微波合成8-羟基喹啉

以邻氨基苯酚、甘油为原料,邻硝基苯酚为氧化剂,在浓硫酸催化和微波辐射条件下,用Skraup法合成8-羟基喹啉。优化条件为:n(邻氨基苯酚):n(邻硝基苯酚):n(浓硫酸)n(丙三醇)=10.52.35,微波功率500W,反应温度160℃,反应时间40min,产率达到了80.40%。 更多还原     

壳聚糖／黄原胶凝胶化性能的研究

壳聚糖-黄原胶通过改变质量分数(r)制备了混合凝胶.当多糖总浓度为4%,盐离子浓度为1 mol·L-1,壳聚糖质量分数为0.7,在80℃共混并恒温30 min,可达凝胶强度(G)的最大值;研究了制备温度(TP)、恒温时间(t)、体系中盐离子浓度及壳聚糖分子量(M)与脱乙酰度(DD)对凝胶化的影响.同时从其FTIR谱图上分析了这两种多糖凝胶化的作用机理.     

NaF饮水喂养的小白鼠肝脏线粒体代谢热化学研究

利用 L KB2 2 77生物活性检测系统 ,测定了用含不同浓度 Na F饮水喂养的小白鼠肝脏线粒体代谢热曲线 ,实验表明 ,饮水中 Na F浓度增加 ,最大热功率增大 ,代谢产热增加 ,停滞期和活性维持时间缩短 .热曲线测定完毕后的样品 ATP浓度分析表明 ,随着 Na F浓度增加 ,系统的 ATP浓度降低 .结合透射电镜对肝细胞超微结构研究结果 ,根据化学渗透假说对实验结果进行了比较完满的解释     

考虑处置效果的苯系物泄露应急方案生成方法

针对苯系物泄露次生突发环境事件的应急响应问题,研究了基于案例推理和处置效果的应急方案生成方法。首先,在计算案例相似度时,为避免历史案例不全产生的情景要素遗失,基于随机森林算法,结合专家知识构建了权重求解方法,采用案例检索方法得到相似案例集;然后,构建了应急处置效果评估指标体系,以全面评价相似案例对应的处置效果;进一步,考虑多专家评价可弥补决策者知识、经验等的不足,引入了自适应群共识调整算法,得到群体评价意见,通过集结相似度与处置效果,得到了方案的综合评价值并生成最优方案;最后,用算例说明了方法的可行性和有效性。     

Resolution enhancement with improved range Doppler algorithm in high numerical aperture OCT

The improved range Doppler algorithm is proposed to abate the trade-off between resolutions and depth of focus in spectral domain optical coherence tomography.By considering the finite beam width and the shape of the wavefronts produced by the Gaussian beam,a physical diffraction model is presented to simulate the light propagation process in the sample.The two-dimensional processing of the spectrum data is decomposed into two one-dimensional processings of Stolt transform and matched filter.Experimental results show that image reconstruction can be achieved.The transverse and axial resolutions are both improved significantly,especially in the out-of-focus range,and the resolutions are almost equivalent throughout the entire region of interest.     

High Photon-Number Squeezing in Strong Field Limit

We show that high photon-number squeezing in bright light can be generated in both lasers and optical bistabilities by the injections of a squeezed vacuum and a classical field, and the high squeezing is maintained for very strong field.     

Beam dynamics studies of the photo-injector in low-charge operation mode for the ERL test facility at IHEP

The energy recovery linac test facility （ERL-TF）, which is a compact ERL-FEL （free electron laser） two-purpose machine, was proposed at the Institute of High Energy Physics, Beijing. As one important component of the ERL-TF, the photo-injector that started with a photocathode direct-current gun has been designed. In this paper, optimization of the injector beam dynamics in low-charge operation mode is performed with iterative scans using Impact-T. In addition, the dependencies between the optimized beam quality and the initial offset at cathode and element parameters are, investigated. The tolerance of alignment and rotation errors is also analyzed.     

光刻物镜波像差检测平台移相装置的研制

针对基于剪切干涉原理的光刻投影物镜波像差检测设备中相移测量的需求,设计了一种移相装置.该装置采用了桥式放大机构,获得了较大放大比和相对紧凑的结构.从原理上对桥式放大机构进行了分析和讨论,得到了输入位移与其放大比之间的函数关系,并得到了其关系曲线.经过非线性有限元分析,对该装置的变形、受力和模态特性进行了验证.验证结果满足检测平台移相要求.     

Solitons and intrinsic localized modes in a one-dimensional antiferromagnetic chain

By use of the Hartree approximation and the method of multiple scales, we investigate quantum solitons and intrinsic localized modes in a one-dimensional antiferromagnetic chain. It is shown that there exist solitons of two different quantum frequency bands: i.e., magnetic optical solitons and acoustic solitons. At the boundary of the Brillouin zone, these solitons become quantum intrinsic localized modes: their quantum eigenfrequencies are below the bottom of the harmonic optical frequency band and above the top of the harmonic acoustic frequency band.
