匹配层和背衬层是换能器的重要组成部分,对换能器特性有重要影响。针对发射型换能器,基于有/无匹配层和空气/树脂背衬两种条件组合,该文研究了匹配层与背衬层对换能器辐射特性的影响。结果表明,负载材料为水时,空气背衬换能器相较于树脂背衬换能器声能辐射效率更高;匹配层可以提高换能器的主瓣能量,抑制旁瓣能量及旁瓣数量。因此,针对发射型换能器的设计,背衬材料的选择应遵循与压电材料的阻抗差异越大越优的原则;匹配层的合理设计不仅可以提高超声换能器的声能辐射效率,还可以提高主瓣旁瓣峰值比,使声能更集中。  相似文献

The microwave assisted liquefaction process of wheat straw alkali lignin was investigated to obtain monophenolic compounds as the precursor of bio-fuel. It is found that the total yield of monophenolic compounds is significantly improved under microwave irradiation, reaching 15.77%under a relatively mild liquefaction condition of 10 wt% H2SO4 as the catalyst, 10 wt% phenol as the hydrogen-donor reagent at 120?C for40 min. Compared with conventional thermal liquefaction process, microwave irradiation promotes the cleavage of C–C bonds, which gives an extra 29% of Caryl–Cα bond cleavage, and increases the yield of monophenolic compounds from 0.92% to 13.61% under the same conditions.The excessive temperature and prolonged time under microwave irradiation will promote the recondensation of degraded lignin fragments, so the key to obtain high yield of monophenolic compounds is to avoid the recondensation reaction. The selected solid catalyst promotes the dissociation of methoxy groups, and the addition of phenol into liquefaction can only slightly improve the yield of monophencolic compounds.  相似文献

稀土元素具有未充满电子的4f轨道和镧系收缩等特征,当用作催化剂的活性组分或载体时常常表现出独特的催化性能. 稀土催化材料的研究和发展为La和Ce等高丰度轻稀土元素的高质、高效利用提供了有效的途径. 目前稀土催化材料在石油化工、化石燃料的催化燃烧、机动车尾气净化、工业废气治理和固体氧化物燃料电池等领域发挥着重要的作用. 本文综述了稀土催化材料的应用以及理论研究进展,重点讨论了稀土元素对所涉及催化剂的结构、活性和稳定性等的影响.  相似文献

Our main goal was to evaluate release mechanism of microcapsules with different core status. First, flufiprole microcapsules were directly encapsulated with chitosan (CS) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) through layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly. The changes of process parameters on the microcapsules characteristics (zeta potential, and morphology) were investigated. Also the release trends of flufiprole were determined and fitted with mathematical models. It was revealed that releases of three types of microcapsules were all very similar, but microcapsule with solid particles and oil suspending agent reached their peak values at 36–42, 42–48?h respectively, microcapsule with solution droplets cannot reach a maximum value. In the stage of initial burst release, Higuchi model performed better with oil suspending agent and solid particles, which was in agreement with the Fick's law. Core status being solution, release curves of the pesticide corresponded to zero-order which was in agreement with dissolution mechanism. In the stage of slow release, the values of R2 for solution and solid particles were all above 0.98, betokened the release phenomenon were in line with the first-order. On the other hand, release of oil suspending agent conformed to Higuchi model.  相似文献

基于AIE分子和智能响应性聚合物构筑的纳米材料,具有优良的AIE发光性能、环境刺激响应性和生物相容性,已在生命科学领域展现出诱人的应用前景. 本研究通过ATRP活性聚合方法, 以合成的TPE-BIB为引发剂, 引发具有多刺激响应特性的N-[2-(二乙氨基)-乙基]丙烯酰胺单体聚合, 成功制备具有温度/pH/CO2三重响应性的两亲性聚合物: TPE-g-PDEAEAM, 并自组装形成约200 nm的纳米微球. 研究表明: 这种聚合物纳米粒子具有优良的水溶性、单分散性、稳定性及优异的AIE发光特性. 其相转变温度为60 ℃, 溶液荧光对环境温度、pH及CO2均表现出快速敏感响应性能. 同时, 该纳米粒子表现出低细胞毒性, 能够有效示踪HeLa细胞增殖至11代以上, 有望作为一种活细胞荧光示踪探针材料.  相似文献

In the last 20 years, lead-acid battery has experienced a paradigm transition to lead-carbon batteries due to the huge demand for renewable energy storage and start-stop hybrid electric vehicles. Carbon additives show a positive effect for retarding the sulfation of Pb negative electrode toward the partial state of charge operation. Lead-carbon composite additive could synergistically solve the problem of sulfation while inhibiting parasitic hydrogen evolution reaction of carbon. The design principles of lead-carbon additives toward future lead-carbon batteries are discussed in this paper.  相似文献

It is a challenge to develop single polymer-based photocatalyst for overall water splitting without adding sacrificial agents due to the insufficient driving force for charge separation and the lack of active sites of organic polymer.Metal oxyhyroxides are widely acted as co-catalyst for photoelectrocatalysis oxygen evolution reaction.Here,we firstly report the peryleno[1,12-bcd]thiophene sulfone-based linear co-polymer PS-5 for photocatalytic overall water splitting by photo-depositing simple and low-cost cocatalyst FeOOH under the visible-light illumination.The density functional theory(DFT)calculations and experimental results indicated clearly that the oxygen vacancies-richβ-FeOOH can effectively promote the separation of photo-generated excitons and provide active sites for photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction.As a result,the average H2and O2production rates of optimized PS-5/β-FeOOH-0.2M reach at~170 and~76.6μmol h-1g-1,respectively,with a stoichiometric ratio at about 2:1.This work provides a simple and low-cost method for the preparation of overall water splitting system based on polymer photocatalyst.  相似文献

Four novel curved polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons 3 a , 5 , 8 , 15 a have been synthesized and characterized, where molecules 3 a and 15 a bear [5]carbohelicene units. X-ray single crystal analyses indicate that compound 3 a shows offset packing arrangements of (P5)- and (M5)-isomers, and 15 a has a symmetrical plane and looks like a butterfly. In comparison, 8 exhibits a slightly curved structure, in which the significant convex-to-convex π-overlap with the shortest distance of 3.42 Å occurs. In addition, the effect of annulation mode of twistarenes on the physical properties, self-assembly behaviors, and switchable photoconductivity of the as-prepared curved aromatic compounds were further examined in a comparative manner.  相似文献

采用过滤阴极真空弧法,制备了满足激光稳相加速机制要求的超薄自支撑类金刚石碳靶。室温下沉积,基片偏压为-32 V,薄膜沉积速率约为每脉冲0.002 nm。选取NaCl膜作脱膜剂,采用漂浮法进行脱膜。打捞板孔径为1 mm时,自支撑厚度范围为5~50 nm,自支撑成功率约为70%。利用拉曼光谱仪及原子力显微镜等仪器,测量了薄膜的结构、表面粗糙度等关键参数。  相似文献
