This paper describes a simple and practical protocol for the direct synthesis of monosulfonylated hydroquinones through a transition-metal-free cross-coupling between quinones and sulfonyl hydrazides in water. 应用X荧光光谱仪结合压片法制样快速测定铜冶炼中炉前的炉渣和冰铜中的铜、铁、二氧化硅、氧化钙及冰铜中各组分的分析。利用手工分析制备质控样品作为标准物质绘制工作曲线,解决了炉前样品没有标准样品的问题。对炉前分析样品基体不稳定带来的背景干扰,采用手工分析对照,不断调整工作曲线进行对照校正,通过质控管理能够满足生产指标控制的要求。分析结果表明,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.01%~0.28%,测定结果与通用的容量法分析结果对比,结果基本一致。 相似文献

Convolutional neural networks have greatly improved the performance of image super-resolution. However, perceptual networks have problems such as blurred line structures and a lack of high-frequency information when reconstructing image textures. To mitigate these issues, a generative adversarial network based on multiscale asynchronous learning is proposed in this paper, whereby a pyramid structure is employed in the network model to integrate high-frequency information at different scales. Our scheme employs a U-net as a discriminator to focus on the consistency of adjacent pixels in the input image and uses the LPIPS loss for perceptual extreme super-resolution with stronger supervision. Experiments on benchmark datasets and independent datasets Set5, Set14, BSD100, and SunHays80 show that our approach is effective in restoring detailed texture information from low-resolution images. 相似文献

A new type of amperometric hydrogen peroxide biosensor was fabricated by entrapping horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in the organic–inorganic hybrid material composed of zirconia–chitosan sol–gel and Au nanoparticles (ZrO2–CS–AuNPs). The sensitivity of the biosensor was enhanced by a flowerlike polymer–copper nanostructure composite (pPA–FCu) which was prepared from co-electrodeposition of CuSO4 solution and 2,6-pyridinediamine solution. Several techniques, including UV–vis absorption spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were employed to characterize the assembly process and performance of the biosensor. The results showed that this pPA–FCu nanostructure not only had excellent redox electrochemical activity, but also had good catalytic efficiency for hydrogen peroxide. Also the ZrO2–CS–AuNPs had good film forming ability, high stability and good retention of bioactivity of the immobilized enzyme. The resulting biosensors showed a linear range from 7.80 × 10?7 to 3.7 × 10?3 mol L?1, with a detection limit of 3.2 × 10?7 mol L?1 (S/N = 3) under optimized experimental conditions. The apparent Michaelis–Menten constant was determined to be 0.32 mM, showing good affinity. In addition, the biosensor which exhibits good analytical performance, acceptable stability and good selectivity, has potential for practical applications. 相似文献

A series of well‐defined amphiphilic star graft copolymers consisting of hydrophilic poly(acrylic acid) backbone and hydrophobic poly(propylene oxide) side chains were synthesized by the sequential reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and atom transfer nitroxide radical coupling (ATNRC) or single electron transfer‐nitroxide radical coupling (SET‐NRC) reaction followed by the selective hydrolysis of poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) backbone. A Br‐containing acrylate monomer, tert‐butyl 2‐((2‐bromopropanoyloxy)methyl)acrylate, was first homopolymerized via RAFT polymerization using a new star‐like chain‐transfer agent with four arms in a controlled way to give a well‐defined star‐like backbone with a narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn = 1.23). The grafting‐onto strategy was used to synthesize the well‐defined PtBA‐g‐PPO star graft copolymers with narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn = 1.14–1.25) via ATNRC or SET‐NRC reaction between the Br‐containing PtBA‐based star‐like backbone and poly(propylene oxide) with 2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl end group using CuBr/PMDETA or Cu/PMDETA as catalytic system. PAA‐g‐PPO amphiphilic star graft copolymers were obtained by the selective acidic hydrolysis of star‐like PtBA‐based backbone in acidic environment without affecting the side chains. Herein, a novel label-free electrochemical aptasensor based on direct immobilization of the redox probes on an electrode surface was reported. Gold electrode coated Nafion was firstly modified with redox probe-thionine (Thi) through ion exchange adsorption. Then, with the help of chemisorption and electrostatic adsorption, negatively charged nano-Au and positively charged Thi were layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembled onto the modified electrode surface, which formed {nano-Au/Thi+}n multilayer films for improving the amount of redox probes and immobilizing thiolated thrombin aptamers (TBA). In the presence of target thrombin (TB), the TBA on the multilayer film could catch the TB onto the electrode surface, which resulted in a barrier for electro-transfer, leading to decrease of the current. The proposed method avoided the cubsome redox probe labeling process, increased the amount of redox probe and reduced the distance between the redox probe and electrode surface. Thus, the approach showed a high sensitivity and a wider linearity to TB in the range from 0.12 nM to 46 nM with a detection limit of 40 pM. 相似文献

采用溶液混合法制备了不同含量的气相生长碳纤维(VGCF)增强形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)的复合材料薄膜,测试分析了纯SMPU及VGCF/SMPU复合材料薄膜的力学性能及形状记忆性能.结果表明,制得的复合材料薄膜在VGCF含量达到9 wt%时,VGCF在SMPU基体中仍具有较好的分散性;SMPU与VGCF复合后,得到的复合材料薄膜的拉伸强度和刚度有较大程度的提高,含量达到9 wt%时复合材料薄膜的拉伸强度比纯SMPU提高66%,弹性模量提高300%,储能模量也有较大程度提高;SMPU与VGCF复合后,形状记忆性能有一定的下降,但经过适当预处理后,其形状记忆性能可以基本接近纯SMPU. 相似文献
