因素空间理论与知识表示的数学框架（Ⅷ）─—变权综合原理

本文是文［１－７］的继续，研究变权综合问题，从确定变权的经验公式入手引出了变权原理，给出了变权的公理化定义，讨论了与之有关的均衡函数及其梯度向量。     

An investigation of the Al2O3-CdSe interface in accumulation

The Al₂O₃−CdSe interface of a thin-film transistor is investigated in the frequency range 30 Hz-30 kHz under weak depletion and accumulation. The surface states are, most likely, located in the insulator Al₂O₃ with a concentration varying from 4·10¹⁸ to 10¹⁹ cm⁻³ eV⁻¹. The surface states have a negligible influence on the thin-film transistor operation.     

Banach空间二阶非线性微分方程的弱Carathéodory解

本文定义了二阶微分方程的弱 Carathéodory解 ,在不涉及紧型条件的情形下 ,直接用迭代法证明了 Banach空间二阶非线性常微分方程两点边值问题存在唯一解 ,并给出逼近解迭代序列的误差估计 ,对周期边值问题得到类似的结果     

All retraction operators on a complete lattice form a complete lattice

H. Crapo raised in 1982 the following problem: IfP is a complete lattice, is Retr (P) a complete lattice? here Retr (P) denotes the set of all retraction operators onP with the pointwise order, that is,f≤g in Retr (P) ifff(x)≤g(x) for everyx inP. An affirmative answer will be given in the present paper.     

An approach combining the Ritz-Galerkin and finite difference methods

The nonconforming combination of Ritz-Galerkin and finite difference methods is presented for solving elliptic boundary value problems with singularities. The Ritz-Galerkin method is used in the subdomains including singularities, the finite difference method is used in the rest of the solution domain. Moreover, on the common boundary of two regions where two different methods are used, the continuity conditions are constrained only on the nodes of difference grids. Theoretical analysis and numerical experiments have shown that average errors of numerical solutions and their generalized derivatives can reach the convergence rate O(h^2-δ), where h is the mesh spacing of uniform difference grids, and δ is an arbitrarily small, positive number. This convergence rate is better than O(h), obtained by the nonconforming combination of the Ritz-Galerkin and finite element methods.     

Scanning tunnelling microscope studies of growth of RuO2（110） thin layer on Ru（0001）

This paper reports that the growth of RuO_x(110) thin layer growth on Ru(0001) has been investigated by means of scanning tunnelling microscope (STM). The STM images showed a domain structure with three rotational domains of RuO_x(110) rotated by an angle of 120℃. The as-grown RuO_x(110) thin layer is expanded from the bulk-truncated RuO_x(110) due to the large mismatch between RuO_x(110) and the Ru(0001) substrate. The results also indicate that growth of RuO_x(110) thin layer on the Ru(0001) substrate by oxidation tends first to formation of the Ru-O (oxygen) chains in the [001] direction of RuO_x(110).     

B_2分子X~3Σ_g~-和A~3Σ_u~-态的势能函数

使用SAC/SAC-CI方法,利用D95(d),6-311g**以及cc-PVTZ等基组,对B2分子的基态(X3Σg-)和第一激发态(A3Σu-)的平衡结构和谐振频率进行了优化计算.通过对3个基组的计算结果的比较,得出了D95(d)基组为3个基组中的最优基组的结论;使用D95(d)基组,利用SAC的GSUM(Group Sum of Operators)方法对基态(X3Σg-),SAC-CI的GSUM方法对激发态(A3Σu-)进行单点能扫描计算,用正规方程组拟合Murrell-Sorbie函数,得到了相应电子态的完整势能函数;从得到的势能函数计算了与基态(X3Σg-)和第一激发态(A3Σu-)相对应的光谱常数(Be,αe,ωe和ωeχe),结果与实验数据吻合.

C2(×)Cn量子系统的最大纠缠混合态

讨论了C2(×)Cn量子系统的最大纠缠混合态,得到了Negativity纠缠度下的最大纠缠混合态的解析结果,并计算了该态在非满秩情形下的量子相对熵纠缠度.     

Nonlinear optical parameters and optical limitation in cobalt-doped polyvinylpyrrolidone solutions

Nonlinear optical parameters (nonlinear refractive indices and nonlinear absorption coefficients) of solutions of polyvinylpyrrolidone doped by cobalt to various concentrations are measured at the lasing and second-harmonic wavelengths of a picosecond Nd:YAG laser (λ=1064 and 532 nm, respectively, and τ=35 ps). Data on optical limitation in these solutions are presented. The absence of nonlinear absorption in the IR spectral range and its significant effect in the visible range are demonstrated. Optical limitation at a wavelength of 1064 nm is related to defocusing, whereas at 532 nm, this effect is caused by two-photon absorption and partially by inverse saturated absorption and defocusing. Nonlinear optical parameters of metal-polymer complexes are reported.
