When the major disruption occurs, it can not only generate great heat loads on the first wall and divertor plates, but also leads to the large electromagnetic force because of the halo current. This large electromagnetic force is very dangerous to the invessel components of the divertor and vacuum vessel. Therefore, how to avoid the disruption is an important issue on tokamak operation. To control and mitigate the major disruptions, the mechanism and the characters of the disruption have to be well understood.  相似文献

We prepared eleven amino‐acid functionalized baskets and used 1H NMR spectroscopy to quantify their affinity for entrapping dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP, 118 Å3) in aqueous phosphate buffer at pH=7.0±0.1; note that DMMP guest is akin in size to chemical nerve agent sarin (132 Å3). The binding interaction (Ka) was found to vary with the size of substituent groups at the basket′s rim. In particular, the degree of branching at the first carbon of each substituent had the greatest effect on the host‐guest interaction, as described with the Verloop′s B1 steric parameter. The branching at the remote carbons, however, did not perturb the encapsulation, which is important for guiding the design of more effective hosts and catalysts in future.  相似文献

Indolines are important moieties present in various biologically significant molecules and have attracted considerable attention in synthetic chemistry. This paper describes a Heck reaction/C? H activation/amination sequence for forming indolines using di‐tert‐butyldiaziridinone. The reaction process likely proceeds via a pallada(II)cycle, which is converted into an indoline by oxidative addition to the diaziridinone and two subsequent C? N bond formations.  相似文献

This paper describes the regioselective diamination of conjugated dienes using inexpensive Cu(I) as catalyst and N,N-di-tert-butylthiadiaziridine 1,1-dioxide as nitrogen source. The regioselectivity of diamination is likely due to dual mechanistic pathways which are greatly influenced by reaction conditions and the nature of the diene. A variety of useful internal and terminal cyclic sulfamides can be obtained in good yield.  相似文献

Conjugated dienes can be diaminated at the internal and/or terminal double bonds using Cu(I) as catalyst and N,N-di-t-butyldiaziridinone (1) as nitrogen source. The regioselectivity is highly dependent upon the choice of Cu(I) catalyst and the substituents on diene substrates. The diamination likely proceeds via two mechanistically distinct pathways. The N-N bond of N,N-di-t-butyldiaziridinone (1) is first homolytically cleaved by the Cu(I) catalyst to form four-membered Cu(III) species A and Cu(II) radical species B, which are in rapid equilibrium. The internal diamination likely proceeds in a concerted manner via Cu(III) species A, and the terminal diamination likely involves Cu(II) radical species B. Kinetic studies have shown that the diamination is first-order in N,N-di-t-butyldiaziridinone (1), zero-order in olefin, and first-order in total Cu(I) catalyst, and the cleavage of the N-N bond of 1 by the Cu(I) catalyst is the rate-determining step. The internal diamination is favored by use of CuBr without ligand and electron-rich dienes. The terminal diamination is favored when using CuCl-L and dienes with radical-stabilizing groups.  相似文献

将胶原绑定结构域(CBD)多肽序列与骨形态发生蛋白2模拟肽(BMP2-MP)序列连接制备具有胶原绑定能力的CBD-BMP2-MP, 再将CBD-BMP2-MP与聚丙交酯-乙交酯/胶原(PLGA/COL)3D打印支架相结合, 以支架表面的胶原成分为媒介, 将CBD-BMP2-MP更有效地固定于骨修复材料上, 达到对其进行改性的目的. 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 电子万能试验机和接触角测量仪对复合支架表面形貌、 力学强度和亲水性等材料学性能进行评价. 用荧光成像法评测 CBD-BMP2-MP及BMP2-MP与支架材料的结合能力. 在各组支架材料表面接种MC3T3-E1细胞进行体外培养, 采用CCK-8、 鬼笔环肽荧光染色、 茜素红染色及qPCR综合评价细胞在材料表面的黏附、 增殖和成骨分化等细胞行为, 研究CBD-BMP2-MP修饰的3D多孔PLGA/COL复合支架的生物学性能. 研究结果表明, 利用3D打印技术制备的多孔支架具有形貌可控的孔隙结构, 为细胞生长创造更有利的细胞微环境, 支架表面胶原成分的加入提高了支架材料的亲水性, 同时对支架材料本身的力学性能无任何影响, 提高了复合支架本身的生物相容性. 与普通BMP2-MP相比, CBD-BMP2-MP具有更好的胶原绑定能力, 与复合支架的结合更稳定, 提高了PLGA/COL复合支架对BMP2-MP的负载能力. 支架表面负载CBD-BMP2-MP后具有极强的促细胞成骨分化能力. MC3T3-E1细胞表现出更高的钙沉积能力, 并且成骨分化相关基因Runx2, ALP, COL-I及OPN等水平也有了明显提升. 表明CBD-BMP2-MP多孔复合支架具有良好的生物相容性和成骨诱导活性, 在骨组织修复领域具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

Even though an increasing number of anticancer treatments have been discovered, the mortality rates of colorectal cancer (CRC) have still been high in the past few years. It has been discovered that melatonin has pro-apoptotic properties and counteracts inflammation, proliferation, angiogenesis, cell invasion, and cell migration. In previous studies, melatonin has been shown to have an anticancer effect in multiple tumors, including CRC, but the underlying mechanisms of melatonin action on CRC have not been fully explored. Thus, in this study, we investigated the role of autophagy pathways in CRC cells treated with melatonin. In vitro CRC cell models, HT-29, SW48, and Caco-2, were treated with melatonin. CRC cell death, oxidative stress, and autophagic vacuoles formation were induced by melatonin in a dose-dependent manner. Several autophagy pathways were examined, including the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, 5′–adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK), phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K), serine/threonine-specific protein kinase (Akt), and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathways. Our results showed that melatonin significantly induced autophagy via the ER stress pathway in CRC cells. In conclusion, melatonin demonstrated a potential as an anticancer drug for CRC.  相似文献
