The self-diffusion coefficients were calculated by molecular dynamics simulations and the effects of pore width, temperature, and fluid density on diffusion behavior of simple fluid argon and polar fluid water confined in micropores were analyzed and studied. A mathematical model describing diffusion behavior of fluids confined in micropores was proposed from the theories of molecular dynamics and molecular kinematics, and validated on the basis of the simulation results at various conditions. The model indicates that the diffusion coefficient is proportional to the square root of the pore width and to the temperature divided by the density squared. It is applicable to either liquid or gas states and only two parameters are required. 相似文献

An iron‐mediated reverse ATRP of methyl methacrylate (MMA) is successfully carried out in water in the absence of any dispersants, using a water‐soluble 2,2′‐azobis(2‐methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride (V‐50) as the initiator and the stabilizer, and using an oil‐soluble N,N‐butyldithiocarbamate ferrum (Fe(S2CN(C4H9)2)3) as the catalyst without adding any additional ligands. Micron‐sized PMMA particles with UV light‐sensitive ‐S2CN(C4H9)2 end group are obtained, and monomer droplet nucleation and suspension polymerization mechanism are proposed. Polymerization results demonstrated typical “living”/controlled characteristics of ATRP: first‐order polymerization kinetics, linear increase of molecular weights with monomer conversion and narrow molecular weight distributions for the resultant PMMA particles. NMR spectroscopy and chain‐extension experiments under UV light irradiation confirm the attachment and livingness of UV light‐sensitive ‐S2CN(C4H9)2 group in the chain end.

A series of benzimidazole derivatives have been designed,synthesized and evaluated for H1 antihistamine activity.Six compounds have showed potent antihistamine H1 activity.The primary SAR analysis indicated that benzyl or benzylidinyl substituted on the exo-nitrogen atom and C2 of the benzimidazole were significant.Further experiments indicated that compound 17d displayed excellent activity to reduce mast cell degranulation,moderate anti-PAF activity and decreased potency on hERG compared to astermizole.Hence compound 17d could serve as anti-allergic agent for further development. 相似文献

In order to determine the role of lasers in the stress resistance of broad bean (Vicia faba L.) to ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation, the embryos in seeds were exposed to He-Ne laser or CO2 laser radiation. Afterwards they were cultivated in Petri dishes in a constant temperature incubator until the lengths of epicotyls were nearly 3 cm. The epicotyls were then exposed to 1.02, 3.03 or 4.52 kJ m(-2) UV-B radiation, respectively, under 70 micromol m(-2) s(-1) photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) in a growth cabinet. Changes in the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA), ascorbic acid (AsA) and UV-B absorbing compounds (absorbance at 300 nm) were measured to test the effects of laser pretreatment. The results showed that laser pretreatment of embryos enhanced UV-B stress resistance in the epicotyls of the broad bean by decreasing the MDA concentration and increasing the content of AsA and UV-B absorbing compounds. We suggest that those changes in MDA, AsA and UV-B absorbing compounds were responsible for the increase in stress resistance observed in the broad bean. 通过分子动力学方法,研究了不同冷速下贵金属Au在温度2000~300K的冷却过程中微观结构的变化特点。结果发现,冷却速度对Au的微观结构产生重要影响。采用偶关联函数和键对分析技术对原子局域团簇结构进行分析,并考察了冷却过程中原子势能随温度的变化,比较了Au的微观结构转变与能量变化的对应关系,从能量转化的角度对冷却过程中Au的结构变化进行了说明。 相似文献
