We have demonstrated a passively Q-switched operation of Nd:GdVO4 laser in which a GaAs crystal is used as the saturable absorber for the first time as far as we know. A maximum average output power of 1.64 W was obtained at an incident pump power of 12 W, the corresponding optical conversion efficiency and peak power were 13.7% and 116.8 W, respectively. The maximum peak energy obtained in the experiment by 50% transmission couple was 19 μJ.  相似文献

We have studied the interracial reactions between amorphous LaAlO3 thin films and Si substrates, using high- resolution transmission electron microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It has been shown that the interracial layer between LaAlO3 film and Si substrate chemical states show that the ratio of La 4d3/2 to Al 2p is SiLaxAlyOz. The depth distributions of La, Si and Al of the interfacial layer remains unchanged with the depth compared to that of the LaAlO3 film. Moreover, the Si content, in the interracial layer gradually decreases with increasing thickness of the interracial layer. These results strongly suggest that the Al element is not deficient in the interracial layer, as previously believed, and the formation of a SiLaxAlyOz interracial layer is mainly due to the diffusion of Si from the substrate during the LaAlO3 film deposition. With the understanding of the interracial layer formation, ones can control the interface characteristics to ensure the desired performances of devices using high-k oxides as gate dielectrics.  相似文献

Two groups of Mo/Si films were deposited on surface of Si(1 0 0) crystal. The first group of the samples was prepared by both ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD) and metal vapor vacuum arc (MEVVA) ion implantation technologies under temperatures from 200 to 400 °C. The deposited species of IBAD were Mo and Si, and different sputtering Ar ion densities were selected. The mixed Mo/Si films were implanted by Mo ion with energy of 94 keV, and fluence of Mo ion was 5 × 1016 ions/cm2. The second group of the samples was prepared only by IBAD under the same test temperature range. The Mo/Si samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), sheet resistance, nanohardness, and modulus of the Mo/Si films were also measured. For the Mo/Si films implanted with Mo ion, XRD results indicate that phase of the Mo/Si films prepared at 400 and 300 °C was pure MoSi2. Sheet resistance of the Mo/Si films implanted with Mo ion was less than that of the Mo/Si films prepared without ion implantation. Nanohardness and modulus of the Mo/Si films were obviously affected by test parameters.  相似文献

It is well known that one of key features of spiral waves in complex-oscillatory media is the appearance of synchronization defect lines, across which the phase of the oscillation changes by multiplies of 2π. In this Letter, we report the appearance of synchronization defect lines in target waves in complex-oscillatory media by studying a model of two-dimensional Rössler reaction-diffusion system subject to an appropriate periodic force in a small region of the center of domain. The geometric structure and stability of the defect lines are studied.  相似文献

In this study, bis(diphenylphosphinemethyl)dimethyl silane ( L1 ) and its palladium(II) halide complex, L1 /PdCl2 ( C1 ), were synthesized and characterized. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis of the complex revealed bidentate coordination at the Pd center. In combination with methylaluminoxane (MAO) as co‐catalyst, C1 exhibited excellent catalytic activity and selectivity for ethylene dimerization toward butene. The maximum catalytic activity obtained from the C1 /MAO system for ethylene dimerization to yield butenes was 7.33 × 105 g/(molPd · h). The selectivity toward butene remained stable and high (> 96%) over the various conditions.  相似文献

Rotating radio transients(RRATs) are peculiar astronomical objects whose emission mechanism remains under investigation.In this paper, we present observations of three RRATs, J1538+2345, J1854+0306 and J1913+1330, carried out with the Fivehundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST). Specifically, we analyze the mean pulse profiles and temporal flux density evolutions of the RRATs. Owing to the high sensitivity of FAST, the derived burst rates of the three RRATs are higher than those in previous reports. RRAT J1854+0306 exhibited a time-dynamic mean pulse profile, whereas RRAT J1913+1330 showed distinct radiation and nulling segments on its pulse intensity trains. The mean pulse profile variation with frequency is also studied for RRAT J1538+2345 and RRAT J1913+1330, and the profiles at different frequencies could be well fitted with a cone-core model and a conal-beam model, respectively.  相似文献

The origin of the ~40 and ~30 K superconducting phases in the metal-intercalated FeSe superconductors is still unclear. We report the synthesis of K_(0.3)(NH_3)_y(FeSe_(1-x)Te_x)_2 and K_(0.6)(NH_3)_y(FeSe_(1-x)Te_x)_2 with x=0-0.6 by using the liquid ammonia method at room temperature. The superconducting transition temperature Tcof the former remains about 43 K for all the nominal Te content less than 0.3, while that of the latter is about 30 K and obviously decreases with Te doping. Superconductivity disappears for x ≥0.4 in both systems. Except for the different chemical pressure induced by substitution of Te for Se in both systems, we also observed distinct external pressure effect on superconductivity for both systems, with much more efficiency of suppressing Tcby external pressure in the former system. These dramatic differences of both chemical and external pressure effects on Tc between the ~30 and ~40 K superconducting phases revealed that the existence of the two superconducting phases can be ascribed to the moderate and negligible coupling between FeSe layers, respectively.  相似文献

Herein we report a novel visible-light-mediated external reductant-free reductive cross coupling for the construction of C sp~2–C sp~3 bonds. A variety of benzylammonium salts underwent selective coupling with(hetero)aryl nitriles to deliver important diarylmethanes under mild reaction conditions. Importantly, photocatalysts can be omitted for many cases, which might involve the electron donor acceptor(EDA) complex. Mechanistic studies indicated benzylic radicals might be involved as the key intermediates. Moreover, the in situ generated NMe_3 via cleavage of C–N bond in ammonium salts acts as the electron donor,thus avoiding the use of external-reductant.  相似文献

Carbon dots (CDs), as an emerging fluorescent nanomaterial with low toxicity, has been widely applied in various bio‐related fields. However, investigations on their capabilities in guiding osteogenic differentiation are rarely seen, which has great significance in osteoporosis therapy and bone regeneration. Herein, for the first time, a new kind of Mg2+‐doped CDs is facilely synthesized through a one‐step hydrothermal method from metal gluconate salts. The CDs can serve as nanocarrier of Mg2+ ions entering into cells, and the bioessential metal ions subsequently stimulate osteoblastic differentiation by improving alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and upregulation related mRNA expression. Noteworthy, the raw material has almost negligible performance on osteoblastic differentiation compared to Mg‐CDs, which is due to the ultrasmall sizes of CDs and the efficient uptake by cells. Moreover, benefitting from the fluorescence properties, Mg‐CDs can also be applied as cell labeling agents. This work proposes a new strategy to synthesize multifunctional metal ion‐doped CDs, which might had great potential in serving as promising nanodrugs for bone loss therapy.  相似文献
