A New Triterpenoid from "Gualou-xiebai-baijiu-tang" Consisting of Fructus trichosanthis and Bulbus allii mtacrostemi

A new triterpenoid saponin was isolated by bioactivity-guided isolation from "Gualou-xiebai-baijiu-tang" consisting ofFructus trichosanthisi and Bulbus allii macrostemi. Its structure was determined as 3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-hederagenin 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→6)- β-D-galactopyranosyl ester by means of chemical evidences and spectral analysis.     

新型尾式硫代苯并噻唑基卟啉化合物的合成与表征

通过不对称的单羟基卟啉化合物、溴代烷烃和巯基苯并噻唑合成了一系列新型硫代苯并噻唑基尾式卟啉化合物, 并采用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析对卟啉化合物的结构进行了表征.     

C28X4（X=H,Cl）,CX4（X=H,Cl）的结构和电子光谱的理论研究

用ＩＮＤＯ法对Ｃ２８Ｘ４（Ｘ＝Ｈ，Ｃｌ）和ＣＸ４（Ｘ＝Ｈ，Ｃｌ）进行几何构型优化，得到Ｔｄ对称性的构型Ｃ２８Ｘ４有４种键、４种不等同原子，基态为稳定的闭壳层分子，以此构型为基础计算了上述分子的电子光谱，并预测Ｃ２８Ｘ４的电子光谱。     

Quantitative determination of usnic acid in Usnea lichen and its products by reversed-phase liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector

Usnic acid, a lichen substance, has a wide range of pharmaceutical applications, including antibiotic, antimycotic, antifeedant, antitubercular, antitumor, and analgesic activities. Some products containing usnic acid are marketed as weight control supplements; however, hepatotoxicity and acute liver failures were reported as severe side effects. The usnic acid content present in the plant materials and market products was analyzed by reversed-phase high-pressure liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector at 233 nm. A Waters XTerra RP18 (150 x 4.6 mm; 5 microm particle size) column was the stationary phase; mobile phase was aqueous 0.1% acetic acid and acetonitrile gradient at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature was held constant at 30 degrees C. The retention time of usnic acid was approximately 13.3 min. Acetone extraction of the samples took place with sonication. The precision of the method was confirmed by a standard deviation below 3.0% (n=3) and usnic acid recovery was 99.0%. Limit of detection was 0.4 microg/mL and the response was linear from 1.4 to 570.0 microg/mL with a correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.9991. The content of usnic acid in 4 raw materials and 22 finished products was analyzed.

CHARACTERIZATION OF AMPHIPHILIC AND MICROPHASE SEPARATED GRAFT COPOLYMERS Ⅱ SURFACE CHARACTERIZATION AND IN VITRO BLOOD-COMPATIBILITY ASSESSMENT OF POLYSTYRENE-GRAFT-ω-STEARYLPOLY (ETHYLENE OXIDE)*

This paper reported the research results concerning the surface characterization ofpolystyrene-graft-w-stearyl poly(ethylene oxide) (PS-g-SPEO) by means of XPS,contactangle measurement and TEM, and its in vitro blood compatibility assessment by measuringthe plasma recalcification time (RT) and partial thromboplastin time (PTT). The XPSresults demonstrated that the surface and bulk composition of the PS-g-SPEO graftcopolymers differ remarkably from each other,and that SPEO component was constantlyenriched at the copolymer/air interface. Contact angle studies indicated that the surfacewater wettability can be adjusted effectively by changing the composition of the copolymer.PS-g-SPEO graft copolymers can undergo microphase separation as clearly illustrated byTEM photographs. The relationship between the surface properties of PS-g-SPEO graftcopolymer and its blood compatibility was also discussed.     

五配位Cu(Ⅰ)配合物[Cu(4′-Phtpy)(PPh_3)_2](BF_4)的合成、结构及光谱性质研究

由[Cu(MeCN)2 (PPh3)2 ](BF4 )和 4′ 苯基 2,2′:6′,2″ 三联吡啶(4′ Phtpy)在室温下反应,合成了一个新颖的具有光致发光性能的五配位配合物[Cu(4′ Phtpy)(PPh3)2 ](BF4 ).对配合物进行了X射线衍射结构表征,并进行了红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、荧光光谱等光谱学分析.晶体属单斜晶系,空间群Pn,晶胞参数:a =1 0 80 7(6)nm,b =1 0 943 (6)nm,c=2 1610(12 )nm,α =90°,β =10 2 785(10 )°,γ =90°,V =2 492(2 )nm3,Z =2,Dc=1 3 5 4g·cm-3.配合物中,Cu(Ⅰ)与 4′ Phtpy的 3个N,2个PPh3的P配位呈变形三角双锥型结构,其轴向由Cu键合联吡啶的末端 2个N所组成,赤道平面由联吡啶的中心N原子和 2个PPh3的P原子所组成     

K＋I~2→K^+＋I~2^-离子对生成反应态－态几率与 选态截面的量子散射理论研 究

本文用Miller的-矩阵变分法在Aten-Lanting-Los两态势能面上计算了K＋I~2→K^+＋I~2^-电离反应的态－态几率和选态反应截面,结果表明了低电离阈能、几率的振荡行为及振动增强效应;电离截面随碰撞能及I~2振动量子数的变化规律与实验预测相吻合;讨论了反应机理。     

三(邻氯苄基)氯化锡的合成、结构和量子化学研究

邻氯苄基氯与锡反应合成三(邻氯苄基)氯化锡，经x射线方法测定了新化合物 的晶体结构，化合物属三方晶系，空间群为R-3，晶体学参数：α=b=1．3583(4) mn，c=2．1147(8)am，v=3．3790(19)nm~3，Z=6，μ(Mo kα)=16．11cm~-1， r (000)：1572，R_1=O．0755；Sn-C键长分别为0．2148(13)和0．220(2)nm，Sn-C1 键为0．2528(15)和0．2477(13)Bill．中心锡原子与亚甲基碳和氯原子构成畸型四 面体．并对其结构进行量子化学从头计算，探讨化合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量、 原子净电荷布居规律以及一些前沿分子轨道的组成特征．     

SYNTHESIS OF POLY ( ETHER-URETHANE) CONTAINING PENDANT AMINO GROUP

This paper is concerned with the synthesis of poly (ether-urethane) with pendant amino groups. The copolyether produced by ring opening copolymerization of tetrahydrofuran and epibromohydrin was treated with sodium azide in dimethylformamide to form azido substituted copolyether. The poly (ether-urethane) made from it was subjected to reduction reaction to convert azido group to amino group. The stress-strain behavior and dynamic-mechanical properties of poly (ether-urethane) containing pendant amino groups were studied.
