一类广义非线性Euler-Poisson-Darboux方程整体解的渐近性质

W.A.Strauss等人已证明了广义非线性 Euler-Poisson-Darboux方程初边值问题整体解的存在唯一性 .本文应用一个差分不等式研究了整体解的渐近性质 .

在BES实验中用神经元网络法鉴别e,μ,π

研究了两种不同的神经元网络法,BP网络和LVQ网络,对北京谱仪(BES)实验中e,μ,π粒子的鉴别,取得了较常规方法要好的结果.用于训练和检验的μ子样本来自宇宙线事例,e和π粒子则是由真实实验数据精选的,虽然样本本身具有非均匀的动量谱,但BP网络的检验结果给出的粒子选择效率在整个动量区间却仍然具有相当均匀的分布,LVQ网络稍逊之.至少是在我们研究的这一课题中证明了BP网络的模式识别功能要优于LVQ网络.     

Oligo诱导突变的改进方法

介绍一种改进的Ｏｌｉｇｏ诱导ＤＮＡ定点突变方法，此法制备的含Ｕ野生型模板ＤＮＡ在ＪＭ１０７中的存活率从５％～１０％下降至１％～２％；诱变反应终产物转染ＪＭ１０７产生的斑数比原法提高１５～２０倍，诱导连续４个核苷酸替换产生的突变频率达８０％～８５％，即使诱导连续１２个核苷酸的缺失，也能获得４０％～５０％的突变频率．     

MNA/PMMA有机薄膜光波导

研究出MNA/PMMA有机薄膜光波导。用棱镜耦合器进行了波导参数的测量,发现薄膜呈现各向异性,有较大的双折射。     

Anodic voltammetric behaviors of methotrexate at a glassy carbon electrode and its determination in spiked human urine

The anodic voltammetric behavior of methotrexate was studied at glassy carbon electrode in acetate buffer (pH = 3.6) solution using cyclic, square-wave voltammetric and chronocoulometric techniques. The oxidation of methotrexate is an irreversible diffusion-controlled process. The oxidation mechanism was proposed and discussed in this work. The dependence of the current on pH, the concentration and nature of buffer, and instrumental parameters were investigated to optimize the experimental conditions for the determination of methotrexate. It was found that in the range of 8.0 × 10⁻⁷–2.0 × 10⁻⁵ mol/L, the currents measured by square-wave voltammetry presented a good linear property as a function of the concentrations of methotrexate. In addition, validation parameters, such as reproducibility, sensitivity and recovery were evaluated as well. The proposed method was also successfully applied for the determination of methotrexate in diluted human urine with good satisfactory.

Two New Secoiridoid Glycosides from Tripterospermum chinense

Two new secoiridoid glycosides, tripterospermumcin A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the aerial parts of Tripterospermum chinense (Migo ) H. Smith , along with three known compounds, secologanin, secologanol, and sweroside. Their structures were established on the basis of UV, IR, MS, and extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses, as well as by literature comparison of spectroscopic data.     

Fractal range of a 3-point ternary interpolatory subdivision scheme with two parameters

In this paper, we analyze the fractal property of Hassan’s 3-point ternary interpolatory subdivision scheme with two parameters. The fractal range of the scheme is obtained and illustrated. Many examples show that the obtained results suggest a clear direction to generate fractal curves and surfaces by using this scheme.
