This article presents a correction method for a better resolution of the problem of estimating and predicting pollution, governed by Burgers' equations. The originality of the method consists in the introduction of an error function into the system's equations of state to model uncertainty in the model. The initial conditions and diffusion coefficients, present in the equations for pollution and concentration, and also those in the model error equations, are estimated by solving a data assimilation problem. The efficiency of the correction method is compared with that produced by the traditional method without introduction of an error function.Three test cases are presented in this study in order to compare the performances of the proposed methods. In the first two tests, the reference is the analytical solution and the last test is formulated as part of the “twin experiment”.The numerical results obtained confirm the important role of the model error equation for improving the prediction capability of the system, in terms of both accuracy and speed of convergence.  相似文献

Epigenetic alterations found in all human cancers are promising targets for anticancer therapy. In this sense, histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACIs) are interesting anticancer agents that play an important role in the epigenetic regulation of cancer cells. Here, we report 15 novel hydroxamic acid-based histone deacetylase inhibitors with quinazolinone core structures. Five compounds exhibited antiproliferative activity with IC50 values of 3.4–37.8 µM. Compound 8 with a 2-mercaptoquinazolinone cap moiety displayed the highest antiproliferative efficacy against MCF-7 cells. For the HDAC6 target selectivity study, compound 8 displayed an IC50 value of 2.3 µM, which is 29.3 times higher than those of HDAC3, HDAC4, HDAC8, and HDAC11. Western blot assay proved that compound 8 strongly inhibited tubulin acetylation, a substrate of HDAC6. Compound 8 also displayed stronger inhibition activity against HDAC11 than the control drug Belinostat. The inhibitory mechanism of action of compound 8 on HDAC enzymes was then explored using molecular docking study. The data revealed a high binding affinity (−7.92 kcal/mol) of compound 8 toward HDAC6. In addition, dock pose analysis also proved that compound 8 might serve as a potent inhibitor of HDAC11.  相似文献

Poly(lactic acid) stereocomplex (sc-PLA) prevails over homo-poly(lactic acid)s in many aspects and showed great potential as biomaterials depending on its extraordinary biological, thermal, and mechanical properties. In the past few years, sc-PLA has gained tremendous attention as a new approach to the development of new types of functional biomaterials. Let X = {X(t):t ∈ R~N} be an anisotropic random field with values in R~d.Under certain conditions on X,we establish upper and lower bounds on the hitting probabilities of X in terms of respectively Hausdorff measure and Bessel-Riesz capacity.We also obtain the Hausdorff dimension of its inverse image,and the Hausdorff and packing dimensions of its level sets.These results are applicable to non-linear solutions of stochastic heat equations driven by a white in time and spatially homogeneous Gaussian noise and anisotropic Guassian random fields.  相似文献

As already known by Rana’s result, all eigenvalues of any partial-transposed bipartite state fall within the closed interval [12,1]. In this note, we study a family of bipartite quantum states where the minimal eigenvalues of partial-transposed states are 12. For a two-qubit system, we find that the minimal eigenvalue of its partial-transposed state is 12 if and only if such a two-qubit state is maximally entangled. However this result does not hold in general for a two-qudit system when the dimensions of the underlying space are larger than two.  相似文献

本文采用纯化的海泡石作为硅源,在不需要模板和煅烧工艺的条件下,制备出了石英相的硅纳米管(SNTs),并对获得样品进行了XRD、FTIR和SEM等表征.制得的SNTs具有40~50 nm外径,管腔直径为10~15 nm,长度为20~100 μm.此外,研究了SNTs对于Pb2+的吸附行为.结果表明,Pb2+吸附量随初始Pb2+浓度,吸附时间,温度和溶液pH值(<5)增加而增加.在溶液pH为5时,SNTs对于Pb2+的吸附平衡的吸附焓(ΔH)和熵变(ΔS)分别为6.28 kJ/mol和69.8 J/mol· K.  相似文献

基于参量互作用观点及声光互作用原理,构建了入射光为高斯光并且存在声波吸收情况下的声光偏转器模型.基于此模型研究了超声波频率、声波功率和光束入射角对衍射光的影响.对比了有声波吸收和无声波吸收两种情况下上述三个参量对衍射光产生的不同影响.计算结果表明,同无声光吸收时相比,当存在声波吸收时,偏转器的衍射效率将减小,导致衍射波形畸变,光强峰值位置发生偏移.  相似文献

A simple and accurate algorithm (phase scanning method) is proposed for 3D surface contouring and dynamic response determination of a vibrating object. A sinusoidal fringe pattern is projected onto a low-frequency vibrating object by a programmable liquid crystal display projector. The fringe patterns are captured by a high-speed CCD camera with a telecentric gauging lens. Phase values are evaluated point by point using phase scanning method. From the phase values of each point on the object, the contour of the specimen at different instants of vibration can be retrieved. In this paper, a small vibrating coin is used to demonstrate the validity of the method and the experimental results are compared with test results on a stationary coin using four-step phase shifting and fast Fourier transform methods. The technique is especially useful in applications where the vibrating object has a complicated shape.  相似文献
