A series of luminescent cyclometalated platinum(II) complexes of N^C^N ligands [N^C^N=2,6‐bis(benzoxazol‐2′‐yl)benzene (bzoxb), 2,6‐bis(benzothiazol‐2′‐yl)benzene (bzthb), and 2,6‐bis(N‐alkylnaphthoimidazol‐2′‐yl)benzene (naphimb)] has been synthesized and characterized. Two of the platinum(II) complexes have been structurally characterized by X‐ray crystallography. Their electrochemical, electronic absorption, and luminescence properties have been investigated. In dichloromethane solution at room temperature, the cyclometalated N^C^N platinum(II) complexes exhibited rich luminescence with well‐resolved vibronic‐structured emission bands. The emission energies of the complexes are found to be closely related to the electronic properties of the N^C^N ligands. By varying the electronic properties of the cyclometalated ligands, a fine‐tuning of the emission energies can be achieved, as supported by computational studies. Multilayer organic light‐emitting devices have been prepared by utilizing two of these platinum(II) complexes as phosphorescent dopants, in which a saturated yellow emission with Commission International de I′Eclairage coordinates of (0.50, 0.49) was achieved.  相似文献

ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is characterized by thrombotic coronary artery occlusions caused by atherosclerotic plaque rupture. The gut microbiome potentially contributes to the pathogenesis of coronary artery diseases. This study investigated the microbial diversity and composition of coronary thrombi in STEMI patients and the composition of the thrombus microbiome relative to that of the oral and gut microbiomes. A case–control study was performed with 22 STEMI patients and 20 age- and sex-matched healthy controls. Coronary thrombi were acquired from STEMI patients via manual thrombus aspiration during primary coronary intervention. Oral swab and stool samples were collected from both groups, and 16S rRNA sequencing and metagenomic microbiome analyses were performed. Microbial DNA was detected in 4 of 22 coronary thrombi. Proteobacteria (p) and Bacteroidetes (p) were the most abundant phyla. The oral and gut microbiomes significantly differed between patients and healthy controls. The patient group presented microbial dysbiosis, as follows: a higher relative abundance of Proteobacteria (p) and Enterobacteriaceae (f) in the gut microbiome and a lower abundance of Firmicutes (p) and Haemophilus (g) in the oral microbiome. Furthermore, 4 significantly abundant genera were observed in the coronary thrombus in the patients: Escherichia, 1.25%; Parabacteroides, 0.25%; Christensenella, 0.0%; and Bacteroides, 7.48%. The present results indicate that the relative abundance of the gut and oral microbiomes was correlated with that of the thrombus microbiome.Subject terms: Genetics research, Myocardial infarction  相似文献

In this study, 18 polymeric single amino acid and dipeptide surfactants are examined, and their performances, in terms of enantioselectivity, are compared for norlaudanosoline, laudanosoline, laudanosine, chlorthalidone, benzoin, benzoin methyl, and benzoin ethyl enantiomers. Several aspects of amino acid-based polymeric surfactants including comparison of single amino acid versus dipeptide, amino acid order, steric effect, and effect of the position of the chiral center of dipeptide surfactants on the chiral selectivity of these optically active compounds are discussed.  相似文献

Lithium (Li) metal is regarded as the ultimate anode material for use in Li batteries due to its high theoretical capacity (3860 mA h g−1). However, the Li dendrites that are generated during iterative Li plating/stripping cycles cause poor cycling stability and even present safety risks, and thus severely handicap the commercial utility of Li metal anodes. Herein, we describe a graphene and carbon nanotube (CNT)-based Li host material that features vertically aligned channels with attached ZnO particles (designated ZnO@G-CNT-C) and show that the material effectively regulates Li plating and stripping. ZnO@G-CNT-C is prepared from an aqueous suspension of Zn(OAc)2, CNTs, and graphene oxide by using ice to template channel growth. ZnO@G-CNT-C was found to be mechanically robust and capable of guiding Li deposition on the inner walls of the channels without the formation of Li dendrites. When used as an electrode, the material exhibits relatively low polarization for Li plating, fast Li-ion diffusion, and high Coulombic efficiency, even over hundreds of Li plating/stripping cycles. Moreover, full cells prepared with ZnO@G-CNT-C as Li host and LiFePO4 as cathode exhibit outstanding performance in terms of specific capacity (155.9 mA h g−1 at 0.5 C), rate performance (91.8 mA h g−1 at 4 C), cycling stability (109.4 mA h g−1 at 0.5 C after 800 cycles). The methodology described can be readily adapted to enable the use of carbon-based electrodes with well-defined channels in a wide range of contemporary applications that pertain to energy storage and delivery.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to extend the VIKOR method for multiple attribute group decision making in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment, in which all the preference information provided by the decision-makers is presented as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices where each of the elements is characterized by interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number, and the information about attribute weights is partially known, which is an important research field in decision science and operation research. First, we use the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric operator to aggregate all individual interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices provided by the decision-makers into the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix, and then we use the score function to calculate the score of each attribute value and construct the score matrix of the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix. From the score matrix and the given attribute weight information, we establish an optimization model to determine the weights of attributes, and then determine the interval-valued intuitionistic positive-ideal solution and interval-valued intuitionistic negative-ideal solution. We use the different distances to calculate the particular measure of closeness of each alternative to the interval-valued intuitionistic positive-ideal solution. According to values of the particular measure, we rank the alternatives and then select the most desirable one(s). Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

First, we use the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric (IIFHG) operator to aggregate all individual interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices provided by the decision-makers into the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix, and then we use the score function to calculate the score of each attribute value and construct the score matrix of the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix. From the score matrix and the given attribute weight information, we establish an optimization model to determine the weights of attributes, and then we use the obtained attribute weights and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (IIFWG) operator to fuse the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information in the collective interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix to get the overall interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values of alternatives, and then rank the alternatives according to the correlation coefficients between IVIFNs and select the most desirable one(s). 电化学电容器已经成为极具潜力的可满足高功率需求的储能系统器件. 多孔炭具有大比表面积、高导电性、化学惰性、廉价及可调孔结构等优势, 因此成为电化学电容器最为常用的电极材料. 本文报道由微孔棒状羟基磷灰石为模板及蔗糖为碳源合成的新型具有层次孔道结构的孔炭材料的电化学电容器的性能. 采用X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱及BET表面分析仪表征了合成的多孔炭的形貌及表面特性. 采用循环伏安法、交流阻抗图谱分析及恒流充放电评价多孔炭材料在1 mol·L-1硫酸中的电化学电容性能. 多孔炭具有高的比表面积(719.7 m2·g-1)和大的孔容(1.32 cm3·g-1), 其无序的孔道由任意分布的微孔、坍塌的中孔及类模板形状的相互交织的棒状中孔组成. 随着炭化温度的增加, 微孔及棒状中孔的密度随之降低, 在炭化温度高达900℃时, 孔径分布图上出现了三个峰. 正是由于这些特殊的结构特征, 由900℃炭化得到的多孔炭制成的电极展示出很好的电化学电容性能.  相似文献

The possibility of producing the biologically active material of the skin, ceramide, was studied using yeasts. The yeast strain that produced the most ceramide, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (KCCM 50515), was selected, and the optimal conditions for ceramide production were determined using shakeflask culture and batch fermentation. By measuring the production rate of ceramide at various pH values and temperatures, the optimal conditions for ceramide production were found to be pH 6.0 and 30°C. When heat shock was applied to the cells for 1 h by increasing the culture temperature from 30 to 40°C after cell growth, the amount of ceramide produced was increased 5.9-fold. A cell growth and ceramide production model was developed with Monod kinetics and the Leudecking-Piret model. It showed that ceramide production was increased when the cells were in the stationary phase.  相似文献
