A high performance sub-wavelength metallic grating coupled surface plasmon resonance (SWMGCSPR) sensor with metal and porous composite layer is proposed. Rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA) is conducted to prove the design feasibility, characterize the sensor's performance and determine geometric parameters of the structure, which is also employed to compute the electromagnetic (EM) field distributions at the resonant wavelengths. Parameters of sensing platform are optimized to achieve the best performance of the SPR sensor. Obtained results reveal that the proposed structure can excite SPR with negative diffraction order of SWMG. Both wavelength and angular sensitivities are greatly enhanced because surface plasmon wave (SPW) exhibits a large penetration depth which will enlarge the distance of interactions between SP and analytes. The detection sensitivities and quality parameters are estimated to be 700 nm/RIU and 509°/RIU with full width at half maximum (FWHM) less than 2.5 nm using the same optimized structure.  相似文献

Epitaxial La2/3Cal/3MnO3 thin films grown on LaA103 (001) substrates were irradiated with low-energy 120-keV H+ ions over doses ranging from 1012 ions/cm2 to 1017 ions/cm2. The irradiation suppresses the intrinsic insulator-metal (I-M) transition temperature and increases the resistance by reducing the crystallographic symmetry of the films. No irradiation-induced columnar defects were observed in any of the samples. The specific film irradiated at a critical dose around 8 x 1015 ions/cm2 is in a threshold state of the electric insulator where the I-M transition is absent. In an external field of 4 T or higher, the I-M transition is restored and thus an enormous magnetoresistance is observed, while a negative temperature coefficient resumes as the temperature is reduced further. Magnetic relaxation behavior is confirmed in this and other heavily irradiated samples. The results are interpreted in terms of the displacement of oxygen atoms provoked by ion irradiation and the resulting magnetic glassy state, which can be driven into a phase coexistence of metallic ferromagnetic droplets and the insulating glass matrix in a magnetic field.  相似文献

Tb3+-doped Ca2BO3C1 compounds with different charge compensation approaches are synthesized by a hightemperature solid-state reaction method, and the luminescent properties and Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates are systematically characterized. Ca2BO3Cl:Tb3+ can produce green emission under 376 nm radiation excitation. With codoped A+ (A = Li, Na, K) as charge compensators, the relative emission intensities of Ca2BO3Cl:Tb3+ are enhanced by about 1.61, 1.97, and 1.81 times compared with those of the direct charge balance, which is considered to be due to the effect of the difference in ion radius on the crystal field. The CIE chromaticity coordinates of Ca2BO3CI:Tb3+, A+ (A = Li, Na, K) are (0.335, 0.584), (0.335, 0.585), and (0.335, 0.585), corresponding to the hues of green. Therefore, A+ (A = Li, Na, K) may be the optimal charge compensator for Ca2BO3Cl:Tb3+.  相似文献

A modified polyacrylamide gel route is applied to synthesize SnO2 nanoparticles. High-quality SnO2 nanoparticles with a uniform size are prepared using different chelating agents. The average particle size of the samples is found to depend on the choice of the chelating agent. The photoluminescence spectrum detected at λex = 230 nm shows a new peak located at 740 nm due to the surface defect level distributed at the nanoparticle boundaries.  相似文献

We investigate the problem of function projective synchronization (FPS) in drive-response dynamical networks with non-identical nodes. An adaptive controller is proposed for the FPS of complex dynamical networks with uncertain parameters and disturbance. Not only are the unknown parameters of the networks estimated by the adaptive laws obtained from the Lyapunov stability theory and Taylor expansions, but the unknown bounded disturbances are also simultaneously conquered by the proposed control. Finally, a numerical simulation is provided to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the obtained result.  相似文献

掺杂型有机电致发光器件中载流子累积、载流子复合等物理过程的深入了解对提高器件效率和稳定性有重要作用。通过瞬态电致发光测量可以研究掺杂型有机电致发光器件内部载流子累积。对结构为: ITO/NPB(30 nm)/host: Ir(ppy)3/BCP(10 nm)/Alq3(20 nm)/LiF(0.7 nm)/Al(100 nm)的器件分别研究主体材料以及客体掺杂浓度变化对有机掺杂型器件瞬态发光行为的影响。实验发现,当单脉冲驱动电压关闭后,只有TAZ: Ir(ppy)3掺杂器件出现发光瞬时过冲现象,即发光强度衰减到一定时间时突然增强;且随着客体掺杂浓度的增加,瞬时过冲强度逐渐增强。通过分析TAZ: Ir(ppy)3掺杂器件的瞬时过冲强度对主体材料与掺杂浓度的依赖关系,进一步发现,瞬时过冲效应强度主要受限于发光层内部积累的电子载流子;TAZ: Ir(ppy)3发光层内电子容易被客体材料分子俘获并积累,电场突变时陷阱电子容易跳跃到主体材料上并与主体材料上积累的空穴形成激子,激子能量传递到客体材料上并复合发光继而出现发光强度的瞬时过冲现象。研究发光瞬时过冲行为可探究器件发光层内的载流子和激子的动态行为,有利于指导器件的设计,从而减少积累电荷的影响,提高器件的性能。  相似文献

An analytical expression describing the vectorial field distribution of Gaussian light beams diffracted by an axicon is obtained. The theoretical analysis and simulation calculation show that for the linearly x-polarized light incident on an axicon, the y-component of the diffraction field is very small and the x-component dominates. The intensity of the z-component along the propagation direction is related with the open angle and index of axicon. The open angle plays the more important role in determining the polarization than does the index. For a small open angle, the z-polarized effect can be neglected and the scalar method is simple and valid to evaluating the diffraction field distribution of axicon. However, the vectorial method has to be used for great open angle.  相似文献

The domain structures in NiFe elements were studied by magnetic force microscopy measurement and micromagnetic modeling. The remanent states in the elements were dependent on the direction of the saturation field. The “S” and “U” states were observed at remanence by applying the saturation field at different directions. The “S” and “U” states are metastable: magnetic force microscopy tip field-induced switching from the “S” and “U” states to the flux closure configuration was observed.  相似文献

A new formulation derived from thermal characters of inclusions and host films for estimating laser induced damage threshold has been deduced. This formulation is applicable for dielectric films when they are irradiated by laser beam with pulse width longer than tens picoseconds. This formulation can interpret the relationship between pulse-width and damage threshold energy density of laser pulse obtained experimentally. Using this formulation, we can analyze which kind of inclusion is the most harmful inclusion. Combining it with fractal distribution of inclusions, we have obtained an equation which describes relationship between number density of inclusions and damage probability. Using this equation, according to damage probability and corresponding laser energy density, we can evaluate the number density and distribution in size dimension of the most harmful inclusions.  相似文献

A design of LD-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser that generates simultaneous laser action at wavelengths 1064 and 1342 nm by optimizing film design is presented. An optimized continuous-wave (cw) yellow laser at 593.5 nm in room temperature is obtained for the first time. Using type-I critical phase-matching (CPM)LBO crystal, a yellow laser at 593.5 nm is obtained by 1064 and 1342 nm intracavity sum-frequency mixing. The maximum laser output power of 85 mW is obtained when an incident pump laser of 1.8 W is used. The optical-to-optical conversion is up to 4.7%, and the power stability in 24 h is better than ±2.8%.  相似文献
