未熔透尺寸对十字焊接接头疲劳性能影响规律试验研究

针对某厂一压力机架的焊接结构，采用极大似然方法，进行了部分熔透焊接十字接头的拉—拉疲劳试验，得到了该类结构的Ｐ－Ｓ－Ｎ对数曲线。研究了未熔透尺寸对接头的应力集中系数、疲劳强度和试件疲劳破坏形式的影响规律，结果表明，在焊缝与母材等强的情况下，当未熔透尺寸２ａ／Ｔ＜０．５时，其疲劳性能无明显减弱；而当未熔透尺寸２ａ／Ｔ＞０．５时，则接头的抗疲劳性能有显著的改变。

An experimental study of heat transfer was carried out in the hyper-vapotron loop-??(HVL-??) test facility. Phenomena of subcooling were observed using the techniques of planar laser induced fluorescent (PLIF), high speed photography, particle image velocimetry, etc. The flow and condition parameters were as follows: (1) CuCrZr alloy material, (2) triangle and rectangle fin structures, (3) inlet subcooling temperature of 296K, (4) Rhodamine solution flow velocity of 0.3~0.5m•s⁻¹. It was found that the heat transfer coefficient (HTC) of rectangle fin is 1.3??1.5 times higher than the triangle fin under the same tested conditions. Furthermore, the heat transfer efficiency is extraordinary dependent on the maintain time of vortex forming between the fins.     

Synthesis and Characterization of a Homochrial Manganese（Ⅱ）Complex Constructed from （1R,2R）-（-）-Diaminocyclohexane-N,N biscarboxyl-salicylidene）

A homochrial manganese(Ⅱ) complex derived from chiral salen ligand (1R,2R)-(-)diaminocyclohexane-N,N-biscarboxyl-salicylidene) (1) has been synthesized through solvothermal procedure and characterized by IR,elemental analysis,TGA,circular dichroism (CD),powder and single-crystal X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2 with a=32.987(7),b=7.4662(15),c=17.931(4),β=97.82(3)°,V=4375.0(15) 3,Z=8,D c=1.544 g/cm 3,F(000)=2096,M r=508.36,μ=0.658 mm-1,the final GOOF=0.975,R=0.0676 and wR=0.2068 for 6357 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The coordination polymer 1 possesses a 1D infinite zigzag chain architecture constructed by the dicarboxyl-functionalized metallosalen ligand (MnSalen),and the polymeric chains are further assembled into a 2D supramolecular network structure via strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions between the adjacent zigzag chains.     

Self-assembling and size-selective synthesis of Ni and NiO nanoparticles embedded in ordered mesoporous carbon and polymer frameworks

We demonstrate the self-assembling and size-selective synthesis of uniform and highly dispersed Ni or NiO nanoparticles with diameters below 12 nm embedded in ordered mesoporous carbon or polymer frameworks. Self-assembly is induced by evaporation of the solvent from a mixture of metal-containing liquid crystalline (LC) mesophases of triblock copolymer and transition metal nitrate hydrate, and the carbon source is low-polymerized phenolic resol. Characterization by XRD, N(2) sorption isotherms, TEM, HRSEM, ICP-AES, TG, and XPS techniques has indicated an ordered 2D hexagonal mesostructure, high surface areas between 524 and 721 m(2) g(-1), uniform pore sizes of about 4.0 nm, large pore volumes ranging from 0.34 to 0.58 cm(3) g(-1), and metal contents ranging from 0.6 to 10.0 wt%. There is a high degree of dispersion, and a small size of nanoparticles throughout the whole framework, without aggregation outside of the pores due to the confinement effect of the mesoporous ordered matrix. The mesoporous solids show excellent adsorption properties for dyes and permit an easy magnetic separation procedure. This method is expected to be applicable to other mesoporous transition metal(oxide)-containing carbon catalysts.

含胺功能基团离子液体吸收CO2的研究

Semiclassical Method to Schroedinger Equation with Position-Dependent Effective Mass

In this paper, two novel semiclassical methods including the standard and supersymmetric WKB quantization conditions are suggested to discuss the Schroedinger equation with position-dependent effective mass. From a proper coordinate transformation, the formalism of the Schroedinger equation with position-dependent effective mass is mapped into isospectral one with constant mass and therefore for a given mass distribution and physical potential function the bound state energy spectrum can be determined easily by above method associated with a simple integral formula. It is shown that our method can give the analytical results for some exactly-solvable quantum systems.
