Glutathione thiol-reactive pillar[6]arene (TWP6) is designed and synthesized as the first example of reducing agent-reactive host molecule. TWP6 shows high affinity binding towards suitable anti-tumor drugs and guests. Doxorubicin-based acid-labile prodrugs and TWP6 are used to construct supramolecular vesicles, which are also loaded with camptothecin. The supramolecular vesicles loaded with two drugs demonstrate glutathione- and acid-responsive drug release as well as sequential release to both stimuli types. Supramolecular vesicles show combination therapeutic effect towards tumor cells in vitro.  相似文献

为了实现对工业气体SO2的浓度进行监控,基于紫外差分吸收光谱法开发了SO2在线检测系统。针对系统噪声和Mie散射使吸收光谱叠加带来的误差,本文提出采用小波变换降噪技术代替传统光谱处理方法中的多项式平滑滤波技术来提高检测精度。通过对应用了Symlets、Daubechies、Coiflet和Biorthogonal这4种不同小波函数的实验数据分析和对传统小波阈值选取方式的改进,最终确定了基于rigisure阈值的小波阈值去噪的信号处理方法,并提出一种新的信噪比量来衡量信号处理的效果。这种方法可以快速可靠地处理光谱信号,处理后所得的监测浓度准确度基本控制在1.5%以内。在实验室环境下和工业现场环境下的大量实验结果表明本方法能有效的减小噪声对SO2浓度监测带来的影响。  相似文献

对格子Boltzmann方法的本质及Shan-Chen模型的核心机制进行了全面阐述, 并从应用实例角度对基于Shan-Chen模型的格子Boltzmann方法在微流动模拟方面的有效性、适应性进行了详细分析. 结果表明, Shan-Chen模型易于耦合微观条件下占主导作用的微观力, 拓宽了格子Boltzmann方法在微流动模拟方面的应用. 同时, Shan-Chen模型在润湿性边界条件表征方面的优势, 使得这种方法在微结构表面的滑移效应模拟方面具有很好的应用前景.  相似文献

Numerical basis sets are known for their rapid convergence in density functional theory calculations. The selections of global orbital cutoff values and numerical basis set sizes are important to the computational accuracies and efficiencies. In this study, the effects of global orbital cutoff values and numerical basis set sizes on the theoretical atomization energies (D 0) were investigated using density functional theory with the generalized gradient approximation. Our results on the total energies of seven atoms and D 0 of a set of 44 molecules demonstrate that the numerical orbital cutoff value should be larger than 6.5 Å to get the converged energetic properties. Through comparing the D 0 of these 44 molecules obtained by using four kinds of different numerical basis sets, DN, DND, DNP, and TNP, it demonstrates that the DNP basis set is good enough to predict accurate D 0 with affordable computational cost.  相似文献

We propose refractive index sensors based on Ag-metalized nanolayer in microstructured optical fibers. The surface plasmon resonance modes and the sensing properties are theoretically analyzed using finite element method (FEM). In the calculation, Drude–Lorentz model is used to describe the Metal Dielectric constant. The calculation results show that the sensitivity of Ag-metalized SPR sensor can reach 1500 nm/RIU corresponding to a resolution of 6.67 × 10?5 RIU. Comparing with conventional detecting material-Au under the same structure, the sensitivity and 3 dB bandwidth of our device are better.  相似文献

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a permanent expansion of the abdominal aorta that has a high mortality but limited treatment options. Phosphodiesterase (PDE) 4 family members are cAMP-specific hydrolyzing enzymes and have four isoforms (PDE4A-PDE4D). Several pan-PDE4 inhibitors are used clinically. However, the regulation and function of PDE4 in AAA remain largely unknown. Herein, we showed that PDE4D expression is upregulated in human and angiotensin II-induced mouse AAA tissues using RT-PCR, western blotting, and immunohistochemical staining. Furthermore, smooth muscle cell (SMC)-specific Pde4d knockout mice showed significantly reduced vascular destabilization and AAA development in an experimental AAA model. The PDE4 inhibitor rolipram also suppressed vascular pathogenesis and AAA formation in mice. In addition, PDE4D deficiency inhibited caspase 3 cleavage and SMC apoptosis in vivo and in vitro, as shown by bulk RNA-seq, western blotting, flow cytometry and TUNEL staining. Mechanistic studies revealed that PDE4D promotes apoptosis by suppressing the activation of cAMP-activated protein kinase A (PKA) instead of the exchange protein directly activated by cAMP (Epac). Additionally, the phosphorylation of BCL2-antagonist of cell death (Bad) was reversed by PDE4D siRNA in vitro, which indicates that PDE4D regulates SMC apoptosis via the cAMP-PKA-pBad axis. Overall, these findings indicate that PDE4D upregulation in SMCs plays a causative role in AAA development and suggest that pharmacological inhibition of PDE4 may represent a potential therapeutic strategy.Subject terms: Aneurysm, Apoptosis  相似文献

从半导体激光直接调制理论出发,对直接调制过程中影响半导体激光器高频调制性能的因素进行了研究;运用PSpice建立半导体激光器等效电路模型,仿真研究了电学寄生参数对半导体激光器调制特性的影响且提出了相应的提高其调制性能的方法。在研究半导体激光器调制特性的基础上,设计了一种半导体激光直接调制系统。运用OrCAD/PSpice对直接调制驱动系统进行仿真。研制的半导体激光调制系统实现了频率为1 MHz、平均功率为1.1 W的调制激光输出。  相似文献
