Nanocomposite hydrogel consisting of Na‐montmorillonite with enhanced mechanical properties

A new kind of nanocomposite (NC) hydrogel with Na‐montmorillonite (MMT) is presented in this article. The NC hydrogels were synthesized by free radical copolymerization of acrylamide and (3‐acrylamidopropyl) trimethylammonium chloride (ATC) in the presence of MMT and N,N′‐methylene‐bis‐acrylamide used as chemical cross‐linker. Due to the cation‐exchange reaction between MMT and ATC (cationic monomer) during the synthesis of NC hydrogels, MMT platelets were considered chemical “plane” cross‐linkers, different from “point” cross‐linkers. With increasing amount of MMT, the crosslinking degree enhanced, causing a decrease of the swelling degree at equilibrium. Investigations of mechanical properties indicated that NC hydrogels exhibited enhanced strength and toughness, which resulted from chemical interaction between exfoliated MMT platelets and polymer chains in hydrogels. Dynamic shear measurements showed that both storage modulus and loss modulus increased with increasing MMT content. The idea described here provided a new route to prepare hydrogels with high mechanical properties by using alternative natural Na‐MMT. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. Lipase‐Supported Metal–Organic Framework Bioreactor Catalyzes Warfarin Synthesis

A green and sustainable strategy synthesizes clinical medicine warfarin anticoagulant by using lipase‐supported metal–organic framework (MOF) bioreactors (see scheme). These findings may be beneficial for future studies in the industrial production of chemical, pharmaceutical, and agrochemical precursors.     

激光能量对反钙钛矿GaCMn_3薄膜结构与物性的影响

本文采用脉冲激光沉积方法在LaAlO3(001)单晶衬底上制备了反钙钛矿GaCMn3薄膜,通过控制制备过程中脉冲激光的能量,研究了不同激光能量条件对GaCMn3薄膜结构与物理性能的影响.分别利用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、超导量子干涉仪和物理性能测试系统,对所制备的薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌和磁性、电输运性质进行了研究.结果表明,制备的样品均为具有多个晶面取向的反钙钛矿薄膜,且薄膜结构和物性明显随制备激光能量的变化而变化.当激光能量为450mJ时,制备的薄膜多晶面取向性最弱,结晶性和表面形貌最优良.实验所得的薄膜均表现出顺磁-铁磁-反铁磁相转变,然而转变过程比块材较平缓,同时薄膜的电阻率并未表现出块材中的突变特征,我们推测该现象很可能是由衬底的应力及衬底的晶格膨胀对薄膜反常晶格变化的抑制作用造成的.

运用变分方法研究了下面问题-Δpu=μupx(s)s-2u f(x,u),x∈Ω,u=0,x∈Ω,多重解的存在性,其中Ω是一个具有光滑边界的有界区域.     

New Electroweak Model Without a Higgs Particle

A new unified electroweak model is proposed in this paper. In this unified electroweak model, Higgsmechanism is not used, so no Higgs particle exists in the model. In order to keep the masses of intermediate gaugebosons non-zero, two sets of gauge fields will be introduced. In order to introduce symmetry breaking and to help tointroduce the masses of all fields, a vacuum potential is needed. Except for those terms concerning Higgs particle, thefundamental dynamical properties of this model are similar to those of the standard model. And in a proper limit, thismodel will approximately return to the standard model. The purpose of this paper is not to say that the Higgs particledoes not exist in Nature, it is only to prove that, without a Higgs particle, we can also set up a unified electroweak modelwhich is consistent with present experiments.     

超临界流体触媒作用下石墨-金刚石转变

 研究了超临界流体CO₂在石墨-金刚石转变中的触媒作用。实验中，采用Ag₂O作为流体触媒的先驱材料，在7.7 GPa压力下，Ag₂O在1 200 ℃分解成Ag和O₂，O₂与石墨套管在高温高压下反应形成CO₂超临界流体。研究结果表明，在7.7 GPa和1 500 ℃以上温度条件下，石墨在CO₂流体触媒的作用下可转变为金刚石晶体，在1 500～1 700 ℃温度范围内合成出的金刚石具有完好的八面体形貌，与天然金刚石的生长特征非常相似。     

K(o)the-Bochner空间的凸性

本文利用K(o)the函数空间的性质以及K(o)the函数空间与K(o)the-Bochner空间的关系,讨论了K(o)the-Bochner空间E(X)的凸性,主要结果如下:(a)给出E(X)的端点的充分条件,得到了E(X)严格凸的判据,相应地推广了Lp(μ,X)以及LΦ(X)的结果;(b)讨论了E(X)的弱局部一致凸和局部完全k-凸;(c)刻画了E(X)的强凸,给出了E(X)强凸的充要条件.     

增湿活化反应器内喷水脱硫试验研究

本文介绍在热态脱硫试验台上进行的生石灰和消石灰的喷水活化脱硫试验,研究了Ca/S比、饱和温距、入口烟气SO2浓度、烟气速度及水喷嘴雾化风对脱硫效率和钙利用率的影响规律,对两种脱硫剂的脱硫活性进行了比较,并对喷水增湿提高脱硫效率的机理进行了分析。研究表明,喷水增湿使两种脱硫剂的活性都有明显提高,生石灰具有价格优势。     

Unified Model for Generation Complex Networks with Utility Preferential Attachment

In this paper, based on the utility preferential attachment, we propose a new unified model to generate different network topologies such as scale-free, small-world and random networks. Moreover, a new network structure named super scale network is found, which has monopoly characteristic in our simulation experiments. Finally, the characteristics ofthis new network are given.     

与HBV X蛋白相互作用的细胞蛋白的筛选及其鉴定

参考GenBank核苷酸序列库中的HBV的核苷酸序列设计合成了一对对应于HBx基因的引物，从原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC)患者的血清中提取HBV基因组DNA作为模板，扩增HBx编码区并测定了核苷酸序列．将该编码区克隆到酵母双杂交系统的诱饵蛋白表达载体pGBKT7中，转入酵母细胞AH109，进行表型鉴定．然后通过Mating实验从已制备好用于酵母双杂交系统的肝cDNA表达文库中筛选与HBx相互作用的细胞蛋白，并用体外免疫共沉淀实验进一步验证．研究表明，分离得到的与HBx基因编码的蛋白相互作用的4种新的细胞蛋白，分别是醛缩酶B、C8α亚基、一种丝氨酸蛋白酶Hepsin和一种未知蛋白．
