Previously unknown polyfluorocyclohexenyl, and acyclic perfluoroalkenyliodine tetrafluorides were prepared in high yields. Perfluorocyclohex-1-enyliodine tetrafluoride was obtained from pentafluoroiodobenzene using XeF2-NbF5 in aHF. The reaction of C6F5I with the weaker fluorooxidant XeF2-BF3 in 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane (PFB) yielded C6F5IF2, perfluorocyclohexa-1,4-dienyliodine difluoride, C6F5IF4, perfluorocyclohexa-1,4, and 1,3-dienyliodine tetrafluoride as intermediate products on parallel reaction routes. Both perfluoroalkenyl iodides, cis- and trans-(CF3)2CFCFCFI, reacted with XeF2-BF3 in PFB to give the corresponding perfluoroalkenyliodine tetrafluorides, cis- and trans-(CF3)2CFCFCFIF4. Even perfluoroalkyl iodides can be fluorinated by this reagent as was demonstrated by the preparation of C6F13IF4 from C6F13I. Generally, the CFCIFn fragment (n = 0, 2, or 4) in cyclic or acyclic perfluoroalkenyliodine compounds RFIFn did not undergo a transformation to the corresponding perfluoroalkyliodine compound. Furthermore, no perfluoroorganoiodine hexafluorides were detected in reactions with the fluorooxidant XeF2-aHF or BF3 or NbF5.  相似文献

Synthetic gp120331-335 glycopeptide fragments carrying hybrid and high-mannose type N-linked glycans were evaluated for binding to broadly neutralizing antibody 2G12 using surface plasmon resonance technology. None of the hybrid-type constructs demonstrated binding to 2G12. In the high-mannose series, the "Cys dimer" construct, presenting two undecasaccharide glycans, showed significantly higher binding than the Cys-protected monomer. The binding of the dimeric structure was further investigated in competition with recombinant gp120. The data suggest that gp120 and its designed synthetic epitope construct bind to the same site on 2G12.  相似文献

The present paper deals with the electrochemical behavior of magnetite microcrystals in an acid medium. A voltammetric method employing a carbon-paste electroactive electrode (CPEE) with an organic binder was used. It was found that the cathodic voltammograms, which were recorded at different scan rates, formed a set bounded in the space of iE parameters by a generalizing voltammetric curve corresponding to the effective potential scan rate eff. In other words, all curves are situated under one enveloping curve, just as the smaller dolls sit in the largest doll of a Russian doll. Reverse currents (a cathodic current in the anodic direction of the potential scan) were observed on the cyclic voltammogram. Forward and reverse currents obey the same laws and have one and the same generalizing curve, which could be taken as the magnetite characteristic.  相似文献

The 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of unstabilized N‐methyl azomethine ylide to mononitro benzazoles was studied. Depending on the nature of substituents and annelated azoles, the reaction affords previously unknown isoindole fused heterocyclic systems. The reactivity of the cycloadducts was examined. J. Polycrystalline hydroxyapatites Ca(10-x)REE(x)(PO(4))(6)(OH)(2-x)O(x) were synthesized and studied by X-ray powder diffraction, infrared absorption, diffuse-reflectance spectroscopy, and thermogravimetry. The solubility limits x(max) of rare earth elements (REE) in Ca hydroxyapatites decreases with an increasing REE atomic number from x(max) = 2.00 for La, Pr, and Nd to x(max) = 0.20 for Yb at 1100 °C. Refinements of X-ray diffraction patterns by the Rietveld method show that REE atoms substitute for Ca preferentially at the Ca(2) sites of the apatite structure. The substitution decreases the Ca(2)-O(4) atomic distances in the calcium coordination polyhedra and increases the Ca(2)-O(1,2,3) distances. This observation shows that interatomic distances depend not only on radii of the ions involved in the substitution but also on their charges.  相似文献

The reaction between K[PtCl(3)(Me(2)SO)] or prepared in this work cis- and trans-[PtCl(2)(NCNR(2))(Me(2)SO)] (R(2) = Me(2), 1; C(4)H(8)O, 2; C(5)H(10) 3) with an excess of NCNR(2) in water gives the cationic bischelate [Pt{κ(2)-N,N'-NH=C(NMe(2))OC(NMe(2))=NH}(2)](2+) (4(2+)) and the monochelates [PtCl{κ(2)-N,O-NH=C(NR(2))NC(NR(2))=O}(Me(2)SO)] (R(2) = C(4)H(8)O, 5; C(5)H(10), 6). Complex 4(2+) was released from the reaction mixture as 4·[PtCl(3)(Me(2)SO)](2)·(H(2)O)(2) or it was precipitated as 4·[A](2) (A = pic, 4·[pic](2); PF(6), 4·[PF(6)](2); BPh(4), 4·[BPh(4)](2)·(NH(2)CONMe(2))) by addition of picric acid, NaPF(6), or NaBPh(4), respectively, to the filtrate obtained after separation of 4·[PtCl(3)(Me(2)SO)](2)·(H(2)O)(2). In 2, the dialkylcyanamide ligand undergoes bond cleavage giving the known trans-[PtCl(2){N(H)C(4)H(8)O}(Me(2)SO)] (trans-7). All complexes were characterized by elemental analyses (C, H, N), high resolution ESI-MS, IR, (1)H and (13)C{(1)H} NMR spectroscopic techniques, including 2D NMR correlation experiments ((1)H,(1)H-COSY, (1)H,(13)C-HMQC/(1)H,(13)C HSQC, (1)H,(13)C-HMBC, and (1)H,(1)H-NOESY). The structures of cis-1, cis-3, 4·[PtCl(3)(Me(2)SO)](2)·(H(2)O)(2), 4·[BPh(4)](2)·(NH(2)CONMe(2)) and 5 were determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

This review article provides a critical overview of several different synthetic approaches developed for asymmetric preparation of fluorine-containing amines, amino alcohols, α- and β-amino acids. The common feature of these methods is the application of sulfinyl group as a chiral auxiliary to control the stereochemical outcome of the reactions under study. In particular, the following general methods are critically discussed: diastereoselective methylene transfer from diazomethane to the carbonyl of β-keto-γ-fluoroalkyl sulfoxides as a general approach for preparation of various α-fluoroalkyl α-sulfinylalkyl oxiranes. The resulting compounds were used as true chiral synthons for their further elaboration via oxidative or reductive desulfurization, to numerous fluorine-containing and biologically relevant amino- and hydroxy-containing derivatives. Another general approaches discussed here are asymmetric additions to CN double bond. One of them is addition of chiral sulfoxide stabilized carbon nucleophiles to fluorine-containing imines, leading to convenient preparation of alpha-fluoroalkyl derivatives of alpha amino acids and amines. Another approach is asymmetric Reformatsky reaction between N-sulfinyl imines and ethyl bromodifluoroacetate allowing operationally convenient preparation of α,α-difluoro-β-amino acids in enantiomerically pure form. Finally, structurally similar but mechanistically different addition reactions of diethyl difluoromethylphosphonate to N-sulfinyl imines, as a general approach to asymmetric synthesis of α,α-difluoro-β-aminophosphonates and phosphonic acids, are discussed. Effect of fluorine on the mechanism and stereochemical outcome of these reactions is discussed in detail and compared, where it is possible, with that of the analogous reactions of fluorine-free substrates.  相似文献

The preliminary results presented in this work show that an enantiomer purification approach based on SDE via sublimation can be extended to non-volatile liquid compounds such as α-(phenyl)ethylamine and its β-fluoro-derivatives by way of their rational modification with a sublimation enabling tag. 3,3,3-Trifluoro-2-(trifluoromethyl)-2-methyl-propanoic acid was found to perfectly serve the role of such a modifying tag. Thus, the corresponding amides derived from the amines and the fluorinated propanoic acid were highly crystalline and reasonably volatile compounds allowing for their sublimation at room temperature under normal pressure. All of these derivatives showed substantial self-disproportionation of enantiomers (SDEs) via sublimation under kinetic conditions (on a Petri dish in the open air). These preliminary results serve as a proof of a new principle that may extend the generality of enantiomer purification via sublimation to various organic compounds with physico-chemical properties of which render them otherwise unsuitable for a sublimation procedure. In particular, the very attractive cost structure of sublimation procedure renders this approach of potentially high practical and economic efficiency.  相似文献
