Dip-pen na.nolithography (DPN) is a useful method for directly printing materials on surfaces with sub-50nm resolution. Because it, involves the physical transport of materials from a scanning probe tip to a surface and the subsequent chemical interaction of that material with the surface, there are many factors to consider when attempting to understand DPN. In this review, we overview the physical and chemical processes that are known to play a role in DPN, Through a detailed review of the literature, we classify inks into three general categories based on their transport properties, and highlight the myriad ways that. Magnetic properties of the bond and crystal field dilution spin-3/2 Blume–Capel model in an external magnetic field (h) on simple cubic lattice are studied by using the effective field theory. In the m−T plane, the degeneracy of the magnetization (m) is affected by the concentration of bond or crystal field dilution at low temperature (T). The magnetization curves can appear to fluctuate in certain regions of negative crystal field. In the m−h plane, the initial magnetization curve has an irregular behavior due to the introduction of bond dilution. The crystal field dilution has the influence on the process of magnetic domain displacement. In the χ−h plane, there exists one susceptibility (χ) shoulder and one step for different negative crystal field. Alternative layers of target material,which were prepared by evaporating 209Bi on the surface of mica foils,were irradiated with 12C ions.Ternary fission events in which three fragments of comparable mass were produced in 2525-47.5MeV/A 12C+209Bi reaction,were recorded by the mica detectors with 2π geometry.The observed probability ratio of ternary fission relative to binary fission in 2π geometry was modified to 4π geometry spatial in terms of the Monte Carlo method.The values of ratioes increase with the bombarding energy,and are compared with the calculation result of the cascade fission model. 相似文献

We present a theoretical calculation of the dependence of reflectivity Rpp of the improved fully leaky waveguide geometry,which comprises pyramid,matching fluid,and strongly anchored hybrid aligned nematic liquid crystal(NLC) cell on the internal angle.The calculation is based on the multi layer optical theory and the elastic theory of liquid crystals.For different sums of flexoelectric coefficients e11 and e33,the curve of Rpp moves a distance to the left or the right relative to the case of ignoring the flexoelectric effect and the distance of the movement varies with different flexoelectric coefficients.Consequently,the sum of flexoelectric coefficients can be explored by measuring the distance of the movement. 相似文献

The upconversion luminescences of YAlO3:Er3+ phosphor co-doping with different Gd3+ concentrations are investigated under the excitation of 980- and 532-nm diode lasers. A near ultraviolet upconversion emission at 410 nm is observed in YAlO3 under 532-nm excitation. Moreover, the inactive Gd3+ ions can improve the upconversion intensity efficiently in a certain range of concentration. Under 980-nm excitation, the visible upconversion emissions at 546 and 646 nm are enhanced by about 10 and 8 times at the Gd3+ concentration of 40%, respectively. The upconversion emission at 410 nm under 532-nm excitation is also enhanced by 7 times. The substitution of Gd3+ ions for Y3+ sites changes the local symmetry of Er3+, leading to the improvement of upconversion efficiency. 相似文献

Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (nHAT) are known to have excellent biocompatibility, and have attracted increasing attention
as new candidates of non-viral vectors for gene therapy. In our previous studies, nHAT carrying a therapeutic gene and a reporter
gene were successfully transfected into the spiral ganglion neurons in the inner ear of guinea pigs in vivo as well as in
the cultured cell lines, although the transfection efficiencies were never higher than 30%. In this study, the surface modification
of nHAT with polyethylenimine (PEI) was made (PEI–nHAT, diameter = 73.09 ± 27.32 nm) and a recombinant plasmid carrying enhanced
green fluorescent protein (EGFP) gene and neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) gene was constructed as pEGFPC2–NT3. The PEI modified nHAT
and the recombinant plasmid was then connected to form the nHAT-based vector–gene complex (PEI–nHAT–pEGFPC2–NT3). This complex
was then placed onto the intact round window membranes of the chinchillas for inner ear transfection. Auditory brainstem response
(ABR) was tested to evaluate auditory function. Green fluorescence of EGFP was observed using confocal microscopy 48 h after
administering vector–gene complexes. There was no significant threshold shift in tone burst-evoked ABR at any tested frequency.
Abundant, condensed green fluorescence was found in dark cells on both sides of the crista and around the macula of the utricle.
Scattered EGFP signals were also detected in vestibular hair cells, some Schwann cells in the cochlear spiral ganglion region,
some outer pillar cells in the organ of Corti, and a few cells in the stria vascularis. The density of green fluorescence-marked
cells was obviously higher in the vestibular dark cell area than in other areas of the inner ear, suggesting that vestibular
dark cells may have the ability to actively engulf the nHAT-based vector–gene complexes. Considering the high transfection
efficiency in the vestibular system, PEI–nHAT may be a potential vector for gene therapy of inner ear diseases, especially
vestibular disorders, and deserves further study. 相似文献

为了减小常规L波段高功率微波测量接收天线的结构尺寸及增益,设计了一种基于轴向缝隙馈电的小型化同轴扩张型天线.通过理论分析和数值模拟,选择了较优的结构尺寸,得到天线的增益及方向图特性:在1.3~1.6 GHz范围内,增益从-2.0 dBi变化至0.8 dBi;天线最大辐射方向在物理结构轴向.基于矢量网络分析仪E8362B的天线特性测量结果与数值计算结果基本一致:工作频率从1 3~1 6GHz变化时,增益从-2.3 dBi变化至1.2 dBi;E面方向图主瓣宽度大于 60°,轴向轴比大于35dB,结果表明设计的天线能够满足L波段高功率微波渊量天线低增益小型化要求. 相似文献
