In this work, carbon nanomaterials, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT), graphene oxide (GO), and fullerene (C60) were modified by hyaluronic acid (HA) to obtain water-soluble and biocompatible nanomaterials with high tumor-targeting capacity and then the comparative study of these hyaluronic acid-modified carbon nanomaterials was made in vitro and in vivo. The conjugates of hyaluronic acid and carbon nanomaterials, namely, HA-SWNT, HA-GO, HA-C60, were confirmed by UV/Vis spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and a transmission electron microscope (TEM). After HA modification, the sizes of HA-SWNT, HA-GO, and HA-C60 were in a range of 70 to 300 nm, and all the three HA-modified materials were at negative potential, demonstrating that HA modification was in favor of extravasation of carbon materials into a tumor site due to enhanced permeability and retention effect of tumor. Photothermal conversion in vitro test demonstrated excellent photothermal sensitivity of HA-SWNT and HA-GO. But the reactive oxygen yield of HA-C60 was the highest compared with the others under visible light irradiation, which proved the good photodynamic therapy effect of HA-C60. In addition, cytotoxicity experiments exhibited that the inhibitory efficacy of HA-SWNT was the lowest, the second was HA-C60, and the highest was HA-GO, which was consistent with the uptake degree of them. While under the laser irradiation, the cell inhibition of the HA-SWNT was the highest, the second was HA-GO, and the last was HA-C60. In vivo evaluation of the three targeting carbon nanomaterials was consistent with the cytotoxicity assay results. Taken together, the results demonstrated that HA-SWNT and HA-GO were suited for photothermal therapy (PTT) agents for their good photothermal property, while HA-C60 was used as a kind of photodynamic therapy (PDT) agent for its photodynamic effect. 相似文献

In this paper, by the Darboux transformation together with the Wronskian technique, we construct new double Wronskian solutions for the Whitham-Broer-Kaup (WBK) system. Some new determinant identities are developed in the verification of the solutions. Based on analyzing the asymptotic behavior of new double Wronskian functions as t → ±∞, we make a complete characterization of asymptotic solitons for the non-singular, non-trivial and irreducible soliton solutions. It turns out that the solutions are the linear superposition of two fully-resonant multi-soliton configurations, in each of which the amplitudes, velocities and numbers of asymptotic solitons are in general not equal as t → ±∞. 拼接异常是光谱在红蓝两端拼接区域表现出的光谱连续性差的一种现象。在LAMOST的光谱处理中,仪器的稳定性、观测条件以及获得的响应函数等问题都是造成拼接异常的原因。光谱拼接是否正常对于光谱发布等后续工作的质量有重要影响。提出一种拼接异常光谱的自动检测方法,有效地提高了工作效率。该研究可以为LAMOST数据提供一个自动的标记,来评价拼接质量,也可以为用户提供一个使用数据时的选择。该方法首先将待测光谱进行流量归一化、去除钠线等预处理,并将其分为红蓝两端;然后对红蓝两端分别进行拟合;最后对两条拟合曲线,选取一系列等波长间隔的点,计算在这些点处的流量差值,得到所有流量差值的均值,标准差,并且计算两条曲线积分面积的差值;基于上述统计量,提出了一个判断光谱是否异常及其异常程度的评价函数。大量的实验证明,该方法具有良好的拼接异常光谱检测效果。 相似文献

With the aid of the Green function method and image method, the problem of scattering of SH-wave by a semi-cylindrical salient near vertical interface in bi-material half-space is considered to obtain its steady state response. Firstly, by the means of the image method, Green function which is the essential solution of displacement field is constructed to satisfy the stress-free condition on the horizontal boundary in a right-angle space including a semi-cylindrical salient and bearing a harmonic out-of-plane line source force at any point on the vertical boundary. Secondly, the bi-material is separated into two parts along the vertical interface, then unknown anti-plane forces are applied on the vertical interface, and according to the continuity condition, the first kind of Fredholm integral equations is established to determine unknown anti-plane forces by “the conjunction method”, then the integral equations are reduced to the linear algebraic equations by effective truncation. Finally, the dynamic stress concentration factor (DSCF) around the edge of semi-cylindrical salient is calculated, and the influences of incident wave number, incident angle, effect of interface and different combination of material parameters, etc. on DSCF are discussed. 相似文献

The mean-field potential (MFP) approach is an efficient way to evaluate the free energy contribution of ion motions for both solid and liquid states. In this paper the MFP is generally constructed with a volume-dependent term and a shape function. The former is derived in accordance with quasi-harmonic approximation. The latter is given semi-empirically. Application to multiphase equations of state for β-, γ- and liquid-tin has been examined. The theoretical phase diagram and thermodynamic properties of isotherm, thermal expansion, heat capacity, Hugoniot states as well as phase transitions are all in excellent agreement with experiments. 相似文献

In the t-J model, the electron fractionalization is dictated by the phase string effect. We find that in the underdoped regime, the antiferromagnetic and superconducting phases are dual: in the former, holons are confined while spinons are deconfined, and vice?versa in the latter. These two phases are separated by a novel phase, the so-called Bose-insulating phase, where both holons and spinons are deconfined. A pair of Wilson loops was found to constitute a complete set of order parameters determining this zero-temperature phase diagram. The quantum phase transitions between these phases are suggested to be of non-Landau-Ginzburg-Wilson type. 相似文献
