Metal nanoparticles have been combined with magnet metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) to afford new materials that demonstrate an efficient catalytic degradation, high stability, and excellent reusability in areas of catalysis because of their exceptionally high surface areas and structural diversity. Magnetic M x O y @N-C (M = Fe, Co, Mn) nanocrystals were formed on nitrogen-doped carbon surface by using 8-hydroxyquinoline as a C/N precursor. The Co@N-C, MnO@N-C, and Fe/Fe2O3@N-C catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), N2 adsorption/desorption, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The catalytic performances of catalysts were thoroughly investigated in the oxidation of aniline solution based on sulfate radicals (SO4 ?.) toward Fenton-like reaction. Magnetic M x O y @N-C exhibits an unexpectedly high catalytic activity in the degradation of aniline in water. A high magnetic M x O y @N-C catalytic activity was observed after the evaluation by aniline degradation in water. Aniline degradation was found to follow the first-order kinetics, and as a result, various metals significantly affected the structures and performances of the catalysts, and their catalytic activity followed the order of Co > Mn > Fe. The nanoparticles displayed good magnetic separation under the magnetic field.

The linear 2-arboricity la_2(G) of a graph G is the least integer k such that G can be partitioned into k edge-disjoint forests,whose component trees are paths of length at most 2.In this paper,we prove that if G is a 1-planar graph with maximum degree Δ,then la_2(G)≤[(Δ+1)/2]+7.This improves a known result of Liu et al.(2019) that every 1-planar graph G has la_2(G)≤[(Δ+1)/2]+14.We also observe that there exists a 7-regular 1-planar graph G such that la_2(G)=6=[(Δ+1)/2]+2,which implies that our solution is within 6 from optimal.  相似文献

In order to analyze the Fraunhofer diffractive characteristics and modulation transfer function (MTF) of a tilted ring metallic mesh, an optical intensity distribution model of Fraunhofer diffraction is built using Huygens–Fresnel diffraction theory and the diffraction integral is carried out directly in the tilted mesh plane. The diffraction characteristics of the tilted ring metallic mesh are in good agreement with experimental results, which proves the correctness of the model established. MTF of an optical system with metallic mesh is calculated based on the model established and Fourier transform. Analysis shows that the degradation of MTF caused by diffraction of a ring mesh is much less than that of a square mesh whether they are vertical or tilted to the optical axis. Therefore, ring mesh can provide higher imaging quality than square mesh when they are used as high-pass filters in optical windows. A tilted array diffraction modulating factor is abstracted and believed useful in the analysis of diffractive characteristics of tilted square mesh and ring mesh, and it can be extended to Fraunhofer diffractive characteristics analysis of other tilted diffraction arrays.  相似文献

New ternary magnesium alloys AMgNi4 (A=Y, La, Ce, Pr and Nd) have been studied by First-Principles calculations within the generalized gradient approximation. The optimized structural parameters were in good agreement with the available experimental data. The calculated cohesive energies and formation enthalpies showed that these alloys had strong structural stability. Then the elastic constants Cij of these AMgNi4 alloys were calculated, and the bulk modulus B, shear modulus G, Young's modulus E, Poisson's ratio ν and anisotropy value A of polycrystalline materials were derived from the elastic constants, the related mechanical properties were further discussed. The electronic structures were also calculated to reveal the underlying mechanism for the structural stability and the elastic property.  相似文献

利用THz时域光谱技术对MgF2晶体(样品1)和MgF2:Co晶体(样品2)在0.5—2.5 THz的吸收特性进行了研究.在0.5—2.5 THz波段,样品1吸收系数α(ν)随频率ν增加而增大,最大值为24 cm-1.样品2的吸收系数比样品1大得多,Co掺杂使晶格吸收带边向低频移动,而且样品2在1.9 THz有吸收峰,吸收系数达到70 cm-1,由此求出F--Co2+离子键伸缩振动的键力常数K为3.40×10-2 N/cm.这一结果表明,THz光谱分析有可能成为研究晶体化学键的一种重要手段.利用光学常数之间的关系计算了两个样品在0.5—2.5 THz的介电函数的实部ε1(ν),得到样品1的ε1(ν)值在4.67至4.73之间,样品2的ε1(ν)值在4.62至5.01之间. 关键词: THz辐射 光谱 2晶体')" href="#">MgF2晶体  相似文献

为了提高化学激光体系(AGIL)中F原子的产率,采用直流放电引发方式,对棒式电极的放电特性进行了研究。在对NF3/He混合气体进行解离时,通过选择不同平衡电阻,得到了3 kW左右的放电注入功率。用光谱分析仪对F原子产率进行了测量。通过拟合计算可得:一个NF3分子能够解离出1.3~1.5个F原子。  相似文献

REBa2Cu3O7-x (RE:钇、钆等稀土元素,REBCO)高温超导体因其具备较高的不可逆场和上临界场等优越性能,一经发现就备受关注。但由于材料本身固有的陶瓷性及弱连接等属性,导致其实际应用起来难度较大。目前,人们已经发展了诸多制备工艺来克服这些困难,实现了REBCO超导体的实际应用。按照前驱膜沉积方法可将REBCO超导薄膜的制备分为物理法和化学法。本文综述了物理气相沉积(PVD-Physical Vapor Deposition)法中多源共蒸发法制备REBCO超导薄膜的技术起源及演变历程,并与金属有机沉积、金属有机化学气相沉积、脉冲激光沉积等不同方法生产的REBCO超导带材进行对比,突出多源共蒸发法制备的REBCO薄膜性能优异、在商业化生产效率上具有更大的优势。最后对多源共蒸发法制备REBCO超导薄膜进行总结及展望,解决多源共蒸发沉积制备REBCO薄膜的成相机理、提高薄膜的钉扎中心等问题对未来第二代高温超导带材的大规模应用具有重要意义。  相似文献

A silicon-on-insulator (SOI) high performance lateral double-diffusion metal oxide semiconductor (LDMOS) on a compound buried layer (CBL) with a step buried oxide (SBO CBL SOI) is proposed.The step buried oxide locates holes in the top interface of the upper buried oxide (UBO) layer.Furthermore,holes with high density are collected in the interface between the polysilicon layer and the lower buried oxide (LBO) layer.Consequently,the electric fields in both the thin LBO and the thick UBO are enhanced by these holes,leading to an improved breakdown voltage.The breakdown voltage of the SBO CBL SOI LDMOS increases to 847 V from the 477 V of a conventional SOI with the same thicknesses of SOI layer and the buried oxide layer.Moreover,SBO CBL SOI can also reduce the self-heating effect.  相似文献

We explore how a two-mode squeezed vacuum state sechθ ea+b+ tanh θ |00> evolves when it undergoes a singlemode amplitude dissipative channel with rate of decay κ. We find that in this process not only the squeezing parameter decreases, tanh θ → e-κt tanh θ, but also the second-mode vacuum state evolves into a chaotic state exp{b+bln[1 - e-2κt tanh2 θ]}. The outcome state is no more a pure state, but an entangled mixed state.  相似文献
