在水热条件下,以对苯二甲酸(H2bdc)和咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲咯啉(Imphen)为配体构筑了两种配合物[Cd(bdc)(Imphen)(H2O)]n·nH2O(1)和[Zn(bdc)(Imphen)(H2O)]n·nH2O(2),并利用元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。结构分析表明:bdc2-在2个配合物中展示了不同的配位模式,配合物1和2都具有一维链状结构,并且都通过分子间氢键和π-π相互作用形成三维网状结构。此外,对配合物的热稳定性和发光性质也进行了研究。  相似文献

通过可控水热法,制备出层状、花形和棒状钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12,BIT)纳米结构。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)观测其结构和形貌特征。XRD图显示,所制备的样品为层状钙钛矿结构。FESEM结果表明,通过控制水热过程的反应参数可以得到不同形貌的纳米粉体。紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)表明BIT样品的带隙能约为2.63~2.95 eV。利用可见光(λ>420 nm)照射下的甲基橙降解实验评价了BIT样品的光催化性能。结果表明,BIT的光催化活性比掺氮TiO2(N-TiO2)高得多。所制备的层状BIT纳米结构光催化效率最高,经可见光照射360 min,甲基橙溶液的降解率可达95.0%。同时还研究了结构和形貌对不同条件下制备的BIT样品光催化活性的影响。  相似文献

A new sensitive fluorometric assay method for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and its inhibitor was developed using a fluorescent dye, nile red (NR). Due to the fluorescence resonance energy transfer between the NR and the gold nanoparticle (AuNPs), the fluorescence was quenched. AChE can break down acetylthiocholine to produce a thiol‐bearing compound, thiocholine. In the presence of thiocholine, the nile red is replaced from the AuNPs surfaces and simultaneously transformed to a derivative of nile red. The fluorescence intensity of the derivative is much stronger than that of the native nile red with the same concentration and its maximum emission wavelength has a blue shift so that the sensor achieves a good signal‐to‐background ratio. In addition, when organophosphate pesticide (OPs) exists, the activity of AChE can be inhibited, the generation of thiocholine will be prevented and no fluorescence enhancement occurs. The results show that the method is sensitive to AChE and paraoxon with the detection limits of 0.2 mU/mL and 0.05 ng/mL, respectively.  相似文献

Graphene oxide has attracted intense research interest recently because the graphene oxide synthesis route, as a promising alternative for cost‐effective mass production of graphene, has been explored. To further study the oxidation process and possible mechanism and to explore applicability of the oxidized products, we have performed a computational study on three series of oligoacene dioxides, focusing on their structures and electronic properties. Taking 1,5‐dioxidized naphthalene as a starting point, three series of oligoacene dioxides are considered as follows: 1) middle insertion by 1–2 benzene rings; 2) single‐side expansion using 1–2 benzene rings; 3) double‐side expansion using two benzene rings. On the basis of density functional theory and complete active space self‐consistent field (CASSCF) calculations, we reveal that oligoacene dioxides in the middle insertion series have a triplet ground state, whereas those in the single‐side expansion series and the double‐side expansion series have open‐shell broken‐symmetry singlet diradical ground states except for their common origin naphthalene‐1,5‐dioxide whose ground state is triplet and which is also viewed as the origin of the middle insertion series. Magnetic coupling interactions of these oligoacene dioxides are also determined. This work should help people toward an atomistic understanding of the electronic structures and properties of possible intermediates or products and even the oxidation mechanism of graphene sheets, and provides a reasonable strategy of designing novel graphene‐oxide‐based magnetic materials.  相似文献

The title molecule, 3‐{[4‐(3‐methyl‐3‐phenyl‐cyclobutyl)‐thiazol‐2‐yl]‐hydrazono}‐1,3‐dihydro‐indol‐2‐one (C22H20N4O1S1), was prepared and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, UV–visible, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with a = 8.3401(5), b = 5.6976(3), c = 20.8155(14) Å, and β = 95.144(5)°. Molecular geometry from X‐ray experiment and vibrational frequencies of the title compound in the ground state has been calculated using the Hartree–Fock with 6‐31G(d, p) and density functional method (B3LYP) with 6‐31G(d, p) and 6‐311G(d, p) basis sets, and compared with the experimental data. The calculated results show that optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structural parameters, and the theoretical vibrational frequencies values show good agreement with experimental data. Density functional theory calculations of the title compound and thermodynamic properties were performed at B3LYP/6‐31G(d, p) level of theory. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 建立了亚临界水萃取及气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测红茶中21种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留的方法。在萃取压力为5 MPa条件下,样品经150 ℃的亚临界水提取15 min后,将目标物转移至丙酮-正己烷(1:1, v/v)中,经ENVI-Carb固相萃取净化小柱净化,DB-5毛细管气相色谱柱分离,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行MS/MS检测,基质匹配溶液内标法定量。各目标物在5.0~320.0 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,其定量限(信噪比(S/N)>10)为50 ng/g,检出限(S/N>3)为10 ng/g。茶叶基质中添加50、100和200 ng/g的标准品时,21种农药的回收率为70.18%~119.98%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.01%~11.76%。该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留测定的技术要求,适用于红茶中有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留的检测。  相似文献

The relationship between penta-coordinate phosphorus compounds and biochemistry is briefly reviewed. Some interesting phenomena such as peptide formation, ester formation, ester exchange on phosphorus and N to O migration occur at room temperature when the amino group of amino acid is associated with phosphoryl group. Serine or threonine in conjugate of nucleo-side-amino acid could recognize different nucleobases. N-phosphoryl Histine and Ser-His dipep-tide could cleavage nucleic acid, protein and ester in neutral medium. It is found that the above phenomena all undergo penta-coordinate intermediate of phosphorus atom, which is proposed as the key factor to determine their activities.  相似文献

HDDR过程中三元和多元Nd-Fe-B合金磁畴结构的MFM研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
用磁力显微镜研究了三元Nd-Fe-B合金在HDDR过程的不同阶段(铸态、不充分吸氢歧化、充分吸氢歧化和脱氢再复合)的破畴结构。在铸态样品表面清楚地观察到了易磁化轴互相垂直的柱状晶表面的两类磁畴图型。当样品不充分吸氢歧化和充分吸氢歧化时,破畴结构明显发生变化,反映了Nd-Fe-B的分解产物NdH2,α-Fe和Fe2B及其微晶结构的变化。脱氢再复合后形成的微晶的磁畴结构则表明样品保留了铸态样品柱状晶的构型。此外,还对比研究了多元Nd-Fe-B合金在HDDR过程中的磁畴结构,并根据微磁结构分析,指出过量的Ga元素添加可抑制Nd2(Fe,M)14B相的吸氢歧化,从而导致相应HDDR粘结磁体性能降低。  相似文献
