Laburnine’s dissolution behaviors in glucose and saline solution were studied by a micro-calorimetry method. The measured integral and differential heats of solution were utilized to build equations of the solute and the heat, so that dissolution thermodynamic equations and half-time periods, Δsol H m, Δsol G m, and Δsol S m were obtained. The results show that this study does not only provide a simple method for the determination of the half-life period for a drug but also offer a theoretical reference for the clinical application of laburnine.  相似文献

Two new guaianolide-type sesquiterpenoids,4β,9β-dihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6,10(14)-dien(1) and 4β,9β,10α-trihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6-en(2),along with four known sesquiterpenoids(3a,3b,4 and 5),were isolated from Kadsura interior.Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR and HR-MS techniques.Compounds 3a and 3b were obtained as a pair of enantiomers,and their structure and absolute configuration were established from their extensive NMR spectra and by single-crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

In this paper,we propose a near-infrared p-type β-FeSi2/n-type 4H-SiC heterojunction photodetector with semiconducting silicide(β-FeSi2) as the active region for the first time.The optoelectronic characteristics of the photodetector are simulated using a commercial simulator at room temperature.The results show that the photodetector has a good rectifying character and a good response to near-infrared light.Interface states should be minimized to obtain a lower reverse leakage current.The response spectrum of the β-FeSi2/4H-SiC detector,which consists of a p-type β-FeSi2 absorption layer with a doping concentration of 1×1015cm-3 and a thickness of 2.5 μm,has a peak of 755 mA/W at 1.42 μm.The illumination of the SiC side obtains a higher responsivity than that of the β-FeSi2 side.The results illustrate that the β-FeSi2/4H-SiC heterojunction can be used as a near-infrared photodetector compatible with near-infrared optically-activated SiC-based power switching devices.  相似文献

Magnetic fluid is a kind of colloidal material with tunable microstructure and unique optical properties. The tunable magneto-optical modulation property of magnetic fluid under externally switchable magnetic field with various modulation periods is investigated theoretically and experimentally. The transitional modulation period (lower limit of the working frequency) between the square-like and oscillation-like modulation is achieved and found to be magnetic-field- and sample-concentration-dependent. The modulation mechanism is analyzed and ascribed to the dynamic microstructure of magnetic fluid under different modulation periods of external magnetic fields. The result of this work may be helpful for the pragmatic applications of magnetic fluid based on the square-like modulation.  相似文献

We report our results on effective third-harmonic generation (THG) by cascading quasi-phase-matched second-harmonic and sum-frequency generation in a dual-period-periodically-poled KTP crystal. Significant improvement of the output powers were achieved for the 440 nm blue light and 660 nm red light based on Q-switched frequency-tripling and frequency-doubling 1319-nm radiation inside an adhesive-free bond composite Nd:YAG laser. The highest output powers of 197 mW and 1.19 W were achieved for the blue and red light at the corresponding input powers of 12.9 and 17.1 W for the diode laser.  相似文献

We demonstrate the coherent beam combination of eight Watt-level polarization-maintained fiber amplifiers. The phase control signal of each amplifier is generated by running a stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm on a digital signal processor (DSP). The experimental result shows that the whole system in close-loop performs well for long-time observation. Energy encircled in the target pinhole is 6.68 times more than that in open-loop. The combination efficiency is as high as 84.5%.  相似文献

Studies were performed to determine the chemical addition of a metal complex molecule, chlorotris(triphenylphosphine)iridium(I), on hydrogen passivated Si(1 1 1) surfaces to form a self-assembled monolayer (SAM). The iridium complex was synthesized prior to chemical addition, for which modified reaction conditions were chosen. Following addition, the silicon surfaces were characterized with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The XPS results revealed that the surfaces consisted of the expected elemental percentages and that the iridium has a slightly higher success rate at attaching to oxide-free surfaces. XPS data also strongly indicate that the iridium complex remained intact upon chemisorption and did not decompose during the addition reaction. CV data show a difference between iridium treated surfaces and control samples. Hydrogen passivated wafers with iridium complex were much more conductive than those which were terminated with just an oxide or with an oxide and iridium complex. Furthermore, no free iridium reagent was detected as an additional feature in the current profile, indicating there was no physisorbed layer.  相似文献

Several single‐component and two‐component imidazolium ionic liquids (ILs) ultrathin films were formed on Si substrates by a dip‐coating and heat treatment process. The formation and surface properties of the films were analyzed by means of ellipsometric thickness measurement, X‐ray photoelectron spectra and atomic force microscope. The adhesive and nanotribological behaviors of the films were evaluated by a homemade colloidal probe. A ball‐on‐plate tribometer was used to test the microtribological performances of these films. As a result, the two‐component ILs ultrathin film containing 80% solid‐like ILs phase shows more homogenous surface morphologies and optimal micro/nano‐tribological properties as compared to single‐component ILs films, which is ascribed to a synergic effect between the steady solid‐like ILs phase as the backbone and the proper amount of flowable liquid‐like ILs phase. By studying the influence of various solid/liquid ILs ratios on tribological properties of the two‐component ILs films, we might find the way to design ILs films with excellent comprehensive tribological properties.
