A new synthesis of 5α-androstano[3,2-b]pyridin-17β-ol acetate (VIa) and 17-methyl-5α-androstano[3,2-b]pyridin-17β-ol (VIb), first reported by Shimizu, Ohta, Ueno, and Takegoshi, was achieved. The analogous 5α - androstano[17,16-b]pyridin-3β-ol (XII), 5α-androstano[17,16-b]pyridin-3-one (XIVa), and androst-4-eno[17,16-b]pyridin-3-one (XIVb) were also prepared. An illustration of the method follows. Condensation of 3β-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one (VIIa) with 3-(2-furyl)acrolein afforded 16-[3-(2-furyl)-2-propenylidene]-3β-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one (VIIIa), the oxime (IXa) of which was thermally cyclized to 5α-androstano[17,16-b]-6′-(2-furyl)pyridin-3β-ol (Xa). 3β-Hydroxy-5α-androstano[17,16-b]pyridine-6′-carboxylic acid (XI) was obtained by ozonolysis of Xa. Thermal decarboxylation of XI gave XII. Cinnamaldehyde was used in place of 3-(2-furyl)acrolein to give the corresponding phenylpyridines.  相似文献

Oxidation of quadruply bonded metal-metal dimers in the presence of good π-accepting ligands results in the formation of MoV---MoV compounds of the type [MO2(μ-X)2(Y)(Y′)]2+ (X = O or S; Y,Y′ = O,O; S,S; O,S). Reaction of MO2(O2CCH3)4 with oxygen in the presence of Na2mnt (mnt = 1,2-dicyanoethylene-2,2-dithiolate) gives [MO2(μ-S)2(O)(S)(mnt)2]2− (1). The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with cell dimensions a = 19.547(4), b = 15.210(4), c = 18.754(6) Å, β = 101.69(2)°, V= 5460(2) Å3, and Z = 4. Similarly, oxidation of o-dichlorobenzene solutions of Mo2Cl4(CH3CN)4 and 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-dipyridyl (dmpby) or, more directly, the reaction of Mo2Cl4(dmbpy)2 with oxygen leads to the formation of a red solid, which was characterized by X-ray crystallography to be Mo2(μ-O)2(O)2(Cl)2(dmbpy)2 (2). Red diamond crystals, prepared by slow evaporation of CH3CN solutions of 2, are trigonal and in the space group P3121 with cell dimensions a = 16.135(4), b = 16.135(4), c = 10.709(3) Å, V = 2414.4(13) Å3 and Z = 3. In both structures, the geometry about each of the molybdenum atoms is a distorted square pyramid with terminal oxygen or sulphur atoms at the apices and in a syn conformation. The molybdenum-molybdenum bond distances of 2.858(1) Å and 2.562(2) Å in structures of 1 and 2, respectively, are typical of other MoV---MoV dimers and indicative of a single Mo---Mo bond.  相似文献

9-Methylideneflourene (IIa) reacts rapidly with HCo(CO)4 at -67° C to give a quantitative yield of 9-methylfluorene (IIIa); k2  (13.4 ± 0.5) × 10-2 l mol-1S-1. Although the internal olefin, 9-ethylidenefluorene (IIb) reacts more slowly than IIa, it is hydrogenated about 2.5 times as fast as the terminal olefin, 1,1-diphenylethylene (I). Measurement of the rate of the reaction of IIb with DCo(CO)4 and comparison with HCo(CO)4 shows a very large inverse isotope effect kH/kD of 0.43.  相似文献

Methylaminopropylviologen (MAV) was covalently attached to glassy carbon electrodes via cyuranic chloride. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis confirmed the presence of bound MAV on the electrode surfaces. Electrochemical experiments of these electrodes indicated that the bound MAV was stable and electrochemically active for extended periods of time in aqueous media. The surface coverage of MAV was in the range, of 2.0–3.0×10?10 mol cm?2.  相似文献

Summary A non-sulfide scheme of inorganic qualitative microanalysis is presented with solutions of HCl, CH3COONa, H2SO4, and NaOH as group reagents. Color reactions (spot tests) are also included in this scheme. The purpose of this new approach to qualitative analysis is to eliminate disagreeable odor and corosive action of hydrogen sulfide as also to introduce complete group separations leading to more definite analytical results.
Zusammenfassung Ein Schema für die qualitative anorganische Analyse ohne Schwefelwasserstoff mit Salzsäure, Na-Acetat, Schwefelsäure und Natronlauge als Gruppenreagenzien wird vorgelegt. Farbreaktionen (Tüpfelproben) werden im Laufe des Analysenganges verwendet. Die Geruchsbelästigung und die Korrosion durch Schwefelwasserstoff wird vermieden und gleichzeitig eine Gruppentrennung mit eindeutigeren Ergebnissen erzielt.

Most ternary sulfides belonging to the MGaS2 structure‐type have been known for many years and are well‐characterized. Surprisingly, there have been no reports of the NaGaS2 composition, which contains Na, a monovalent cation slightly larger in size than Li, found in LiGaS2, a compound known for its non‐linear optical properties. Now it is demonstrated for the first time that the unique reversible water absorption in NaGaS2 has resulted in its absence from previous reports owing to difficulties encountered when characterizing this compound by SC XRD. The layered structure of this compound coupled with uniquely easy migration of water molecules between the layers allows for ion exchange with 3d and 5f metal cations. Some cations, for example, Ni2+, facilitate exfoliation of the layers, providing a facile synthetic route to a new class of 2D chalcogenide materials and furthermore demonstrating that NaGaS2 can readily uptake uranyl species from aqueous solutions.  相似文献

The reaction of new dinuclear gold(I) organometallic complexes containing mesityl ligands and bridging bidentate phosphanes [Au2(mes)2(μ‐LL)] (LL=dppe: 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphano)ethane 1 a , and water‐soluble dppy: 1,2‐bis(di‐3‐pyridylphosphano)ethane 1 b ) with Ag+ and Cu+ lead to the formation of a family of heterometallic clusters with mesityl bridging ligands of the general formula [Au2M(μ‐mes)2(μ‐LL)][A] (M=Ag, A=ClO4?, LL=dppe 2 a , dppy 2 b ; M=Ag, A=SO3CF3?, LL=dppe 3 a , dppy 3 b ; M=Cu, A=PF6?, LL=dppe 4 a , dppy 4 b ). The new compounds were characterized by different spectroscopic techniques and mass spectrometry The crystal structures of [Au2(mes)2(μ‐dppy)] ( 1 b ) and [Au2Ag(μ‐mes)2(μ‐dppe)][SO3CF3] ( 3 a ) were determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study. 3 a in solid state is not a cyclic trinuclear Au2Ag derivative but it gives an open polymeric structure instead, with the {Au2(μ‐dppe)} fragments “linked” by {Ag(μ‐mes)2} units. The very short distances of 2.7559(6) Å (Au? Ag) and 2.9229(8) Å (Au? Au) are indicative of gold–silver (metallophilic) and aurophilic interactions. A systematic study of their luminescence properties revealed that all compounds are brightly luminescent in solid state, at room temperature (RT) and at 77 K, or in frozen DMSO solutions with lifetimes in the microsecond range and probably due to the self‐aggregation of [Au2M(μ‐mes)2(μ‐LL)]+ units (M=Ag or Cu; LL=dppe or dppy) into an extended chain structure, through Au? Au and/or Au? M metallophilic interactions, as that observed for 3 a . In solid state the heterometallic Au2M complexes with dppe ( 2 a – 4 a ) show a shift of emission maxima (from ca. 430 to the range of 520‐540 nm) as compared to the parent dinuclear organometallic product 1 a while the complexes with dppy ( 2 b–4 b ) display a more moderate shift (505 for 1 b to a max of 563 nm for 4 b ). More importantly, compound [Au2Ag(μ‐mes)2(μ‐dppy)]ClO4 ( 2 b ) resulted luminescent in diluted DMSO solution at room temperature. Previously reported compound [Au2Cl2(μ‐LL)] (LL dppy 5 b ) was also studied for comparative purposes. The antimicrobial activity of 1–5 and Ag[A] (A=ClO4?, SO3CF3?) against Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria and yeast was evaluated. Most tested compounds displayed moderate to high antibacterial activity while heteronuclear Au2M derivatives with dppe ( 2 a – 4 a ) were the more active (minimum inhibitory concentration 10 to 1 μg mL?1). Compounds containing silver were ten times more active to Gram‐negative bacteria than the parent dinuclear compound 1 a or silver salts. Au2Ag compounds with dppy ( 2 b , 3 b ) were also potent against fungi.  相似文献

Electron paramagnetic resonance is used to detect the formation of free radicals caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation in chemically untreated rabbit skin. A fast jump in EPR signal level, occurring over a few seconds, is observed immediately after a skin sample is exposed to UV. This is followed by a slower increase toward an elevated steady-state signal over a period of hours as the skin is continuously exposed to a UV light source. Upon cessation of UV light exposure, EPR signal levels undergo an abrupt drop followed by a slower decay toward natural levels. Elevated free radical concentrations following UV exposure are found to persist for several hours in whole skin. These results are consistent with time-resolved EPR measurements of photoinduced radicals in various natural melanins.  相似文献
