Excited states in126Ba

The K=3/2 ₁ ^T rotational band has been identified in⁹⁹Y with a band-head energy of 536 keV. This result is in contradiction with previously reported data, but is in agreement with predictions of the IBFM/PTQM model.     

双冠醚研究(Ⅳ)——Schiff碱型和仲胺型双-(苯并15冠-5)对碱金属苦味酸盐的萃取行为

仲胺型双冠醚与四苯硼酸碱金属盐在丙酮溶液中。25℃下的电导说明它们与Na~+可能形成1∶1络合物(冠醚单元∶金属离子),而与K~+、Rb~+、Cs~+离子则形成2∶1络合物。用Schlff碱型和仲胺型双-(苯并15-冠-5)在水-氯仿体系中进行萃取,测量了分配比D和萃取平衡常数K,发现后者的K值均大于前者。双冠醚F_2对K~+的萃取能力最强,选择性最佳。     

Synthesis and characterization of organophosphoryl polyoxotungstates [RP(O)]2X n+W11O39 (8−n)− (X n+ = P5+, Si4+, Ge4+, Ga3+)

In the presence of n-Bu₄NBr acting as phase-transfer reagent, n-Bu₄N⁺ salts of organophosphoryl polyoxotungstate derivatives [RP(O)]₂X ⁿ⁺W₁₁O₃₉ ^(8–n)– [R = PhCH₂CH₂P(O), X = P, Si; R = C₆H₁₁P(O); X = Ge, Ga] have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., ³¹P- and ¹⁸³W-n.m.r. spectroscopy. According to the elemental analysis and spectroscopic data, the hybrid anions consist of an -[XW₁₁O₃₉] framework on which are grafted two equivalent organophosphoryl groups through P—O—W bridges; these new species still retain the Keggin structure. The six-line ¹⁸³W spectrum indicates that hybrid anions possess C _s symmetry in MeCN.     

Thermal Behaviour and Decomposition Kinetics for Two Palladium(II) Complexes with 1-aminopyrene and its Derivative

The thermal decomposition studies for two palladium(II) complexes Pd(apyr)₂Cl₂ and Pd(pmpa)Cl₂ (apyr=1–aminopyrene and pmpa=N–(2–pyridylmethylene)–1–pyrenylamine) were carried out in pure nitrogen using TG-DTG techniques. The non-isothermal kinetic parameters for the two complexes were evaluated employing the method suggested by Málek, esták, Koga et al. Based on the above results, thermal behaviour of the complexes were carefully discussed, which showed that not only the parameters value, but also the decomposition pattern and mechanism for complex 1 are different from complex 2.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Affinity Chromatography of Insulin with a Heptapeptide Ligand Selected from Phage Display Library

A heptapeptide phage display library was screened with insulin to find its ligands for affinity chromatography. The peptide was synthesized and coupled to EAH Sepharose 4B (5.4 mol mL^–1 bed). Then, insulin chromatography was carried out with mobile phases of different pH values and by the addition of urea and ethylene glycol. It was found that electrostatic interactions were predominant for the affinity binding, and hydrogen bonding might also contribute somewhat to the affinity. Finally, frontal analysis was performed and the dynamic binding capacity of the affinity column for insulin at 50% breakthrough was estimated at 60.6 mg mL^–1 bed, which was about two times higher than the theoretical binding capacity of the monomeric insulin. The result suggests that insulin was bound in dimer state in a stoichiometric relationship with the coupled peptide, indicating the high binding efficiency of the peptide ligand for insulin.     

中药配方颗粒红外光谱法的快速鉴别

采用红外光谱法对中药配方颗粒及其辅料进行了鉴别研究。结果表明：不同生产厂商的配方颗粒中所添加的辅料类型及用量有较大差别；不同种的配方颗粒在辅料含量较低的情况下有较明显的指纹性，而辅料含量较高时，采用差谱技术可以提高谱图的指纹性，达到中药配方颗粒--鉴别的目的。该法简便、快速、可靠，是中药配方颗粒宏观质控的一个强有力的手段。     

Syntheses and characterizations of three-dimensional channel-like polymeric lanthanide complexes constructed by 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid

The hydrothermal reaction of YbCl(3) small middle dot6H(2)O with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic dianhydride resulted in [[Yb((b)btec)(1/4)((d)btec)(3/6)(H(2)O)(2)](4).6H(2)O](n)() (1) (H(4)btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid), and the solvothermal reaction of Er(NO(3))(3) small middle dot6H(2)O or TbCl(3).6H(2)O with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic dianhydride in H(2)O/acetic acid gave rise to [[Er(2)((c)btec)(2/4)((e)btec)(2/4)((f)btec)(2/4)(H(2)O)(4)].4H(2)O](n)() (2) and [[Tb(H(2)btec)(2/4)((f)btec)(3/6)(H(2)O)].2H(2)O](n)() (3), respectively. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 20.8119(5) A, b = 17.6174(1) A, c = 5.7252(2) A, beta = 92.324(1) degrees, and Z = 1. 1 possesses a three-dimensional framework consisting of eight-coordinate ytterbium centers and two kinds of channels along the c axis. Complex 2 crystallizes in triclinic space group P with a = 9.6739(5) A, b = 11.0039(5) A, c = 11.5523 A, alpha = 104.8330(10) degrees, beta = 91.0000(10) degrees, gamma = 114.2570(10) degrees, and Z = 2. 2 has a three-dimensional framework comprising both eight- and nine-coordinate erbium centers and channels along the a axis. Complex 3 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 10.7246(12) A, b = 7.1693(9) A, c = 17.158(2) A, beta = 97.109(2) degrees, and Z = 4. 3 shows a three-dimensional framework containing nine-coordinate terbium centers and channels along the b axis. Uncoordinated water molecules occupy the channels in the three complexes. TGA and XRPD were determined for the three complexes, and the results illustrate that the framework of 1 is retained upon removal of uncoordinated and coordinated water molecules.

Anodic stripping voltammetric determination of bismuth(III) using a Tosflex-coated mercury film electrode

A Tosflex-mercury film electrode (TMFE) was prepared by spin-coating a solution of the perfluorinated anion exchange polymer Tosflex onto a glassy carbon electrode surface followed by electrodeposition of mercury film on this electrode. This electrode was used for the determination of trace bismuth(III) which was preconcentrated onto the TMFE as anionic bismuth(III) complexes with chloride in a chloride medium. The preconcentration was carried out at a potential of-0.2 V, and the preconcentration of the bismuth(III) was enhanced significantly by the anion-exchange feature of Tosflex. The accumulated bismuth(III) was then determined by anodic square-wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV). Various parameters influencing the determination of bismuth(III) were examined in detail. With 2 min accumulation, the analytical signal versus concentration dependence was linear up to 50 ppb, and the detection limit was 0.58 ppb. This modified electrode showed good resistance to the interferences from surface-active compounds and common ions.
