Indium-mediated Facile Synthesis of （6-Chloropyridine-3-yl）methyl Heterocyclic Thioether Derivatives in Aqueous Media

A series of substituted (6-chloropyridine-3-yl)methyl heterocyclic thioether derivatives were prepared by indium mediating in water. The preliminary biological tests showed that compound 3d exhibited good antiviral activity.

本文研究了2,4-二氧代-1,3,2-苯并二氮磷杂环己烷的磷氢键对β-硝基苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、丙烯腈及二硫化碳的加成反应,共合成了18个新的加成产物.发现通过选用不同的碱或控制碱的用量.可选择性的进行加成或开环反应.由X衍射证实:在加成产物的结构中,环外P-C键构象因受磷杂环船式构象影响,以邻位交叉式(A)为主.     

Interaction of gas phase atomic hydrogen with Pt(111):Direct evidence for the formation of bulk hydrogen species

Employing hot tungsten filament to thermal dissociate molecular hydrogen,we generated gas phase atomic hydrogen under ultra-high vacuum(UHV)conditions and investigated its interaction with Pt(111) surface.Thermal desorption spectroscopy(TDS)results demonstrate that adsorption of molecular hy- drogen on Pt(111)forms surface Had species whereas adsorption of atomic hydrogen forms not only surface Had species but also bulk Had species.Bulk Had species is more thermal-unstable than surface Had species on Pt(111),suggesting that bulk Had species is more energetic.This kind of weakly- adsorbed bulk Had species might be the active hydrogen species in the Pt-catalyzed hydrogenation reactions.     

Possible modes of internal motions in a 3-electron model system — the2 S e states

A model where three electrons move in the surface of a sphere is used to simulate the² S ^e states of three (valuence) electron atoms with all three electrons at the same shell. A non-co-plane structure and a number of co-plane structures (triangle, straigh rod, and sharp wedge) together with associated modes of motions have been found. It is found that the symmetry has decisive effects on the structure of quantum states. Besides, in the case that the number of the spin-up electrons does not equal to that of the spin-down electrons, the up and down electrons may play different role in constituting the internal motions.     

Chemical Constituents of Ailanthus triphysa

Two new compounds,8(14),15-isopimaradiene-2α，３α，19-triol(1),and 6α，７β－dihydroxy-17(20)-cis-5α－pregna-16-one(2),together with four known copounds,a oxygenated rare phyllocladane,phyllocladan-16α，19-diol(3),kaempferol-3-0-β－Ｄ-galactopyranosied,kaempferol-3-0-α－Ｌ－rhamnopyranoside and scopoletin, were isolated from the leaves of Ailanthus tripysa.Structures of 1-3 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data as compared with related compounds.     

一种非晶硅膜改性弹性玻璃毛细管交联中等极性固定相色谱柱的制备

研究了非晶硅膜改性的弹性玻璃毛细管交联ＯＶ－１７０１中等极性固定相色谱柱。在适当温度下，采用过氧化二异丙苯（ＤＣＵＰ）游离基引发交联ＯＶ－１７０１固定液，成功地制备了交联ＯＶ－１７０１柱，该柱具有柱效高、惰性好、耐溶剂、抗腐蚀和耐高温等性能，是一种新型高性能的中等极性交联柱。     

Wild ginseng grows in Myanmar

Ginseng, the underground parts of plants of Panax species, has been used in oriental traditional medicine for centuries. Unfortunately, because of extensive exploitation over thousands of years, the natural source of these species has been almost exhausted. Recently, we have found a wild ginseng growing in Myanmar. Here, by a combination of chemical composition study and gene sequence analysis, we unambiguously demonstrate that the wild ginseng is actually P. zingiberensis, commonly known as ginger ginseng. This ginseng was an indigenous to the southwestern China. However, now it is seriously threatened to brink of extinction and is put on the highest level of protection in China. Therefore, an appropriate protection measure is highly recommended to preserve this valuable resource, since this Myanmar ginseng might turn out to be the last P. zingiberensis, which could ever be seen in the planet.     

X—射线荧光光谱测定甜饮料中微量元素

本文提出了低温蒸干和炭化制样Ｘ－射线荧光分析甜饮料中１６种微量元素的方法，试样在电热板上经低温蒸干，于马旨炉中３００℃炭化３０ｍｉｎ，在液压样品成形机上压制成样片进行测定，所测元素不需用任何基体校正，由微机从校正曲线查得含量，榈分析结果与ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ和ＡＡＳ法相吻合。     

A novel synthesis of allyl and propargyl selenides in aqueous media promoted by indium

Allylic and propargyl bromides react smoothly with diorganyl diselenides in aqueous media to give allylic and propargyl selenides in moderate to good yields. The reaction need not be carried out in inert atmosphere. The speed is quicker than the same reactions in organic media.
