Three new pseudoguaiane-type sesquiterpenes, dichrocepholides A-C, and two new pseudoguaiane-type sesquiterpene dimers, dichrocepholides D and E, were isolated from the aerial part of Dichrocephala integrifolia. Their stereostructures were determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. In addition, the extract and its principal sesquiterpene constituent, parthenin, showed an inhibitory activity on nitric oxide (NO) production and on induction of inducible NO synthase. 相似文献

Characterization of clarithromycin polymorph was performed by solid-state cross polarization and magic angle spinning (CP/MAS) 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Two polymorphs, form II and form I, of clarithromycins indicated characteristic resonances of C1 carbonyl carbon at 176.2 and 175.2 ppm, respectively. Since each peak of C1 carbon was well separated in the spectrum of the two polymorphs, we performed quantitative analysis of the polymorphic fraction from the peak area of these peaks. The peak area of form I was found to linearly increase with an increase of its content, with a correlation coefficient of above 0.99. Solid-state NMR was found to be a useful technique to determine the characteristics of the polymorphic forms. 相似文献

All the three possible rotamers of the title compound were separated by chromatography, and unambiguously identified by NMR and X-ray analysis. One of the isomers was optically inactive Ci conformation. The other optical active forms were resolved to give a pair of enantiomers, which were characterized by optical rotation and CD spectra. Thus the optical inactivity of a compound such as meso-tartaric acid that can take Ci conformation in solution, is now ascribed to that the molecule has an optically inactive Ci conformer and equal amounts of optically active conformers, that are enantiomers, in solution. 相似文献

Clarithromycin (6-O-methylerythromycin), a new 14-membered macrolide antibiotic, has been studied to clarify its physicochemical properties and stability in acidic solution, as compared with erythromycin (EM). The solubility of clarithromycin (CAM) in distilled water was lower than that of EM and decreased with increasing temperature. The solubilities of CAM and EM in the phosphate buffer solution at 37 degrees C decreased with an increasing pH and kept constant above pH 9. From pH-solubility profiles, the dissociation constants of CAM and EM were determined to be 8.76 and 8.36, respectively. The partition coefficient of CAM took a higher value than that of EM and increased with an increasing pH. In the acidic solution, the decomposition of CAM and EM obeyed the pseudo-first order kinetics. From the decomposition rate constants, the half life (T1/2) of CAM and EM were determined. In pH 1.39, CAM degraded with a T1/2 of 17 min while EM kinetics corresponded to a T1/2 of 3 s. Therefore, CAM was 340-fold more stable in pH 1.39 and markedly more stable in the acidic solution than EM. 相似文献

A convenient procedure to prepare photosensitive poly(vinyl alcohol) by acetalization with 1-methyl-4-(p-formylstyryl)pyridinium methosulfate in heterogeneous condition is described. The reaction of fully saponified poly(vinyl alcohol) was carried out in suspension in acidic aqueous solution, while partially saponified poly(vinyl alcohol) was acetalized in acidic aqueous organic solvent. The photosensitive poly(vinyl alcohol) thus prepared was purified by filtration and successive washing out with methanol. The effect of the preparative condition on the electronic absorption spectra of the styrylpyridinium group attached to poly(vinyl alcohol) is discussed. 相似文献

The synthesis of hexahydrooxoepithiopyridinedicarboxyimide (5: X2 = N-Ph) by the reaction of thioamides 1 with N-substituted maleimide ( 2a ) was examined. The reaction of primary thioamides, such as thiobenzamide and p-toluthioamide with N-phenylmaleimide gives compounds 5 together with corresponding 4-hydroxy-1,3-thiazoles 4 . However, a similar reaction of secondary thioamides, such as N-methylthioacetamide, thiobenzanilide, with N-phenylmaleimide did not provide compounds 5 without addition of acid. Six 2-(2-pyridylazo)-5-alkoxyphenol derivatives were synthesized, and their application to the spectrophotometric determination of nickel was studied; 2-(2-pyridylazo)-5-methoxyphenol and the corresponding ethoxyphenol are very sensitive and selective. The molar absorptivity of the nickel chelate of the former is 11.3 × 104 l mol-1 cm-1. A solvent extraction procedure for the selective determination of 1–8 μg of nickel is described. 相似文献

A tensammetric method is proposed for the determination of microgram amounts of vanadium, based on catalysis of the oxidation of o-aminophenol with sodium chlorate in acidic solution (pH 2.0). The oxidation product gives a very sensitive tensammetric wave; under optimum conditions, the wave-height is proportional to the concentration of va vanadium. From 0.2 to 3.0 mug of vanadium can be determined in a final volume of 50 ml. Mo(VI), W(VI), Mn(VII), Ce(IV) and large amounts of Al(III) and Fe(III) cause positive errors, and Hg(II) and thiosulphate negative errors. Abstract— The mechanisms by which 4-substituted 2,6-di- t -butylphenols are oxygenated by base- and Co(II) Schiff base complex-catalysis into o - or p -peroxyquinols and their Co(III) complexes, respectively, have been investigated. For the base-catalyzed oxygenation, a one-step ionic mechanism involving no radical species is suggested to be the most probable one. For the formation of the peroxycobalt(III) complexes, the following stoichiometry is concluded: ArOH + Co(II) + 5/4 O2 → peroxycobalt(III) complex + 1/2 H2 O. A mechanism involving an electron transfer between the phenols and the Co(II)-O2 complex followed by further electron transfer between the formed phenoxy radicals and the Co(II) complex to give the corresponding phenolate anions is proposed. 相似文献
