[Structure: see text] A concise synthesis of both enantiomers of alpha-Tfm-proline and (S)-alpha-Tfm-prolinol from ethyl trifluoropyruvate is reported. The key step is a diastereoselective allylation reaction of ethyl trifluoropyruvate and (R)-phenylglycinol-based oxazolidines or imine. The lactone obtained by cyclization of the resulting hydroxy ester proved to be a valuable intermediate for the synthesis of (S)-alpha-Tfm-allylglycine and (S)-alpha-Tfm-norvaline in enantiopure form.  相似文献

Ageing process in cells is associated with oxidative stress. Ultraviolet A produces reactive oxygen species responsible for accumulation of DNA and cellular damage. After the evaluation of antioxidant enzyme activities and oxidative stress markers at the basal state, we have studied the responses to UVA stress of coetaneous fibroblasts, isolated from different male donors (2-88 years, n=23) in terms of cytotoxicity, genotoxicity and DNA repair capacities. For this purpose, we have determined level of DNA damage using the comet assay (single strand breaks and alkali-labile sites) and the cell cycle distribution after a 5 J/cm2 irradiation. No differences with age were observed for antioxidant enzyme activities and oxidative stress markers. DNA strand breaks after UVA irradiation (5-20 J/cm2), was found to be age-dependent. DNA repair was slow and also significantly affected by ageing. The cell cycle distribution analysis showed that high repair correlated with high proliferative capacities at basal level. Twenty-four hours after the stress, fraction of young fibroblasts blocked in G1 phase was significantly increased whereas significant modifications concerned the G2-M phase for adult and older fibroblasts. These results indicate an age-dependent decline in the DNA repair capacities correlated with modifications of the cell cycle parameters.  相似文献

A two-step preparation of 2,3-trans disubstituted tetrahydrofuran derivatives is reported from S-alkyl dithiocarbonates. The study of the group transfer reaction from xanthates and alkenes afforded intermediate S-alkyl dithiocarbonates. From 2,3-dihydrofuran derivatives, the displacement of the resulting anomeric xanthates with various nucleophiles in the presence of Lewis acid allowed the formation of new carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom bonds. This strategy was illustrated by a two-step synthesis of a precursor of modified 2'-beta-C-branched nucleoside analogues.  相似文献

We present a method that gives highly accurate electrostatic potentials for systems where we have periodic boundary conditions in two spatial directions but free boundary conditions in the third direction. These boundary conditions are needed for all kinds of surface problems. Our method has an O(N log N) computational cost, where N is the number of grid points, with a very small prefactor. This Poisson solver is primarily intended for real space methods where the charge density and the potential are given on a uniform grid.  相似文献

Valuable amino benzo[g,h,i]perylenes have been obtained through a one pot electrophilic aromatic substitution--Scholl reaction sequence. Novel molecular architectures combining 3D-o-carborane and planar amino benzo[g,h,i]perylene units are described. A new route to alpha-keto acids is described, based on the ozonolysis of enol acetates obtained from alpha-substituted beta-keto esters. Escherichia coli branched chain aminotransferase (BCAT) activity toward a variety of substituted 2-oxoglutaric acids was demonstrated analytically. BCAT was shown to have a broad substrate spectrum, complementary to that of aspartate aminotransferase, and to offer access to a variety of glutamic acid analogues. The usefulness of BCAT was demonstrated through the synthesis of several 3- and 4-substituted derivatives.  相似文献

We present a new simulation code able to simulate the entire propagation of laser pulse, from the amplifiers level up to the focusing stage. This algorithm has some new characteristics that we intend to present. It computes the three-dimensional optical propagation equation using no approximation other than its picosecond expression. The stability has been carefully studied so that it can be applied to any geometry. This is a great improvement since, up to now only cylindrical geometry was accessible for accuracy. In this paper we also present a method using Fast Fourier Transform able to evaluate with a high accuracy, Fresnel’s distribution of a focused laser pulse. The advantages provided by our algorithm are its rapidity and its high physical understanding of the focusing phenomena.  相似文献

Coordinative Anchoring of Nickel Complexes on Hectorite-Layer Silicates through long-chain Diphenylphosphine Groups The treatment of sodium and calcium hectorites with 2-diphenylphosphinoethyltriethoxysilane leads, by condensation of free hydroxyl groups, to functionalized layer silicates with long-chain diphenylphosphine groups onto which nickel chloride can be coordinated. In these modified hectorites the fourth coordination site of the tetrahedrally coordinated nickel is occupied by a labile solvent molecule. On the other hand, the complex bis(2-diphenylphosphinoethyltriethoxysilane)nickel(II) chloride prepared beforehand also reacts with sodium hectorite under condensation; but the square-planar coordination of the four stable ligands (two chloride and two phosphor atoms) is maintained. This finds its expression in a significant activity decrease in catalytic reactions as compared to the aforementioned products.  相似文献

In order to rationalize the effect of the size and coordinating ability of counteranions upon the structure of Ag(I)–dithioether coordination polymers, a series of such polymers has been synthesized by the combination of the 1,3-bis(methylthio)propane building block and AgX silver salts (X = ClO4 (1), BF4 (2), CF3SO3 (3), SbF6 (4), C6H5COO (5), CF3COO (6), CF3CF2CF2COO (7) and OOCCF2CF2COO (8)). Except in two cases, all complexes form 1D-coordination polymers.  相似文献

We introduce a new numerical technique for the calculation of the pore size distribution in two-dimensional disordered systems. Our method is based on a triangulation technique which allows a closer measurement of pores surface without any morphological hypothesis.In this work, we focus our calculations in simulated gels. Such materials are modeled in two different conditions: by means of the Diffusion-Limited and Reaction-Limited Cluster-cluster Aggregation algorithms, DLCA and RLCA, respectively. In both situations, when the particles concentration decreases, the average pores size increases. The more compact cluster in RLCA, compared with DLCA, is consistent with the pore size distribution we have calculated. The simulated mean pore size is quantitatively in agreement with experimental data from literature.  相似文献
