ZnP2晶体合成机理研究

在抽空密封石英管内放置元素锌和磷合成ZnP_2过程中, 仔细考察了不同升温程序的实验结果, 发现磷蒸汽压条件对于形成磷化物的性质相当重要, 在大于4大气压时会生成近100％黑色ZnP_2。用缩短合成时间,考察合成过程的中间产物, 以及用称量法、化学分析法和扫描电镜法对中间产物的分析, 提出了ZnP_2合成过程的主要机理。     

Label-free, non-derivatization CRET detection platform for 6-mercaptopurine based on the distance-dependent optical properties of gold nanoparticles

A label-free, non-derivatization chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer (CRET) detection platform has been developed for the detection of the non-fluorescent small molecule 6-mercaptopurine. This CRET process arose from a chemiluminescent (CL) donor-acceptor system in which the reaction of bis(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)oxalate (TCPO)-H(2)O(2)-fluorescein (maximum emission at 521.6 nm) served as the donor and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs, maximum absorption at 520.0 nm) served as the acceptor. This process caused a significant decrease in the CL signal of the TCPO-H(2)O(2)-fluorescein reaction. The presence of 6-mercaptopurine induced an aggregation of AuNPs with the assistance of Cu(2+) ions through cooperative metal-ligand interactions that was accompanied by a distinct change in color and optical properties. The maximum absorption band of the AuNPs was red-shifted to 721.0 nm and no longer overlapped with the CL spectrum of the reaction; as a result, the CL signal was restored. This CRET system exhibited a wide linear range, from 9.0 nmol L(-1) to 18.0 μmol L(-1), and a low detection limit (0.62 nmol L(-1)) for 6-mercaptopurine. The applicability of the proposed CRET system was evaluated by analysis of 6-mercaptopurine in spiked human plasma samples.     

基于相关分析的LED路灯光强分布测试步距角优化研究

优化LED路灯光强分布测试系统的测试步距角可以较大程度地提高LED路灯测试的效率。选择不同的测试步距角对LED路灯的光强分布进行测试,将1°测试步距角所测得的路灯光强分布视为真值,采用相关分析的方法研究在较大步距角下所测得的路灯光强分布与真值之间的近似程度。研究结果显示,当相关系数要求在98%左右时,可以选择15°测试步距角对LED路灯的光强分布进行测试,相对于真值测试,在此步距下LED路灯的测试时间减少了98%以上,极大地提高了测试效率。     

Highly stable aqueous rechargeable Zn-ion battery: The synergistic effect between NaV_6O_(15) and V_2O_5 in skin-core heterostructured nanowires cathode

The aqueous rechargeable Zn-ion batteries based on the safe,low cost and environmental benignity aqueous electrolytes are one of the most compelling candidates for large scale energy storage applications.However,pursuing suitable insertion materials may be a great challenge due to the strong electrostatic interaction between Zn^{^(2+})and cathode materials.Hence,a novel NaV₆O₁₅/V₂O₅ skin-core heterostructure nanowire is reported via a one-step hydrothermal method and subsequent calcination for high-stable aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs).The NaV₆O₁₅/V₂O₅ cathode delivers high specific capacity of 390 m Ah/g at 0.3 A/g and outstanding cycling stability of 267 m Ah/g at 5 A/g with high capacity retention over 92.3%after 3000 cycles.The superior electrochemical performances are attributed to the synergistic effect of skin-core heterostructured NaV₆O₁₅/V₂O₅,in which the sheath of NaV₆O₁₅ possesses high stability and conductivity,and the V₂O₅ endows high specific capacity.Besides,the heterojunction structure not only accelerates intercalation kinetics of Zn²⁺transport but also further consolidates the stability of the layers of V₂O₅ during the cyclic process.This work provides a new perspective in developing feasible insertion materials for rechargeable aqueous ZIBs.     

新雌激素衍生物的合成及抗辐射升白生物活性

以17α-炔雌二醇和17β-雌二醇为原料,分别与烯丙基溴、溴代异戊烯反应,通过一步反应合成了4个新雌激素衍生物,分别是17α-炔雌二醇-3-烯丙基醚(ES-1),17β-雌二醇-3-烯丙基醚(ES-2),17α-炔雌二醇-3-异戊烯基醚(ES-3)和17β-雌二醇-3-异戊烯基醚(ES-4),产率分别为92.2%,73.7%,65.9%和67.6%.化合物通过1HNMR,13CNMR,IR,MS及元素分析确证了结构,4个化合物均未见文献报道.初步的抗辐射升白生物活性研究表明,4个化合物对137Csγ-射线引起的小鼠白细胞低下及造血系统功能损伤有一定的保护作用.其中ES-3的升白作用最佳,经统计学处理,3个给药剂量组与对照组比,升白作用均有非常显著性差异(P0.001).     

Controlling synthesis of BiIn dendritic nanocrystals by solution dispersion

In this study, we report a novel and simple solution-phase route for one-dimensional metal nanocrystals. BiIn nanocrystals were prepared by directly dispersing melting BiIn alloy at an appropriate solvent. The as-obtained BiIn nanocrystals with a dendritic shape possess a good crystalline phase. The morphology of the nanocrystals can be greatly modified by changing the reaction parameters. This strong UV emission might arise from the quantum-confined In2O3 particles.     

Synthesis of novel thieno[3,2-b]thienobis(silolothiophene) based low bandgap polymers for organic photovoltaics

Thieno[3,2-b]thienobis(silolothiophene), a new electron rich hexacyclic monomer has been synthesized and incorporated into three novel donor-acceptor low-bandgap polymers. By carefully choosing the acceptor co-monomer, the energy levels of the polymers could be modulated and high power conversion efficiencies of 5.52% were reached in OPV devices.     

多核Nd—Al双金属配合物对共轭双烯烃的聚合：Ⅲ.溶剂等因素的影响

报道了多核Ｎｄ－Ａｌ双金属配合物活性体对共轭双烯烃的溶液聚合。结果表明，适宜的振荡时间有利于提高活性体的催化活性；通过外加Ａ１Ｅｔ３，验证了聚合体系的纯度和活性体的稳定性。溶剂类型对活性和聚合物分子量影响较大，活性次序为甲苯≥环己烷＞正己烷；对产物［η》的影响则相反：甲苯＜＜环己烷＜正己烷。不同单体的定向聚合性能有差别，聚丁二烯的顺１，４含量较低，且易受反应条件的影响。     

Probing intramolecular CH-π interactions in o-quinodimethane adducts of [60]fullerene using variable temperature NMR

Several o-quinodimethane adducts of [60]fullerene were synthesized and their intramolecular aryl CH-fullerene π interactions were studied using variable temperature-NMR (VT-NMR). Evaluation of the rate constants associated with the first-order transition states for cyclohexene boat-to-boat inversions enables quantification of ΔG(?) values for each inversion. A comparison between two constitutional isomers, only one of which is capable of intramolecular CH-π interactions, provides a lower limit of 0.95 kcal/mol for each aryl CH-fullerene π interaction.
