利用密度泛函理论框架下的平面波超软赝势法,通过第一性原理对La掺杂与Zn空位(V_(Zn))及La掺杂与S空位(V_S)共存的ZnS体系的电子结构、磁性机理、形成能及吸收光谱进行了研究.结果表明, La掺杂与空位(V_(Zn)或V_S)的空间位置最近时,掺杂体系的形成能最低,体系最稳定.另外,La掺杂与Zn空位共存时,体系具有磁性,且体系的净磁矩与La原子与Zn空位的相对位置有关;La掺杂与S空位共存时,掺杂体系无磁性,但此时体系的禁带宽度最窄且吸收光谱红移最显著. 相似文献

We present criteria for the Cohen–Macaulayness of a monomial ideal in terms of its primary decomposition. These criteria allow us to use tools of graph theory and of linear programming to study the Cohen–Macaulayness of monomial ideals which are intersections of prime ideal powers. We can characterize the Cohen–Macaulayness of the second symbolic power or of all symbolic powers of a Stanley–Reisner ideal in terms of the simplicial complex. These characterizations show that the simplicial complex must be very compact if some symbolic power is Cohen–Macaulay. In particular, all symbolic powers are Cohen–Macaulay if and only if the simplicial complex is a matroid complex. We also prove that the Cohen–Macaulayness can pass from a symbolic power to another symbolic powers in different ways. 相似文献

Optical gain characteristics of Ge_(1_x)Snμx are simulated systematically.With an injection carrier concentration of 5×10~(18)/cm~3 at room temperature,the maximal optical gain of Ge_(0.922)Sn_(0.078) alloy(with n-type doping concentration being 5×10~(18)/cm~3) reaches 500 cm~(-1).Moreover,considering the free-carrier absorption effect,we find that there is an optimal injection carrier density to achieve a maximal net optical gain.A double heterostructure Ge_(0.554)Si_(0.289)Sn_(0.157)/Ge_(0.922)Sn_(0.078)/Ge_(0.554)Si_(0.289)Sn_(0.157) short-wave infrared laser diode is designed to achieve a high injection efficiency and low threshold current density.The simulation values of the device threshold current density J_(th)are 6.47 kA/cm~2(temperature:200 K,and λ=2050 nm),10.75 kA/cm~2(temperature:200 K,and λ=2000 nm),and23.12 kA/cm~2(temperature:300 K,and λ=2100 nm),respectively.The results indicate the possibility to obtain a Si-based short-wave infrared Ge_(1-x)Sn_x laser. 相似文献

应用小角X射线散射等方法, 系统、定量地测试表征了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝中纳米孔的尺寸、形状、体积分数、单位体积中纳米孔绝对数量以及纤维总孔洞率等形态结构参量, 并对这些参量在水洗、水洗牵伸、热致密化、高压蒸汽牵伸及热稳定化等工艺过程中的变化规律及原因进行了研究. 结果表明, 纺丝过程中牵伸及高温热处理均可使纤维总孔洞率逐步下降. 纳米孔尺寸体积分数Vi测试表明, 对于小于10 nm3的小纳米孔和大于103 nm3的较大纳米孔, 两者的Vi在纺丝初期水洗牵伸工艺中分别为0.217和0.369, 而在纺丝后期热稳定化处理后发生大幅度改变, 分别为0.948 与0.015. 其原因并不是在高压蒸汽牵伸及热稳定处理中较小纳米孔含量的增加, 而是较大纳米孔含量的大幅度减少. 纳米孔形状研究表明, 纺丝工艺中的多次牵伸处理均使纳米孔的长短轴比加大, 而大于玻璃化温度的热处理均使纳米孔长短轴比收缩, 并且对于较小纳米孔来说这种收缩更为显著. 相似文献

A facile strategy has been developed for the preparation of bimetallic gold–silver (Au–Ag) nanocomposite films by alternating absorption of poly-(ethyleneimine)–silver ions and Au onto substrates and subsequent reduction of the silver ions. The composition, micro-structure and properties of the {PEI–Ag/Au}n nanocomposite films were characterized by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV–vis), transmisson electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The UV–vis characteristic absorbances of {PEI–Ag/Au}n nanocomposite thin film increase almost linear with the number of bilayers, which indicates a process of uniform assembling. Appearance of a double plasmon bands in the visible region and the lack of apparent core–shell structures in the TEM images confirm the formation of bimetallic Au–Ag nanoparticles. The result of XPS also demonstrates the existence of Ag and Au nanoparticles in the nanocomposite films. TEM and FESEM images show that these Ag and Au nanoparticles in the films possess sphere structure with the size of 20–25 nm. The resulting {PEI–Ag/Au}n films inherit the properties from both the metal Ag and Au, which exhibits a unique performance in SERS and electrocatalytic activities to the oxidation of dopamine. As a result, the {PEI–Ag/Au}n films are more attractive compared to {PEI–Ag/PSS}n and {PEI/Au}n films. 相似文献

In this paper, a new class of memoryless non-quasi-Newton method for solving unconstrained optimization problems is proposed, and the global convergence of this method with inexact line search is proved. Furthermore, we propose a hybrid method that mixes both the memoryless non-quasi-Newton method and the memoryless Perry-Shanno quasi-Newton method. The global convergence of this hybrid memoryless method is proved under mild assumptions. The initial results show that these new methods are efficient for the given test problems. Especially the memoryless non-quasi-Newton method requires little storage and computation, so it is able to efficiently solve large scale optimization problems. 相似文献

We obtain global bounds in Lorentz–Morrey spaces for gradients of solutions to a class of quasilinear elliptic equations with low integrability data. The results are then applied to obtain sharp existence results in the framework of Morrey spaces for Riccati type equations with a gradient source term having growths below the natural exponent of the operator involved. A special feature of our results is that they hold under a very general assumption on the nonlinear structure, and under a mild natural restriction on the boundary of the ground domain. 相似文献

本文报道了一种基于拉锥结构的全光纤型内窥光学相干层析成像探针. 基于大纤芯多模光纤的低光束发散特性, 使用大纤芯多模光纤代替透镜作为成像元件, 并在单模光纤与大纤芯多模光纤之间引入过渡拉锥段以减少插入损耗. 首先利用光学仿真软件(Rsoft)确定探针的最佳结构, 然后通过拉锥、切割以及熔接工艺实现探针制作, 并对探针的出射光束特性与插入损耗进行测量, 最后将该探针与扫频光学相干层析成像主系统联机, 对人体指尖皮肤及鸡气管壁组织进行成像. 该探针直径为250 μm, 不锈钢保护管外径为325 μm, 硬端长度1 cm, 插入损耗约为0.3 dB, 空气中有效成像范围达800 μm. 该探针为内窥光学相干层析成像技术在心血管疾病的应用提供了高紧凑度、高传输效率与高灵活性的选择. 相似文献
