We consider a Hamiltonian paticle system interacting by means of a pair potetial. We look at the behavior of the system on a space scale of order -1, times of order -2 and mean velocities of order , with a scale parameter. Assuming that the phase space density of the particles is give by a series in (the analog of the Chapman-Enskog expansion), the behavior of the system under this rescaling is described, to the lowest order in , by the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. The viscosity is given in terms of microscopic correlations, and its expression agrees with the Green-Kubo formula.  相似文献

The phenyldimethylsilyl-substituted monoketene PhMe(2)SiCH=C=O (1) and bisketene (PhMe(2)SiC=C=O)(2) (3) have been prepared and compared to the corresponding Me(3)Si- and t-BuMe(2)Si-substituted species. The (13)C, (17)O, and (29)Si NMR spectra fit the pattern shown by other silylketenes and provide no evidence for transmission of a substituent effect of the Ph group through the silicon to the ketenyl group, as has been proposed for PhMe(2)Si-substituted radicals. The UV spectrum of 1 does show a longer lambda and greater epsilon than for t-BuMe(2)SiCH=C=O, and this may indicate some interaction of the phenyl group with the ketene chromophore, while the greater reactivity of 1 in hydration compared to t-BuMe(2)SiCH=C=O is ascribed to the inductive effect of the phenyl. The very similar ring-opening reactivity of the bis(phenyldimethylsilyl)cyclobutenedione (6) to form 3 compared to the bis(Me(3)Si) analogues also provides no evidence of a significant interaction of the phenyl with the ketene. A new type of stabilized 1,8-bisketene based on the arylbis(dimethylsilyl) grouping, namely, 1,4-bis(ketenyldimethylsilyl)benzene (12), has been prepared for the first time.  相似文献

The functionalized cyclodextrin 6-deoxy-6-[1-(2-amino)ethylamino]--cyclodextrin was synthesized, and an NMR, EPR, pH-metric, and calorimetric investigation was carried out in aqueous solution in order to ascertain its behaviour towards protonation and copper(II) complex formation. The thermodynamic parameters of the ternary complex formation with alanine, phenylalanine and tryptophan enantiomeric pairs were also determined (25° C andI=0.1 mol dm–3). No thermodynamic enantioselectivity was observed in these systems, while a chiral, though poor, discrimination was observed in LEC: c.d. spectra also show enantiomeric stereoselectivity. The results of the present investigation, compared with previously reported results, suggest the occurence of acis-complex trans-complex equilibrium in such systems.  相似文献

The analysis of factors contributing to the stability of proteins is a subject of intense debate. Particularly challenging is the study of structural proteins, since their function is their structure. Among these is collagen, the key structural component of bones, skin, cartilage, tendons, and other connecting tissues. It is well established that the collagen triple helix is characterized by the presence of hydroxyproline, whose content modulates triple helix thermal stability according to the requirement of the host organism. Because of the complexity and the fibrous nature of collagen, data on the stability and structure of this protein have been mainly obtained by the use of collagen-like polypeptides. On the basis of CD characterization of collagen-like polypeptides we here show that the presence of Hyp at the X position of repeating triplets Hyp-Hyp-Gly stabilizes the triple helix significantly. This extra-stabilization has been ascribed, by using molecular modeling, to the formation of a hydrogen bond between Hyp residues belonging to the X and the Y positions of adjacent chains. This communication also provides a comprehensive interpretation of the ensemble of available data on polypeptides containing proline derivatives.  相似文献

Static dielectric constants, refractive indices and viscosities of 1-pentanol +2-methyl-2-butanol mixtures were measured at 5, 25 and 45°C. The results show that the mixing of the two isomers modifies the polarizability and the resistence of viscous flow of the system depending on the composition and temperature. Short range intermolecular interactions producing hetero-alcohol open dimers are considered.  相似文献

Heck reaction of aryl iodides and activated aryl bromides catalyzed by copper bronze in tetrabutylammonium bromide as solvent and tetrabutylammonium acetate as base was developed. The effective catalysts are Cu nanoparticles deriving from the reaction of iodobenzene with copper bronze. These nanoparticles are very stable in tetraalkylammonium salts, are easily recycled, and can be stored for months without a loss of catalytic efficiency. [reaction: see text]  相似文献

Apparent molar relative enthalpies were measured for the nonionic ethoxylated surfactant CH(3)-(CH(2))(5)-(OCH(2)-CH(2))(5)OH (C(6)E(5)) in aqueous solution at constant molality of the ionic surfactant CH(3)-(CH(2))(5)-SO(-)(3)Na(+)(C(6)SNa) at 25 degrees C. The experimental data obtained by a stepwise dilution process allowed evaluation of the C(6)E(5) first interaction parameter at several constant molalities of C(6)SNa. The C(6)E(5) critical micelle composition as a function of the C(6)SNa molality was also estimated. The experimental calorimetric data, together with the mixed micelles composition computed in the past by some of us [Ciccarelli et al., Langmuir 14, 7130 (1998)], allowed computation of the Deltah(Mic) of micellization. The experimental data are compared to those predicted by the ideal solution model and regular solution model of mixed micellization. From a calorimetric study performed on the water-hexanol-C(6)SNa and water-penthaethylene glycol-C(6)SNa model systems, it can be argued that the interactions among the hydrophilic heads in the C(6)E(5)-C(6)SNa mixed micelles prevail on the contribution of the hydrophobic tails in ruling the enthalpic properties of the system.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) was applied to describe the magnetic and electron-transfer properties of dinuclear systems containing the [MnO2Mn]n+ core, with n=0,1,2,3,4. The calculation of the potential energy surfaces (PESs) of the mixed-valence species (n=1,3) allowed the classification of these systems according to the extent of valence localization as Class II compounds, in the Robin-Day classification scheme. The fundamental frequencies corresponding to the asymmetric breathing vibration were also computed.  相似文献

Aliphatic amines, incorporating one or three (branched) acylated beta-D-glucopyranosyl residues, were coupled with the acid chloride of ferrocenecarboxylic acid and with the diacid chloride of 1,1'-ferrocenedicarboxylic acid to afford four dendrimer-type, carbohydrate-coated ferrocene derivatives in good yields (54-92%). Deprotection of the peracylated beta-D-glucopyranosyl residues was achieved quantitatively by using Zemplén conditions, affording four water-soluble ferrocene derivatives. When only one of the two cyclopentadienyl rings of the ferrocene unit is substituted, strong complexes are formed with beta-cyclodextrin in H2O, as demonstrated by liquid secondary ion mass spectrometry (LSIMS), 1H NMR spectroscopy, electrochemical measurements, and circular dichroism spectroscopy. Molecular dynamics calculations showed that the unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl ring is inserted through the cavity of the toroidal host in these complexes. The electrochemical behavior of the protected and deprotected ferrocene-containing dendrimers was investigated in acetonitrile and water, respectively. The diffusion coefficient decreases with increasing molecular weight of the compound. The potential for oxidation of the ferrocene core, the rate constant of heterogeneous electron transfer, and the rate constant for the energy-transfer reaction with the luminescent excited state of the [Ru(bpy)3]2+ complex (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) are strongly affected by the number (one or two) of substituents and by the number (one or three) of carbohydrate branches present in the substituents. These effects are assigned to shielding of the ferrocene core by the dendritic branches. Electrochemical evidence for the existence of different conformers for one of the dendrimers in aqueous solution was obtained.  相似文献

Calorimetric measurements of molar excess enthalpies, HE, at 298.15 K, of mixtures containing aromatic aldehydes of general formula C6H5(CH2)mCHO (with m = 0, 1 and 2) + n-hexane, n-heptane or benzene are reported, together with the values of HE at equimolar composition compared with the corresponding values of HE for the aromatic ketones in the same solvents. The experimental results clearly indicate that the intermolecular interactions between the carbonyl groups (CHO) are influenced by the intramolecular interactions between the carbonyl and phenyl groups, particularly for the mixtures containing benzaldehyde.  相似文献
