本文对阴离子交换剂DEA—PVT常压液相离子交换色谱分离蛋白质的性能、分离条件进行了探讨。结果表明其对蛋白质的分离性能良好,容易洗脱。与载体交联聚乙烯醇相比,DEA—PVT对蛋白质的非特异性吸附明显降低。  相似文献

A novel method based on continuous wavelet transform (CWT) was proposed as a preprocessing tool for the near-infrared (NIR) spectra. Due to the property of the vanishing moments of the wavelet, the fluctuating background of the NIR spectra can be successfully removed through convolution of the spectra with an appropriate wavelet function. The vanishing moments of a wavelet and the scale parameter are two key factors that govern the result of the background elimination. The result of its application to both the simulated spectra and the NIR spectra of tobacco samples demonstrates that CWT is a competitive tool for removing fluctuating background in spectra.  相似文献

A new cyclodipeptide named as cordycedipeptide A, a new natural compound and two known compound were isolated from the culture liquid of Cordyceps sinensis (BERK.) SACC. Their structures were elucidated as 3-acetamino-6-isobutyl-2,5-dioxopiperazine (1), 3-isopropyl-6-isobutyl-2,5-dioxopiperazine (2) and 3,6-di(4-hydroxy)benzyl-2,5-dioxopiperazine (3) by 1D and 2D-NMR techniques. The cytotoxic assay showed compound 1 had the cytotoxic activities to L-929, A375, and Hela.  相似文献

钙钛矿型复合氧化物对许多反应具有较高的催化活性,它们被广泛地用作CO氧化的催化剂.陈水华等对SmMeO_3(Me:V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co)和Tascon等对LaMeO_3(Me:V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni)上CO催化活性评价说明,LnMnO_3和LnCoO_3(Ln=La、Sm)活性最好,而LaNiO_3则表现和LaCoO_3相似活性,由此可推断这些氧化物具有相似的催化性能.本文用TPR-GC和XRD考察了在还原气氛下,LaNiO_3的还原机理,这对研究其电、磁特性具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

A new capillary electrophoresis procedure with field-enhanced stacking concentration for the analysis of strychnine and brucine is established. After optimization of the separation and concentration conditions, the two alkaloids can be separated within 5 min and quantified with high sensitivity (The detection limits were 1.0 ng mL(-1) for strychnine and 1.4 ng mL(-1) for brucine). The method was useful for qualitative and quantitative analysis of strychnine and brucine in Strychnos nux-vomica L with recovery of 105.1% for strychnine and 98.4% for brucine.  相似文献

Under the background of algae removal and growth inhibition by ultrasonic irradiation, the effects of ultrasonic irradiation on removal of Microcystis, the concentration variation of microcystins (MC) produced by Microcystis in Microcystis suspension, and sonochemical degradation of microcystins in water, were studied in the paper. The results showed that ultrasonic irradiation could efficiently inhibit the growth of Microcystis, and ultrasonic irradiation shorter than 5 min would not introduce the increase of microcystins dissolved in Microcystis suspension simultaneity. Also, microcystins dissolved in Microcystis suspension would not increase as ultrasonic power increasing. Further research showed that microcystins were effectively degraded in ultrasonic fields. After 20 min ultrasonic irradiation at 150 kHz and 30 W, the removal rate of microcystins reached 70%.  相似文献

Benzophenone oxime and substituted benzophenone oximes can be pyroiyzed to the imines to a small extent in the heated transfer line from the gas chromatograph to the mass spectrometer source and to a large extent in the hot injection port of a gas chromatograph at high temperatures using the splitless mode of sample injection. The pyrolysis of the oximes to the imines appears to be largely a surface reaction and does not form the benzophenones as pyrolysis products. Decomposition of benzophenone oxime to benzophenone was produced by another reaction at the front of the chromatographic column. Thermal isomerizaton of benzophenone oxime to benzanilide was not observed under these conditions.  相似文献

Protein recognition and binding play a fundamental role in living systems but sometimes also result in pathological aggregates. To probe the coupling between folding and binding in a homoheptameric system, we have characterized the time-resolved unfolding/disassembly mechanism of human co-chaperonin protein 10 (cpn10) by a combination of experimental and computational methods. The results from both approaches are in excellent agreement and make obvious that the kinetic process is three-state: an initial polypeptide-unfolding step, resulting in a non-native heptamer, is followed by a slower heptamer-dissociation step. This demonstrates that the barriers on the kinetic free-energy landscape are defined by thermodynamic stability. cpn10 is one of few, and the only heptameric, experimentally characterized system that follows the "fly casting scenario" of molecular recognition.  相似文献

用化学修饰电极伏安测定痕量金,Kalcher K等曾采用阴离子交换剂碳糊修饰电极及打萨宗碳糊修饰电极检测100~300μg/L的金。本文采用三正辛胺(TOA)修饰玻碳电极,在1.5 mol/L介质中,Au(Ⅲ)在+0.16 V(vs SCE)处有一灵敏的不可逆还原峰。检出限为0.1μg/L。灵敏度比文献方法高千倍。Au(Ⅲ)浓度在5×10~(-7)~5×10~(-9)mol/L范围内峰高与浓度  相似文献
