A novel route for preparing PbWO4–TiO2 nanofilms on a glass substrate is firstly proposed. The collodion is used as a dispersant and film-forming agent. The nanofilms are characterized through SEM, XRD, TG/DTA, PL and IR, respectively. The results of XRD indicate PbWO4 particles with tetragonal scheelite structure and TiO2 particles with Anatase phase, and SEM shows they are well dispersed in the substrate. Compared with nanoparticles, when TiO2 nanoparticles are added in 5% ratio, the PL intensities at 395 nm of PbWO4 nanofilms are enhanced obviously. IR spectrum reveals a large absorption band between 750 and 870 cm−1, which is the W–O stretching vibration in WO4 tetrahedron.  相似文献

Laminar optical tomography (LOT) is a new mesoscopic functional optical imaging technique. Currently, the forward problem of LOT image reconstruction is generally solved on the basis of Monte-Carlo (MC) methods. However, considering the nonlinear nature of the image reconstruction in LOT with the increasing number of source positions, methods based on MC take too much computation time. This letter develops a fast image reconstruction algorithm based on perturbation MC (pMC) for reconstructing the absorption or scattering image of a slab medium, which is suitable for LOT or other functional optical tomography system with narrow source-detector separation and dense sampling. To calculate the pMC parameters, i.e., the path length passed by a photon and the collision numbers experienced in each voxel with only one baseline MC simulation, we propose a scheme named as the trajectory translation and target voxel regression (TT&TVR) based on the reciprocity principle. To further speed up the image reconstruction procedure, the weighted average of the pMC parameters for all survival photons is adopted and the region of interest (ROI) is extracted from the raw data to save as the prior information of the image reconstruction. The method is applied to the absorption reconstruction of the layered inhomogeneous media. Results demonstrate that the reconstructing time is less than 20 s with the X - Y section of the sample subdivided into 50 × 50 voxels, and the target size quantitativeness ratio can be obtained in a satisfying accuracy in the source-detector separations of 0.4 and 1.25 mm, respectively.  相似文献

Zero‐dimensional photoluminescent (PL) graphene quantum dots (GQDs) that can be used as the cell‐imaging reagent are prepared by a hydrothermal route using the graphene oxide (GO) as the carbon source. Under the optimized hydrothermal conditions, an initial hydrogen peroxide concentration of 0.5 mg mL?1 at 180 °C for 120 min, the GO sheets can be cut into nanocrystals with lateral dimensions in the range of 1.5–5.5 nm and an average thickness of around 1.1 nm. The as‐prepared GQDs exhibit an abundance of hydrophilic hydroxy and carboxyl groups and emit bright blue luminescence with up‐conversion properties in a water solution at neutral pH. Most interestingly, they indicate excitation‐independent emission characteristics, and the surface state is demonstrated to have a key role in the PL properties. The fluorescence quantum yield of the GQDs is tested to be around 6.99% using quinine sulfate as a standard. In addition, the as‐prepared GQDs can enter into HeLa cells easily as a fluorescent imaging reagent without any further functionalization, indicating they are aqueous stability, biocompatibility, and promising for potential applications in biolabeling and solution state optoelectronics.  相似文献

In this paper, a general method of synchronizing noise-perturbed chaotic systems with unknown parameters is proposed. Based on the LaSalle-type invariance principle for stochastic differential equations and by employing a combination of feedback control and adaptive control, some sufficient conditions of chaos synchronization between these noise-perturbed systems with unknown parameters are established. The model used in the research is the chaotic system, but the method is also applicable to the hyperchaotic systems. Unified system and noise-perturbed RSssler system, hyperchaotic Chen system and nolse-perturbed hyperchaotic RSssler system are taken for illustrative examples to demonstrate this technique.[第一段]  相似文献

基于振幅调制的超冷铯原子高分辨光谱的实验研究,用相对于铯分子6S1/2+6P3/2离解限红失谐的光缔合激光作用于磁光阱中超冷铯原子,观察到通过光缔合产生的激发态超冷分子.在实验中,为了得到高信号-噪声比的光缔合光谱,利用声光调制器对俘获光进行振幅调制,将探测到的超冷铯原子的荧光信号利用lock-in技术解调.同时利用密度矩阵方程系统地分析了实验结果.  相似文献

We present a simple route for ZnSe nanowire growth in the ablation crater on a ZnSe crystal surface. The crystal wafer, which was horizontally dipped in pure water, was irradiated by femtosecond laser pulses. No furnace, vacuum chamber or any metal catalyst were used in this experiment. The size of the nanowires is about 1-3 μm long and 50-150 nm in diameter. The growth rate is 1-3 μm/s, which is much higher than that achieved with molecular-beam epitaxy and chemical vapor deposition methods. Our discovery reveals a rapid and simple way to grow nanowires on designed micro-patterns, which may have potential applications in microscopic optoelectronics.  相似文献

We study quartz tuning fork (QTF) characteristics using a 532 nm semiconductor laser with a power of 39 mW and calculate QTF vibrations caused by thermal noise and disturbance of the air using the equipartition theorem; the vibration value is about 1.152 Pm. The signal-to-noise ratio and QTF resonance amplitude acquired experimentally are 104.56 and 214.75 Pm, respectively. In addition, we develop a new photo-acoustic spectroscopic system for detection of trace acetylene using a CW diode laser source with distributed feedback operating near 1,532 nm, measure the absorption spectrum of acetylene employing this system, and show that the method elaborated is more sensitive than photoelectric detectors that provides new directions for research in photo-acoustic spectroscopy.  相似文献
