采用全原子分子动力学模拟方法研究了壬基酚取代的系列烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂在癸烷/水界面的微观聚集行为,通过分析界面厚度、界面生成能和界面张力以及表面活性剂分子与水分子之间的径向分布函数和配位数,讨论了不同磺烷基链长度对壬基酚基取代烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂界面性质的影响.结果表明,磺烷基链长为12时,表面活性剂的界面张力最低,界面厚度和界面生成能最大.  相似文献

以Ce3+为中心离子,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为有机配体,通过温度调节,合成系列形貌和电化学信号不同的铈配合物(Ce-COPs)。筛选出电化学信号最强的多面体状Ce-COP为信号探针。通过凝血酶(TB)与TB适体链之间的特异性识别作用,设计了一种简单通用的TB适体传感器。最优实验条件下,该传感器对TB的线性响应范围为1.0 fmol·L-1~1.0 nmol·L-1,检测限为0.94 fmol·L-1。此外,本方案方法与商品人凝血酶(TM) ELISA试剂盒检测结果相近。结果表明,我们构建的TB适体传感器具有良好的灵敏度、特异性、选择性和稳定性。  相似文献

天然气水合物作为一种储量大、无污染的清洁能源近些年受到了广泛关注.近20年来,中国进行了较大范围的陆海域天然气水合物储层勘探与储量预测. 2017年,中国地质调查局牵头对南海神狐海域的天然气水合物进行了基于降压渗流原理的试验性开采.国内外已进行的水合物试采工程面临着气体产量低、出砂较多等问题,其最主要的原因之一是开发过程中沉积物内复杂多相渗流机理尚不明晰.本文综述了平行毛细管模型、Kozeny模型等广泛应用于天然气水合物开发渗流分析的理论模型,对比分析了水合物开发多尺度渗流过程模拟方法,简述了国内外含水合物沉积物渗透率测试、渗流过程中沉积物物性演变以及水合物开采室内模拟等方面的渗流实验进展,总结了矿场尺度的天然气水合物储层开采过程中产气数值模拟手段,展望了多相渗流模型、储层原位含水合物样品室内测试及结构与物性演化、矿场尺度数值模拟与水平井压裂技术等应用研究的未来方向与挑战.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a mixed finite element method on a staggered mesh for the numerical solution of the steady state Navier-Stokes equations in which the two components of the velocity and the pressure are defined on three different meshes. This method is a conforming quadrilateral Q1 × Q1 - P0 element approximation for the Navier-Stokes equations. First-order error estimates are obtained for both the velocity and the pressure. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Recent mathematical investigations have shown that under very general conditions, exponential mixing implies the Bernoulli property. As a concrete example of statistical mechanics that are exponentially mixing we consider the Bernoulli shift dynamics by Chebyshev maps of arbitrary order N2, which maximizes Tsallis q=3 entropy rather than the ordinary q=1 Boltzmann-Gibbs entropy. Such an information shift dynamics may be relevant in a pre-universe before ordinary space-time is created. We discuss symmetry properties of the coupled Chebyshev systems, which are different for even and odd N. We show that the value of the fine structure constant αel=1/137 is distinguished as a coupling constant in this context, leading to uncorrelated behaviour in the spatial direction of the corresponding coupled map lattice for N=3.  相似文献

A model of a multi-reservoir resource exchange intermediary also defined as a commercial engine is proposed according to analogies and similarities between thermodynamics and economics. The optimal configuration of a multi-reservoir commercial engine with a maximum profit output objective is determined by applying optimal control theory. The optimal configuration consists of two instantaneous constant commodity flux processes and two constant price processes, and the configuration is independent of a number of economic subsystems and commodity transfer law qualitatively. The maximum profit output needs some economic subsystems to never contact with the commercial engine during commodity transfer processes. Numerical examples are provided for a three-economic-subsystem commercial engine with linear commodity transfer law. The effects of price changes of an intermediate economic subsystem on the optimal configuration of a three-economic-subsystem and the performance of optimal configuration are discussed. The research object is general, and the results can provide some theoretical guidelines for operations of actual economic processes and systems.  相似文献

Numerous methods have been developed for longitudinal binomial data in the literature. These traditional methods are reasonable for longitudinal binomial data with a negative association between the number of successes and the number of failures over time; however, a positive association may occur between the number of successes and the number of failures over time in some behaviour, economic, disease aggregation and toxicological studies as the numbers of trials are often random. In this paper, we propose a joint Poisson mixed modelling approach to longitudinal binomial data with a positive association between longitudinal counts of successes and longitudinal counts of failures. This approach can accommodate both a random and zero number of trials. It can also accommodate overdispersion and zero inflation in the number of successes and the number of failures. An optimal estimation method for our model has been developed using the orthodox best linear unbiased predictors. Our approach not only provides robust inference against misspecified random effects distributions, but also consolidates the subject-specific and population-averaged inferences. The usefulness of our approach is illustrated with an analysis of quarterly bivariate count data of stock daily limit-ups and limit-downs.  相似文献

Entropy is a measure of uncertainty or randomness. It is the foundation for almost all cryptographic systems. True random number generators (TRNGs) and physical unclonable functions (PUFs) are the silicon primitives to respectively harvest dynamic and static entropy to generate random bit streams. In this survey paper, we present a systematic and comprehensive review of different state-of-the-art methods to harvest entropy from silicon-based devices, including the implementations, applications, and the security of the designs. We demonstrate high-performance broadband tunable external-cavity lasers(ECLs) with the metal-organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) grown In As/In P quantum dots(QDs) structures. Without cavity facet coatings, the 3-d B spectral bandwidth of the Fabry–Perot(FP) laser is approximately 10.8 nm, while the tuning bandwidth of ECLs is 45 nm.Combined with the anti-reflection(AR)/high-reflection(HR) facet coating, a 92 nm bandwidth tuning range has been obtained with the wavelength covering from 1414 nm to 1506 nm. In most of the tuning range, the threshold current density is lower than 1.5 k A/cm2. The maximum output power of 6.5 m W was achieved under a 500 m A injection current.All achievements mentioned above were obtained under continuous-wave(CW) mode at room temperature(RT).  相似文献
