As a nanoparticle support material, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) provide a certain potential activation of catalysis in heterogeneous catalytic organic reactions. Herein, an efficient Ag/CNT‐catalyzed synthesis of enamines via hydroamination of activated alkynes with aromatic amines has been described. This catalyst still retains catalytic activity after being recycled and reused three times. In addition, it represents a green and environmentally friendly process for preparation of enamines. A simple and sensitive HPLC method using UV detection was developed to determine the concentration of protoapigenone in rat plasma. Chromatographic separation was conducted on a C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of an acetonitrile–methanol–aqueous phase (containing 0.2% acetic acid, pH 3.0) system at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detector was set at 248 nm. The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.031–10.0 µg/mL. The lower limit of quantification was 31 ng/mL. The recoveries for plasma samples ranged from 70.3 to 82.5%. The intra‐ and inter‐day accuracy and precision fulfilled the international standards. This method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of protoapigenone in rats after oral administration of protoapigenone. It was shown that protoapigenone could be absorbed rapidly after oral administration and could reach the maximum concentration within 1 h. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The sorption capacity of cesium (Cs) and selenium (Se) in crushed mudrock was demonstrated in this study through a 2-site Langmuir model. To employ such a numerical analysis, batch tests were applied in this study in synthetic seawater and groundwater with sorption/desorption kinetic experiments (time-dependent) and different concentrations (10?2–10?7 M). The 2-site sorption models, which correspond to two rate constants (λ 1 and λ 2), might be more adequate than 1-site sorption models in characterizing Cs and Se sorption/desorption according to the least square errors between the numerical analysis and the results of the batch tests. The fitting results showed that a 2-site Langmuir model is capable of appropriately describing Cs and Se sorption in mudrock. Consequently, the sorption capacity was calculated at about 0.06 mol/kg for Cs and at 0.015 mol/kg for Se.  相似文献

An organic solvent-tolerant lipase from Serratia marcescens ECU1010 (rSML) was overproduced in Escherichia coli in an insoluble form. High concentrations of both biomass (50 g cell wet weight/L culture broth) and inclusion bodies (10.5 g/L) were obtained by applying a high-cell-density cultivation procedure. Activity assays indicated that the enzymatic activity of rSML reached 600 U/L. After treatment with isopropyl ether for 12 h, the maximum lipase activity reached 6,000 U/L. Scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared microspectroscopy revealed the activation mechanism of rSML in the presence of organic solvents. rSML was stable in broad ranges of temperatures and pH values, as well as in a series of organic solvents. Besides, rSML showed the best enantioselectivity for the kinetic resolution of (±)-trans-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)glycidic acid methyl ester. These features render the S. marcescens ECU1010 lipase attractive for biotechnological applications in the field of organic synthesis and pharmaceutical industry.  相似文献

Nickel hydroxide mesoporous structures are synthesized by a simple method in the presence of different additives (oxalic acid, aminoacetic acid, and sulfosalicylic acid). Structural characterizations reveal that the additives can affect the crystal structure, increase the specific surface area, and reduce the pore size of the products. The electrochemical properties of the synthesized Ni(OH)2 samples are dependent on their crystal phase, surface area, and pore size distribution. Mesoporous β-Ni(OH)2 with poor crystallinity shows high specific capacitances at different current densities and excellent cycling ability. A highest specific capacitance of 1,693 F?g?1 can be achieved at a scan rate of 5 mV?s?1. The results suggest its potential application in electrochemical supercapacitors.  相似文献

A highly efficient and environmental-benign oxidation by dioxygen (or air) as the sole oxidant was first applied for the conversion of 2-imidazoline-5-carboxylic derivatives to imidazole-5-carboxylic derivatives in very good and excellent yields.
