Fluorinated phenethyl bromides 1,2 , and 3 , prove to be totally inert under Ritter reaction conditions in the presence of either SnCl4 or AgNO3, due to the strong deactivation by the gem‐difluoro unit. Subjecting 2‐bromo‐1‐fluoro‐1‐phenylethane to SnCl4 in MeCN at elevated temperatures led to formation of 2‐methyl‐4‐phenyl‐4,5‐dihydrooxazole.  相似文献

The use of four dithiocarbamates and three fluorinated β-diketones as potential chelating agents for three transition metal ions (Cd2+, Pb2+, and Hg2+) extracted from spiked sand and filter paper samples by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was investigated. The extractions were performed at 45°C and 250 atm for spiked sand samples and at 60°C and 200 atm for filter paper samples using supercritical carbon dioxide modified with 5% methanol. At 250 atm and using carbon dioxide modified with 5% methanol, the recoveries of Cd2+, Pb2+, and Hg2+ ions from spiked sand samples were 95% with lithium bis(trifluoroethyl)dithiocarbamate (LiFDDC) as the chelating agent; they ranged from 83–97% with diethylammonium diethyldithiocarbamate and from 87–97% with sodium di-ethyldithiocarbamate as chelating agents, and from 68–96% with trifluoracetylacetone, hexafluoroacetylacetone, and thenoylfluoroacetone as chelating agents. Ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate was not effective in the chelation SFE of Cd2+, Pb2+, and Hg2+ ions from either spiked sand or spiked filter paper samples under the extraction conditions used. Supercritical carbon dioxide alone gave consistently lower analyte recoveries than supercritical carbon dioxide modified with 5% methanol. The results suggest that the solubility of the metal chelate in the supercritical fluid plays a more important role than the solubility of the chelating agent in the supercritical fluid, as long as sufficient chelating agent is present in the fluid phase. Fluorination of the chelating agent, as in the case of LiFDDC, increases the solubility of the metal chelate, and subsequently enhances the extraction efficiency for the metal ions.  相似文献

A new ligand, LC, bis-[(6'-carboxy-2,2'-bipyridine-6-yl)]phenylphosphine oxide, in which the tridentate 6-carboxy-2,2'-bipyridyl arms are directly linked to a phenylphosphine oxide fragment, has been synthesized. The corresponding [Ln.LC]Cl.xH2O complexes (Ln = Eu, x = 4, and Tb, x = 3) were isolated from solutions containing equimolar amounts of LC and hydrated LnCl3 salts and characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, and infrared spectroscopy. The interactions of the Eu complex with various anions (AMP(2-), ADP3-, ATP,4- HPO4(2-), and NO3-) were studied by titration experiments, using UV-vis, luminescence spectroscopy, and excited-state lifetime measurements. The results are in keeping with strong interactions with the ADP3-, ATP4-, and phosphate anions in TRIS/HCl buffer (0.01 M, pH = 7.0), as revealed by the determination of the conditional stepwise association constants. These values are higher than the one determined for ligand LB, bis[(6'-carboxy-2,2'-bipyridine-6-methyl-yl)]-n-butylamine (Delta log K approximately 1-2). The interaction of complexes [Ln.LB]+ and [Ln.LC]+ with nitrate, monohydrogenophosphate, methyl phosphate (MeP2-), methyldiphosphate (MeDP3-), and methyltriphosphate (MeTP4-) anions was investigated by means of quantum mechanical (QM) calculations. The results, combined with data on the photophysical impact of the sequential competitive binding of anions to the Eu complexes in water, suggest that LB is too flexible to ensure a good coordination pocket, while the molecular structure of ligand LC stabilizes both the formation of the lanthanide complexes and its adducts with ATP.  相似文献

As a consequence of the wide-ranging significance of beta-lactams (e.g., use as drugs and as chiral building blocks), a great deal of effort has been dedicated to the development of methods for their stereoselective synthesis. Although considerable progress has been achieved, nearly all of the approaches that have been described are based on the use of chiral precursors; direct catalytic enantioselective routes to beta-lactams are rare as well as limited in scope. In this communication, we establish that, using a new C2-symmetric planar-chiral bis(azaferrocene) ligand, we can generate beta-lactams with very good enantiomeric excess and cis diastereoselection via catalytic enantioselective Kinugasa reactions (couplings of alkynes with nitrones). Appealing attributes of this process include the ready availability of the starting materials, the functional-group tolerance of the reaction, and the convergency of the approach.  相似文献

Lipophilic crown ether carboxylic acids such as 2-(sym-dibenzo-16-crown-5-oxy)stearic acid with a cavity size comparable to the ionic radius of rare-earth elements are selective chelation agents for preconcentration and separation of lanthanides from natural waters for NAA. Interfering matrix elements such as sodium and bromine can be simultaneously eliminated during the extraction. The lanthanides can be back-extracted into a dilute acid solution for NAA, thus providing a large preconcentration factor. This two-step extraction method appears suitable for the determination of lanthanides in natural waters and in biological samples.  相似文献

Application of the spray method for the deposition of thin films has shown that the deposition efficiency is a decreasing function of the substrate temperature. The forces which determine the path and the time the droplets take to go from the nozzle to the substrate are analyzed. A theoretical curve of the deposition efficiency as a function of the substrate temperature has been obtained by a successive-approximation method. Experimental values of the efficiency obtained from the growth rate of the films are always a function of the substrate temperature. Meldola Blue (7-dimethylamino-1,2-benzophenoxazine) can be adsorbed on graphite to give chemically modified electrodes. The electrochemical redox reactions of the phenoxazine are fairly reversible at low coverages with an E′o of ?175 mV vs. SCE at pH 7.0. The electrode was most stable in acid solutions, at pH 6.0 its electrochemical activity decreased by 15% during 2h. The adsorbed compound mediated electron transfer in the electrocatalytic oxidation of the nicotinamide coenzymes (NADH and NADPH). The formation of a charge transfer complex between Meldola Blue and the coenzyme is demonstrated by experiments with a rotating disk electrode. The complex decomposes in a rate limiting step (k+2=30 s?1) to the oxidized coenzyme and the reduced Meldola Blue. The latter can be reoxidized in a fast electrochemical step. The overall result is an electrocatalytic oxidation at a voltage which is about 500 mV lower than at an unmodified electrode.  相似文献

To understand the cation-pi interaction in aromatic amino acids and peptides, the binding of M(+) (where M(+) = Li(+), Na(+), and K(+)) to phenylalanine (Phe) is studied at the best level of density functional theory reported so far. The different modes of M(+) binding show the same order of binding affinity (Li(+)>Na(+)>K(+)), in the approximate ratio of 2.2:1.5:1.0. The most stable binding mode is one in which the M(+) is stabilized by a tridentate interaction between the cation and the carbonyl oxygen (O[double bond]C), amino nitrogen (--NH(2)), and aromatic pi ring; the absolute Li(+), Na(+), and K(+) affinities are estimated theoretically to be 275, 201, and 141 kJ mol(-1), respectively. Factors affecting the relative stabilities of various M(+)-Phe binding modes and conformers have been identified, with ion-dipole interaction playing an important role. We found that the trend of pi and non-pi cation bonding distances (Na(+)-pi>Na(+)-N>Na(+)-O and K(+)-pi>K(+)-N>K(+)-O) in our theoretical Na(+)/K(+)-Phe structures are in agreement with the reported X-ray crystal structures of model synthetic receptors (sodium and potassium bound lariat ether complexes), even though the average alkali metal cation-pi distance found in the crystal structures is longer. This difference between the solid and the gas-phase structures can be reconciled by taking the higher coordination number of the cations in the lariat ether complexes into account.  相似文献

The separation and detection of commonly used preservatives (benzoate, sorbate) and vitamin C by both conventional CE and microchip electrophoresis with capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detection is presented. The separation was optimized by adjusting the pH-value of the buffer and the use of hydroxypropyl-beta-CD (HP-beta-CD) and CTAB as additives. For conventional CE, optimal separation conditions were achieved in a histidine/tartrate buffer at pH 6.5, containing 0.025% HP-beta-CD and 0.1 mM CTAB. LOD ranged from 0.5 to 3 mg/L (S/N = 3) and the RSDs for migration time and peak area were less than 0.1 and 2%, respectively. A considerable reduction of analysis time can be accomplished by using microchip electrophoresis without significant loss in sensitivity under optimal separation conditions. A histidine/tartrate buffer at pH 6.5, incorporating 0.06% HP-beta-CD and 0.25 mM CTAB, gave detection limits ranging between 3 and 10 mg/L and satisfactory reproducibilities of < or =0.4% for the migration time and < or =3.5% for the peak area. The methods developed are useful for the quantitative determination of food additives in real samples such as soft drinks and vitamin C tablets.  相似文献

An enantioselective synthesis of (+)‐β‐himachalene ( 2 ) was accomplished starting from (1S,2R)‐1,2‐epoxy‐p‐menth‐8‐ene ( 3 ) in 15 or 16 steps with an overall yield of ca. 6% (Schemes 3, 5, and 6).
