EPM-g-GMA接枝率的测定及其增韧PBT的力学性能和形态结构研究

在同向双螺杆挤出机中通过熔融接枝反应制备了EPM g GMA ,将其与PBT在转矩流变仪中熔融共混可以获得增韧的PBT工程塑料 .实验中EPM g GMA接枝率的测定采用红外工作曲线法 ,选用CCl4 做溶剂以避免溶剂对样品吸收峰的干扰 .随着EPM g GMA接枝率的增加 ,PBT EPM g GMA的缺口冲击强度相应提高 ,共混物中EPM g GMA的粒径尺寸减小 ,当EPM g GMA的接枝率为 4 7mL 1 0 0gEPM时 ,EPM g GMA的粒径尺寸可达 0 5 μm ,PBT EPM g GMA的缺口冲击强度达到 5 1 6kJ m2 ,是纯PBT的 3 1倍     

Using Toad Oocytes as an Ultrasensitive System for Estimating the Biological Activity of Trichosanthin

A sensitive bioassay for estimating the activity of Trichosanthin was developed by using intraoocyte microinjection as the technique and germinal vescicle breakdown as a marker. The GVBD inhibitory activity assay was million-fold more sensitive than the routinely used abortifacient activity assay. The detectable amount of Trichosanthin ranged from 0.5 to 100 pg. Since the least detectable dose was 0.5 pg, it made the assay suitable to analyse the microquantity of pure Trichosanthin used for studying the structure and function of the drug.

Structural Characterization of Anhydroicaritin Glycosides Using ESI—FT—ICR Mass Spectrometry

Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) was used to determine the structures of anhydroicaritin glycosides by the MS/MS experiments of anhydroicaritin glycosides and their methylated derivatives,With high accuracy FT-ICR-MS provides much information about the structures of compounds ,FT-ICR-MS shows the great potential application in the structural characterization of unknown compounds.     

拟薄水铝石/陶瓷胶态加工浆料的流变性能

用拟薄水铝石纳米胶粒分散微米二硼化钛形成固含量为60Wt%的稳定陶瓷浆料,实验考察了拟薄水铝石固含量、二硼化钛固含量、温度对浆料流变性、稳定性的影响,对纳米γ-AlOOH胶粒分散微米TiB2的机制进行了讨论.大小约20nm的γ-AlOOH颗粒相互网联,成为外加微米陶瓷颗粒的骨架.浆料粘度随二硼化钛固含量的增加而增大,温度升高有利于胶体中薄水铝胶团与二硼化钛颗粒的相互作用并促进分散.     

线粒体和亚线粒体体外代谢及漆酶影响的微量热研究

首次将微量热用于亚细胞层次的研究，测定了鲤鱼肝脏线粒体和亚线粒体代谢的热谱及其漆树漆酶的影响，并用ＭＴＤ方程和演化计算技术对它们的代谢热动力学参数进行了全局优化。

一系列新型三环二萜的合成与抗肿瘤活性研究

对活性天然产物(+)-7-deoxynimbidiol非对映异构体的外消旋体cis-(±)-7-deoxynimbidiol进行了合成和衍生, 共得到了8个新型三环二萜化合物; 对合成的新化合物进行了抗肿瘤活性的实验研究, 其中化合物5d对人体乳腺癌瘤株MCF7表现出了较强的抑制作用(IC50=7.49 μg/mL), 可能作为新型抗肿瘤药物先导化合物.     

溶剂热法制备Ag/TiO2纳米材料及其光催化性能

以乙醇为溶剂, 钛酸四丁酯为前驱体, 用溶剂热法制备了Ag表面修饰的负载型纳米二氧化钛光催化剂. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、N₂吸附-脱附(BET)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱等技术对其进行了系统的表征, 以亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的脱色降解为模型反应, 考察了不同Ag含量样品的光催化性能. 结果表明: 用溶剂热法制备的样品中TiO₂皆为锐钛矿相, 金属Ag颗粒沉积在TiO₂表面, 粒径为2 nm左右, 比表面积较溶胶凝胶法制备的样品大大增加, 最高可达151.44 m²·g^-1; UV-Vis光谱和光催化实验表明: Ag修饰使TiO₂对光的吸收能力大大增强, 吸收带边红移至可见光区, 亚甲基蓝在该复合材料上的光催化降解反应遵循一级反应动力学模型; 溶剂热法制备样品的光催化性能明显好于溶胶凝胶法制备的样品, 在紫外光和可见光下, Ag摩尔分数为5%的样品表现出最佳的光催化活性.

The reaction of malononitrile with ZnCl₂ and NaN₃ in the presence of 2,2′-bipyridine and water affords the first bis(tetrazole) Zn-complex intermediate, mono(2,2′-bipyridine)bis(tetrazolyl)methane aqua zinc(Ⅱ), [Zn(2,2′-bpy)(BTZ)(H₂O)]·(H₂O)₂ (1) which gives a clue for Demko-Sharpless′ tetrazole synthesis.
