The synthetic samples of nickel olivine were measured in the temperature range 100–630 K by the X-ray powder diffraction method. Temperature dependencies of molar volumes and coefficients of bulk thermal expansion of liebenbergite were determined. Interpolation and extrapolation of the experimental data were performed by the procedure based on the Debye–Mie–Gruneisen theory of solid body in the range from 50 to 2000 K, and the Gruneisen coefficient and Debye temperature were calculated. Heat capacity and its behavior in accordance with temperature were evaluated.

The aim of research was to study the content of amino acids using in extracts of Fumaria schleicheri L., Ocimum basilicum L., and Corylus avellana L. by HILIC MS/MS method. Separation of amino acids in the samples was carried out with Acquity H-class UPLC system (Waters, Milford, USA) equipped with SeQuant ZIC-Hilic collumn (2.1 × 150 mm, 3.5 μm) (Merck Millipore, Darmstadt, Germany). The MS/MS fragment ion chromatograms of the test solutions established the presence of 19 amino acids. The obtained results have shown that O. basilicum L. characterized the highest concentrations of different neurogenic amino acids (128.1 mg/kg), comparing with F. schleicheri L. and C. avellana L. (57.72 and 52.91 mg/kg, respectively).  相似文献

 Sorption of copper on filter-paper with chemically attached hexamethylenediamino-groups (HMDA-filter) allows to obtain the sorbent (Cu/HMDA-filter) stable in respect to desorption of copper. A nitrogen-containing herbicide imazapyr (imaz) is retained on Cu/HMDA-filters at pH 5.5–7.0 forming a relatively stable complex. Imazapyr is determined directly on the sorbent by its activating effect in the oxidation of hydroquinone with H2O2 catalyzed by Cu(II) with the formation of a product absorbing at 490 nm. The copper ions serve both to preconcentrate imazapyr and to catalyze the indicator reaction. The use of 1-μL sample aliquots pipetted onto the Cu/HMDA-filters allows to determine 1 × 10−3–0.03 μmol of imazapyr, whereas preconcentration of the analyte by pumping of its solution through the same sorbent expands the linear range to 1 × 10−4–1 × 10−1 μmol of imazapyr. When the indicator reaction is carried out in solution, the range of activating action of imazapyr is narrower (0.06–0.1 μmol a for a solution volume of 10 mL). The determination is selective: 5–100-fold amounts of amines, aminoacids, carboxylic acid derivatives and other model compounds do not interfere.
