A novel, rapid, and efficient synthesis of bicyclic pyrimidine nucleosides and benzopyran-4-ones through oxidation of homopropargyl alcohols and subsequent isomerization, intramolecular addition of enol to allenic ketone has been developed. In this work we present a strategy for the covalent immobilization of periodate oxidized glucose oxidase () to aminated silica nanoparticles (ASNPs) modified on gold electrodes. Silica nanoparticles greatly enhanced the catalytic ability of GOx toward the oxidation of glucose and improved the electron transfer between the GOx and the electrode surface. ASNPs of varying size—that is 100, 80, 60, and 30 nm—were prepared, and they were used to fabricate biosensors. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of ferrocyanide followed the assembly process and verified the successful immobilization of on ASNPs modified on gold electrodes. From the analysis of catalytic signals of biosensors using different sizes of ASNPs under the same conditions, the surface concentration of electrically wired enzyme (Γ ET) was estimated and was found to increase with decreasing ASNPs size. Therefore, the sensitivity of biosensors using smaller ASNPs was higher than that using larger particles. Specifically, we utilized the ASNPs with optimal size (30 nm) to fabricate the glucose biosensor. The resulting electrodes showed a wide linear response to glucose at least to 6 mM and reached 95% of the steady-state current in less than 4 s with a sensitivity of 5.02 μA mM−1 cm−2 and a detection limit of 0.01 mM. The biosensor also showed excellent stability and good reproducibility. In this paper we consider iteration of single-plateau functions, an important class of continuous functions with infinitely many forts, and investigate changes of number and length of plateaux under iteration.We use the indices flatness, plateau limit and limit length to formulate those changes. CuOx/SiO2 precursor was successfully fabricated by an ammonia evaporation hydrothermal method. Upon reduction in 5 vol % H2/N2 at 250, 300, 350, 400, or 450 °C, CuO and copper phyllosilicate species in the precursor bring about the formation of highly dispersed Cu0 and Cu+ species, respectively. The Cu+/Cu0 ratios were studied by XAES technique, while the particle sizes were estimated on the basis of HRTEM images. It is disclosed that the ratios and particle sizes varied with CuOx/SiO2 reduction temperatures. The results of in situ DRIFTS and XAES characterization reveal that both Cu0 and Cu+ are active for CO adsorption and water dissociation, especially so with Cu0 and Cu+ particles of small sizes. It was also observed that the adsorption of CO on Cu+ is stronger than that on Cu0, and Cu0 is more active than Cu+ for water dissociation. Among the prepared Cu/SiO2 catalysts, the one resulted from precursor reduction at 300 °C shows the highest CO conversion in WGS reaction, which is attributed to the small size of Cu0 (2.45 nm) and the large amount of Cu+.  相似文献

The synthesis of long, branched, and complex carbohydrate sequences remains a challenging task in chemical synthesis. Reported here is an efficient and modular one‐pot synthesis of a nona‐decasaccharide and shorter sequences from Psidium guajava polysaccharides, which have the potent α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity. The synthetic strategy features: 1) several one‐pot glycosylation reactions on the basis of N‐phenyltrifluoroacetimidate (PTFAI) and Yu glycosylation to streamline the chemical synthesis of oligosaccharides, 2) the successful and efficient assembly sequences (first O3′, second O5′, final O2′) toward the challenging 2,3,5‐branched Araf motif, 3) the stereoselective 1,2‐cis‐glucosylation by reagent control, and 4) the convergent [6+6+7] one‐pot coupling reaction for the final assembly of the target nona‐decasaccharide. This orthogonal one‐pot glycosylation strategy can streamline the chemical synthesis of long, branched, and complicated carbohydrate chains.  相似文献
