The preparation of nano‐scope chitosan‐oligomer copper complexes and their interaction with DNA

Water‐soluble low molecular weight chitosan of nanometer level and its copper complexes were prepared, and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The modes and mechanism of these copper complexes interaction with DNA were studied by a fluorescent probe method and electrophoresis analysis. It is suggested that there are electrostatic and intercalation modes of copper complexes interacting with DNA. At first, the cationic complex electrostaticly binds to the negatively charged phosphate backbone of DNA, and then a portion of the complex intercalates between the base pairs on the DNA duplex strand. 芦荟大黄素的电化学研究

用单扫示波极谱法研究了芦荟大黄素的电化学行为。在５％Ｎａ２ＣＯ３＋５％ＮａＯＨ（９＋１）底液中，芦荟大黄素于－０．８４Ｖ（Ｐ１）和－０．９７Ｖ（Ｐ２）处产生两个示波极谱峰，利用Ｐ１可测定芦荟大黄素，线性范围为 ０．１１－２４ｍｇ／Ｌ和３．０－２８．６ｍｇ／Ｌ，检测限为０．０６ｍｇ／Ｌ。将该法应用于中药大黄中的芦荟大黄素的测定，结果满意。另外，讨论了芦荟大黄素清除由邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧自由基（Ｏ２）的作用。     

两种新型的分光光度法

介绍了两种新型的分光光度法:“正滴光度法”和“剩余光度法”。     

Spectroscopic characterization of effective components anthraquinones in Chinese medicinal herbs binding with serum albumins

The interactions of serum albumins such as human serum albumin (HSA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) with emodin, rhein, aloe-emodin and aloin were assessed employing fluorescence quenching and absorption spectroscopic techniques. The results obtained revealed that there are relatively strong binding affinity for the four anthraquinones with HSA and BSA and the binding constants for the interactions of anthraquinones with HSA or BSA at 20 degrees C were obtained. Anthraquinone-albumin interactions were studied at different temperatures and in the presence of some metal ions. And the competition binding of anthraquinones with serum albumins was also discussed. The Stern-Volmer curves suggested that the quenching occurring in the reactions was the static quenching process. The binding distances and transfer efficiencies for each binding reactions were calculated according to the F?ster theory of non-radiation energy transfer. Using thermodynamic equations, the main action forces of these reactions were also obtained. The reasons of the different binding affinities for different anthraquinone-albumin reactions were probed from the point of view of molecular structures.     

Deposition of Layer－by－layer Inorganic－organic Nano－hybrid Ultrathin Films onto SBA－15

Deposition of inorganic-organic nano-hybrid ultrathin films onto mesoporous silicate materials has been proven possible by using layer-by-layer assembly method. In combination with sol-gel method, titania, subsequently dye molecules (or polymer) were successfully fabricated onto the inner wall of SBA-15. Their structures were preliminarily characterized by FTIR and solid-state UV-Vis spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and BET surface area measurements,respectively.     

Pd-Rh型国Ⅲ排放三效催化剂的研制

对满足欧Ⅲ排放限值的Pd-Rh型三效催化剂进行研究开发,测试了新鲜催化剂的空燃比特性和起燃温度特性,并与市场上的欧Ⅲ催化剂在同等条件下老化后的性能进行了比较.对研制的催化剂进行封装总成后,按照GB18352.3-2005标准进行了常温冷起动Ⅰ型和低温冷起动IV型试验,测试结果完全能满足该标准的限值要求.     

双波长吸光光度法测定磷矿中氧化镁

以EGTA－Ba和SO4^2-为联合掩蔽体系，有效地消除因大量钙存在而产生的干扰。在PH10．2硼砂缓溶液中，镁与偶氮氯磷Ⅰ形成稳定络合物，用自制的双波长分光光度仪，在组合波长570nm和500nm下，用于磷矿中镁的测定。不需分离，方法简单，快速，结构满意。
