对合成的系列聚酰胺-胺型(PAMAM)树枝状高分子进行端基的羟基化和氯乙酰化两步修饰,使PAMAM最外层接上烷基氯.以修饰产物为引发剂,通过原子转移自由基引发甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)聚合得到树枝状PAMAM高分子衍生物,并对其结构用FTIR、1H-NMR和粒径分析进行了表征.紫外可见分光光度仪测定证实此高分子具有温度及pH敏感性.通过对小分子药物控制释放研究表明,此树枝状高分子衍生物通过环境pH值可有效地控制小分子药物的释放. 相似文献

Chromatographic characteristics of urinary metabolites of theophylline were studied by two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography--mass spectrometry. Quantitative date for the urinary metabolites of theophylline in asthmatic children are given. It was shown that 1,3-dimethyluric acid is the predominant excretory product. In addition, smaller amounts of 1-methyluric acid, 3-methylxanthine and unchanged theophylline were found. Excretory patterns after theophylline ingestion before and during the administration of allopurinol in asthma patients and in rats suggest the existence of three metabolic pathways of theophylline. The administration of this drug to a patient with xanthine oxidase of theophylline. The administration of this drug to a patient with xanthine oxidase deficiency resulted in the excretion of 1-methyluric acid in addition to 1,3-dimethyluric acid, 3-methylxanthine, 1-methylxanthine and unchanged theophylline. It was concluded that in man the oxidation of theophylline is not catalysed by xanthine oxidase. 相似文献

The synthesis, biological evaluation, and molecular modeling of two conformationally restricted analogues of adenophostinA (1), denominated as spirophostin (3R)-10 and (3S)-11, as novel ligands for the D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R), is presented. These diastereoisomeric spiroketals are synthesized by spiroketalization of D-glucose derivatives (2S)-15 and (2R)-16, separation of the protected isomers (3R)-19 and (3S)-20, followed by phosphorylation and deprotection. Method of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (MISPE) of (-)-ephedrine from Chinese Ephedra has been developed in the research. The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with good selectivity and affinity for (-)-ephedrine was synthesized with (-)-ephedrine as the template, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer. The washing and elution conditions in MISPE were selected and optimized for efficient analyte extraction and sample clean-up. A clean analytical HPLC base line of ephedra extract was obtained after MISPE, which indicated that the sample pre-treatment was efficient. Good recovery and precision were obtained in the assessment for the MISPE-HPLC procedure, which demonstrated it is a reliable method and can be used for the determination of (-)-ephedrine in herbal ephedra. 相似文献

The results of a newly developed method for the detection and identification of residues of nortestosterone (NT) and one of its major metabolites, 17 alpha-nortestosterone (epiNT) are described. The method is based on sample clean-up by immunoaffinity chromatography and detection by high-performance liquid chromatography and/or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (selected-ion monitoring). All samples of bile from calves that had been treated with NT contained significant amounts of epiNT (6-18 micrograms/l). The NT content of these samples, if detectable, was below 1 microgram/l. Urine contained, with one exception, less than 1 microgram/l epiNT. NT itself if detectable, was, present in urine or bile at levels below 0.1 microgram/l. The results corresponds well with results obtained with a radioimmunoassay procedure. 相似文献

Multi-substituted dihydrofurans are valuable intermediates for the synthesis of natural products and pharmaceuticals. Considerable attention has been focused on the development of efficient and regioselective methods for their preparation. Using K2CO3 as a base, with the reaction of fur-2-oylmethyltriphenylarsonium bromide 1 and ethyl 2-acetyl-3-arylacrylate 2 in tetrahydrofuran at room temperature, we found an efficient protocol was achieved to synthesize trans-3-aryl-4-carbethoxy-2,3-dihydro-2-fur-2'-oyl-5-methylfurans 3 in good yield with high stereoselectivity. The structure of compound 3 was confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR, MS and HRMS. The mechanism for the formation of 3 was proposed. 相似文献
