Synthesis and Properties of Novel Hemicyanine Dye-β-Cyclodextrin

A series of novel hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compounds： mono-6-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin-6-[p-（p-substituted styryl）pyridium] p-totylfulfonates were synthesized by the condensation of mono-6-deoxy-β- cyclodextrin-6-（p-methyl pyridinium） p-toluenesulfonate with （un）substituted benzaldehydes. Their structures were established by 1^H NMR, IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. The absorption and fluorescence properties of the novel compounds were measured in solution and the photostability of a selected hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compound was also investigated.     

Theoretical Study on the Isomerization Mechanism of Enol Ester from 2-Acyl-1, 3-cyclohexanediones

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. It is demonstrated that path B is more preferable than path a due to low barrier height for the rate-determining step.     

On-line nanoliter cycle sequencing reaction with capillary zone electrophoresis purification for DNA sequencing

An integrated system for DNA sequencing based on a nanoreactor for cycle-sequencing reaction coupled with on-line capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) for purification and capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) for separation is presented. Less than 100 nl of premixed reagent solution, which includes dye-labeled terminator pre-mix, bovine serum albumin and template, was hydrodynamically injected into a fused-silica capillary (75 microm I.D.) inside a laboratory-made microthermocycler for cycle sequencing reaction. In the same capillary, the reaction products were purified by CZE followed by on-line injection of the DNA fragments into another capillary for CGE. Over 540 base pairs (bp) of DNA can be separated and the bases called for single-standed DNA with 0.9% error rate. The total time was about 3.5 h, or a cycle time of 2 h with staggered operation. For double-stranded DNA, a longer reaction time was required and base calling up to 490 bp with 1.2% error rate was achieved. The whole system is readily adaptable to automated multiplex operation for DNA sequencing or polymerase chain reaction analysis.     

A Cu(Ⅱ) Complex with IM-MeImz-к2 N,O Mode in [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2: Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties

A new copper(Ⅱ) compound with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2 (IM-meImz =2-(5-methylimidazol-4-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-imidazoline-1-oxyl) has been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.3604(7), b = 10.3012(7), c = 16.6684(12) (A), β = 105.0290(10)°, V = 1552.25(19)(A)3, C24H34CuN10O2S2, Mr = 622.27, Z = 2, Dc = 1.331 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.876 mm-1, F(000) =650, the final R = 0.0374 and wR = 0.1079. X-ray analysis demonstrates that the IM-MeImz ligand is coordinated to the copper(Ⅱ) ion as an unusual didentate chelate with a κ2 N(MeImz),O(IM) mode in the complex. The square-planar coordination sites at Cu(Ⅱ) are occupied by two O and two N atoms from the imino nitroxide radicals. The complex molecules are connected as a onedimensional polymer structure by intermolecular interactions. Magnetic measurements show that there are intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(Ⅱ) ion and radicals.     

失效原子力显微镜硅针尖再生

原子力显微镜的传统商品硅针尖在使用过程中极易因磨损而失效，本文研究了一种在实验室条件下简易可行的回收利用失效硅针尖的方法。在原子力显微镜的敲击模式下使用曲率半径大于100 nm的失效硅针尖对生长单壁碳纳米管的样品表面进行扫描，把样品表面的单壁碳纳米管管束粘接到硅针尖上，可制得直径在5～20 nm的碳纳米管针尖。实验对碳纳米管针尖和新的商品硅针尖进行了成像对比，所制备的碳纳米管针尖不仅在成像分辨率而且在成像稳定性上都优于新的商品硅针尖。     

铜(Ⅱ)、锰(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)高分子配合物的合成、表征与催化性质研究

合成出以乙二胺为核，马来酸酐为支化结构单元的马来酰胺树枝状高分子、高分子配体及其铜、锰、镍配合物，通过凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱、X-射线光电子能谱等对产物进行了结构表征，并就金属配合物对催化分解双氧水反应进行了研究。     

光固化阻燃单体、树脂合成及其阻燃机理研究

本文综述了过去十余年间中国科技大学施文芳教授研究组在光固化阻燃技术领域的工作成果，主要包括活性单体、稀释剂、光固化树脂配方等体系，品类有磷酸酯类单体、含磷丙烯酸酯、超支化丙烯酸酯树脂、膦酸酯类单体和树脂、丙烯酸化环状磷腈、甲基丙烯酸化三聚氰胺、含磷环氧单体等十余种。同时介绍了这些配方体系的合成、性能和应用方法，以及对其热降解、阻燃性能评价和阻燃机理的研究。     

The formation of a compact polymer film on a copper electrode from benzimidazole solution

The effects of the pretreatment of copper in benzimidazole solutions on the anodic reactions have been observed. The structures of the chemisorbed benzimidazole on copper were studied by using the infrared reflection-absorption technique and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was found that a compact film of benzimidazolato copper(I) was formed on the copper surface when copper was immersed in a stirred benzimidazole solution and cyclic voltammetry applied. This compact polymer film inhibited anodic oxidation effectively.     

一种液晶环氧树脂固化中扩散控制动力学研究

根据扩散控制反应的基本原理 ,建立了合适的反应模型 ,描述了 4 ,4′ 二 ( 2 ,3 环氧丙氧基 )偶氮苯(DGEAP) / 4,4′ 二氨基二苯甲烷 (DDM)环氧树脂的固化行为 .该模型认为 ,随着环氧基团反应程度的提高 ,基团的反应半径将受到影响 .当体系中出现了介晶基元的有序排列时 ,与之相连的反应基团的分布也受到影响 ,有序区内的局部浓度将变大 ,产生假浓度效应 ,并最终影响扩散控制反应动力学 .通过与普通环氧树脂固化动力学的比较 ,证实了这一效应 .
