Non-Noether Conserved Quantity of Poincaré-Chetaev Equations of a Generalized Classical Mechanics

In the present paper the Lie symmetrical non-Noether conserved quantity of the Poincaré-Chetaev equations of a generalized classical mechanics under the general infinitesimal transformations of Lie groups is discussed. First, we establish the determining equations of Lie symmetry of the equations. Second, the Lie symmetrical non-Noether conserved quantity of the equations is deduced. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.     

On Direct Transformation Approach to Asymptotical Analytical Solutions of Perturbed Partial Differential Equation

In this article, we will derive an equality, where the Taylor series expansion around ε = 0for any asymptotical analytical solution of the perturbed partial differential equation (PDE) with perturbing parameter ε must be admitted.By making use of the equality, we may obtain a transformation, which directly map the analytical solutions of a given unperturbed PDE to the asymptotical analytical solutions of the corresponding perturbed one. The notion of Lie-B(a)cklund symmetries is introduced in order to obtain more transformations. Hence, we can directly create more transformations in virtue of known Lie-B(a)cklund symmetries and recursion operators of corresponding unperturbed equation. The perturbed Burgers equation and the perturbed Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation are used as examples.

一步法直接合成碳酸二甲酯催化剂

采用浸渍法以MgO、海泡石（Sep）。γ-Al2O3为载体,制备了一系列金属盐Lewis酸-无机碱双组分负载型催化剂,以环氧丙烷（PO）一步合成碳酸二甲酯（DMC）反应为探针。考察了催化剂的不同载体活性组分和反应条件对合成DMC的产率及选择性的影响。结果表明,催化剂的活性次序为：NaOH—LiCl／MgO）NaOH—LiCl／Sep）NaOH—LiCl／γ-Al2O3;选择性的次序为：NaOH—LiCl／Sep）NaOH—LiCl／MgO）NaOH—LiCl／γ-Al2O3。NaOH—LiCl／SeP催化剂具有较高的活性和选择性;其最佳反应条件为：反应温度160℃。反应时间5h,甲醇与PO的量之比为1：1。在最佳条件下。PO转化率为82．6％,DMC的产率达到7．68％。     

Benzamides Substituted with Quinoline-Linked 1,2,4-Oxadiazole: Synthesis,Biological Activity and Toxicity to Zebrafish Embryo

To develop new compounds with high activity, broad spectrum and low-toxicity, 17 benzamides substituted with quinoline-linked 1,2,4-oxadiazole were designed using the splicing principle of active substructures and were synthesized. The biological activities were evaluated against 10 fungi, indicating that some of the synthetic compounds showed excellent fungicidal activities. For example, at 50 mg/L, the inhibitory activity of 13p (3-Cl-4-Cl substituted, 86.1%) against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was superior to that of quinoxyfen (77.8%), and the inhibitory activity of 13f (3-CF₃ substituted, 77.8%) was comparable to that of quinoxyfen. The fungicidal activities of 13f and 13p to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were better than that of quinoxyfen (14.19 mg/L), with EC₅₀ of 6.67 mg/L and 5.17 mg/L, respectively. Furthermore, the acute toxicity of 13p was 19.42 mg/L, classifying it as a low-toxic compound.     

Investigation of the Uptake and Transport of Two Novel Camptothecin Derivatives in Caco-2 Cell Monolayers

Irinotecan and Topotecan are two Camptothecin derivatives (CPTs) whose resistance is associated with the high expression of breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) and P-glycoprotein (P-gp). To reverse this resistance, two novel CPTs, FL77-28 (7-(3-Fluoro-4-methylphenyl)-10,11-methylenedioxy-20(S)-CPT) and FL77-29 (7-(4-Fluoro-3-methylphenyl)-10,11-methylenedioxy-20(S)-CPT), were synthesized by our group. In this study, the anti-tumor activities of FL77-28, FL77-29, and their parent, FL118 (10,11-methylenedioxy-20(S)-CPT), were evaluated and the results showed that FL77-28 and FL77-29 had stronger anti-tumor activities than FL118. The transport and uptake of FL118, FL77-28, and FL77-29 were investigated in Caco-2 cells for the preliminary prediction of intestinal absorption. The apparent permeability coefficient from apical to basolateral (P_{app AP-BL}) values of FL77-28 and FL77-29 were (2.32 ± 0.04) × 10⁻⁶ cm/s and (2.48 ± 0.18) × 10⁻⁶ cm/s, respectively, suggesting that the compounds had moderate absorption. Since the transport property of FL77-28 was passive diffusion and the efflux ratio (ER) was less than 2, two chemical inhibitors were added to further confirm the involvement of efflux proteins. The results showed that FL77-28 was not a substrate of P-gp or BCRP, but FL77-29 was mediated by P-gp. In conclusion, FL77-28 might be a promising candidate to overcome drug resistance induced by multiple efflux proteins.     

地质建模中的B样条曲面拟合

Pigel和Tiller提出了简明、灵活的B样条曲面拟合方法.本文在Pigel和Tiller的方法的基础上,提出了适用于地质建模的基于重采样的B样条曲面拟合方法.该方法首先用重心坐标对原始的数据点进行重采样,然后对重采样得到的数据点进行拟合.拟合的误差可以通过修改控制顶点的个数来控制.结果表明:拟合得到的B样条曲面是光顺的.     

海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-海藻酸钠生物微胶囊的制备

采用两步法制备了海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-海藻酸钠(ACA)生物微胶囊,并考察了氯化钙浓度、海藻酸钠浓度、壳聚糖浓度及其pH值以及柠檬酸钠溶液pH值对微胶囊性能的影响.实验结果表明:胶囊粒径随氯化钙浓度和海藻酸钠浓度的增加而增大,胶囊的膜厚随壳聚糖浓度的增加而增厚,随壳聚糖溶液pH值的增加而降低;而在胶囊液化处理过程中,柠檬酸钠溶液的pH值对微胶囊的机械强度有很大的影响.当氯化钙浓度为1.5%,海藻酸钠浓度为2%,壳聚糖浓度和pH值分别为1.5%和5.0及柠檬酸钠溶液的pH值为7.2时,可制得粒径为2.65mm、机械强度为150mN的ACA生物微胶囊.     

岛状皮瓣修复足前部皮肤缺损修复的进展

归纳足前部的生物力学和应用解剖研究结果,足前部的皮肤缺损将会导致足的功能障碍,重点讨论了各种岛状皮瓣修复足前部皮肤缺损的优缺点,并对足内侧皮瓣修复足前部皮肤缺损提出了问题和展望.     

碘化铅单晶体生长新方法探索

本文分析了用布里奇曼法生长碘化铅单晶体的结晶过程。发现坩埚下降法生长碘化铅单晶体过程中,碘的蒸发与凝结、铅的分凝与沉淀是影响晶体质量的两个重要因素。提出了采用U型安瓿提拉方式生长碘化铅单晶体的新方法,有效抑制了碘的蒸发并排除了分凝的铅,获得了桔红色半透明的碘化铅晶体。经测试,晶体的结晶性好,红外透过率达45%,电阻率为1.7×1012Ω.cm,为制备性能优异的碘化铅室温核辐射探测器奠定了基础。
